The Hate That Ends Marriage

The Hate That Ends Marriage
Profiting

Removing the armband from Radit, Widya walked up to her parents to hug the two in turn. Looking left and right, he was confused looking for the whereabouts of his grandmother who was not visible anywhere.

Looking back at her parents, Widya asks where her grandmother is. His father replied that his grandmother was at his house resting because soy sauce was welcoming guests all day and partying was celebrating the wedding of his only grandchild. She smiled remembering her energetic grandmother's behavior during her wedding this afternoon.

Patting both of her hands suddenly, Widya recalled something. He directed his hand to refer to the black sedan waiting in front of him.

"Is this necessary?"

"Of course, honey. We don't want to see you walk into your new home" replied his mother, smiling brightly.

"Our house is not too far from here, Ma. No need to be this dramatic." Widya laughed at her own words.

"Let these parents do what they want, Widya" Ririn said. His mother also agreed. Turning his gaze away from them, Ririn nudged Radit's elbow. "Finally my brother who does not do this is also married."

"About you if you say so," protested Radit, who only Ririn replied with a grin.

Smiling ignorantly, Ririn teased her brother again. "This is the best thing you've ever given me, Bang. I got a pretty sister-in-law."

"I'm the best thing you get. Isn't that right, my husband?" timbrung Widya, teasing Radit and taking the opportunity to get praise from him.

For a while Radit's jaw clenched tightly, he was seen trying to hide his furious expression into a very pleasant facial expression. Showing her row of white teeth, she smiled at Widya.

"Of course, my Tiny Wife."

Suddenly an old man like his father appeared before them, and asked permission to take Radit to a street corner to talk about something.

While listening to the talk of Radit's family and his parents, Widya's attention is distracted by Radit and the unknown old man. Closing her eyes, Widya was shocked as the old man turned his gaze briefly to her while smiling meaningfully. For some reason, that smile made him very uneasy. He felt his hair suddenly start to creep.

Widya doesn't know what the old man whispered to Radit's ear, but her premonition says it has something to do with him. Later when they were just the two of them, he would ask this question to Radit.

The sound of Ririn whispering in his ear shocked him. "That's dad's best friend. Mr. Sugeng."

"Huh?" Widya turned her head to look at Ririn's face in confusion.

"I only answered the question that Big Brother had in mind. I saw Brother's eyes keep on going there."

"That's just your feeling," Elak Widya did not admit. "I don't see them."

Ririn gave a skeptical look at him.

Suddenly her mother touched Widya's wrist to attract her attention.

"What's up, Ma?" Widya was shocked to see her mother's eyes filled with tears. "Not to cry, Ma." Widya hugged her mother back to calm her down.

"True Widya, Ma. You're just making things worse" his father scolded.

"Papa doesn't understand my mother's feelings. Now mama ... will no longer be able to see Widya ..as often as first." Her mother spoke in a staggered voice as she held back her sobs.

"Gosh, you don't have to be this sad. If Papa and Mama miss me, you can come and visit me. This part of the place is only 2 hours from the city, not at the end of the world" Widya said, rolling her eyeballs. Can't stand this dramatic show.

"What Widya said was right. You take it easy, as long as he's here we'll all take care of him as best we can" promised Mr. Benny, patting his father's back encouragingly.

"I knew. My daughter must be safe with you" said her father emotionally, then looked up at the sky with tears in his eyes.

During the listening to the conversation, Ririn turned her face to cover her tears that were also dripping. Widya just sighed. Don't know what else to say to change this gloomy atmosphere.

Fortunately Radit came in time to make it quickly go away from all these sentimental people. Before she got into the car, her parents advised her to always obey her husband. Widya just nodded without saying a word, she could not promise anything to her parents. Because she wasn't sure she could be so obedient to her new husband for days. Better to be quiet than lie.

Opening the car door, Radit let him enter first, followed him from behind and sat down next to him. After closing the car door, Radit lowered the windshield to wave to their family farewell. It was only after that that he closed it back after the car began to run towards their house.

"Now you can cry" said Radit, surprising Widya who was leaning lazily in the car seat while closing her eyes beside him.

"Whatchu mean? I don't want to cry" Widya said, frowning, annoyed by Radit's conclusion.

"Stop that strong-ass attitude of yours," Radit said in disbelief. "I know that you also wanted to cry when you saw your parents crying. You can't fool me with that tough-ass attitude of yours. So, now cry. I promise I won't make fun of you."

Turning her face around, Widya pressed her index finger against Radit's rock-hard chest. "The pretentious here you are. Don't be pretentious," Widya growled and shifted her distance.

"alright. If that's what you want," said Radit indifferently. "Well, we've arrived. Comeondown!" Radit reached out to Widya to lead her out of the car.

Because there are many pairs of eyes that are paying attention to the interest around them, Widya has no choice, other than to welcome a helping hand from Radit, he said, and rested his head on Radit's arm while holding his hand to step into their new house which was the largest among the other houses.

From a distance, Ririn hid behind the trees in someone's yard to observe the newlyweds entering their new home very affectionately.

Although this marriage was forced on both of them due to a misunderstanding, as her brother had said as he asked endlessly about what happened that night in the barn. Now he can be relieved because both look fine and get along. Now he just needs to go back to his house to deliver this happy news.

Someone noticed Ririn with a look of astonishment. Smirking at the man, in an instant he ran past him to return to his house. Arriving at home, he said that the two brides had reached their new home safely to his father and Widya's parents who were chatting casually in the living room. Everyone smiled at the good news.

As soon as the door closed, Widya removed her grip from Radit's hands so violently. Spreading her gaze around her, Widya was satisfied with her new home. For the size of a house in a village, this house is quite spacious, and the furniture is very neatly arranged.

Lowering his gaze down, the floor he stepped on looked shiny white. At least Radit's father has very good interior taste. This house is not two-story like his father's house in the city or big like Radit's father's house. But at the very least, this house is very spacious and clean.

Behind him Radit told him that this house had been built since he was in college, so that it would be given to him as a wedding gift. Even her father had also prepared a house for Ririn when she was married later. What a loving father, and of course, a very generous father-in-law.

Of this marriage, only one thing Widya is most grateful for, is having the richest father-in-law in the village. Finished touring the living room, Widya passed the family room to approach the room that looks the largest in this house.

Turning the doorknob, he stepped his foot inside, and found his mother had put all her things in there along with all Radit's stuff as well. He could guess that this room was prepared for the two of them. Too bad, she is as uninterested in a room with a shitty man who is now legal in the eyes of the law as her husband.
