Highlight the eyes of Radit probing suspiciously looking into Widya's two eyes. Although his eyes were filled with stifled tears, Radit also saw fear emanating from both of Widya's eyeballs. At that time he knew that his wife was playing a show. It seemed obvious that he was trying to avoid Radit's sharp gaze being directed at him.
I've guessed. From the very beginning when Radit saw this commotion, he already felt something strange. Especially when he saw Widya sitting limp on the ground in a state of crying, he already felt something that felt so awkward. Though not long ago his wife looked so tough when attacked by Tika and Nita, but strangely today he looks so weak. Even to the point of falling down and weeping with the sedan, just because of a push, as he had heard from the whispers around him.
Glancing at the crowd around him, Radit realized that everyone was watching him so closely. They seemed to be waiting for Radit with great anticipation. The dilemma of thinking about who to side with, suddenly felt the grip of Widya's hand that was so strong gripped the sleeve of her jacket.
Returning his attention back to his wife, he saw the pleading eyes in both eyes. It seems that Widya wants Radit not to dismantle her charade in front of everyone watching. He seems to realize that Radit already knows about his ridiculous performance.
"Open your eyes wide, Dit, your wife is a cunning fox!" exclaimed Nita, pointing her finger at Widya.
"Don't be fooled by her pretentious look" said Tika, looking disgusted at Widya.
Enough already! Listening to the continuous insults of these venomous snakes made Radit know now what kind of action he had to take to resolve this matter.
"Can you stand alone?" radit said in a worried tone, putting his hand on Widya's hand on her jacket.
Opening her eyes, Widya stared at Radit for a while. His eyes flashed with delight when he realized that Radit had sided with him, again. Stooping his hand on Radit's arm firmly, Widya tried to stand up from her place. His wobbly body crashed beside Radit's body as the moaning sounds of his pain filled the silence. Everyone held their breaths, looking at the two of them with an uncovered curiosity.
"Aw, it looks like my leg is sprained," ringis Widya, staring sadly at her right leg.
"Lepshooter!" exclaimed Tika with a high shrill tone of voice. "You may not be sprained. Stop lying to everyone with that lie!"
"Why are you accusing me of that?" widya said, wounded by the accusations that Tika had leveled at her. "When it felt like I was just walking normally, now my legs are sprained again."
Widya's wailing that he said was so loud, deliberately done so that everyone there could hear it. Holding back his smile, Radit forced a serious expression on his face.
"This is my last warning to you, I hope that after this incident you will not repeat it again" Radit said in a warning tone. "The third time you look for trouble again, I will take you to my father so that you realize your actions have gone too far."
Instantly Nita's eyes opened so wide, a glint of fear emanated clearly in both eyes. Unlike the case with Tika, the woman even looks so furious by the warning. Both of his hands were clenched firmly on his sides, his eyes flashed with such a great sense of fury. Then her mouth was ready to open to counter Radit's words, which she then undid when Nita touched her arm lightly and shook her head at him. At least his friend realized that refuting Radit was not a wise act.
Glancing from behind his eyelashes, Radit saw the corner of Widya's lips twitch withstanding the smile on her face. As if aware of her gaze, Widya turned her head to look at Radit. Then he immediately put on a hearty expression while leaning limp on his arm in a spoiled manner.
"So?" Radit swooped next to his eyebrows in a questioning tone.
Funnily enough, his wife swooped her eyebrows at him, asking in silence what Radit meant.
Leaning her body closer, Radit whispered softly in his ear, "i was just asking, do you want me to go around like I used to or just throw this little body of yours on my shoulder because of your mischievous behavior."
"Not both, just me" Widya replied, whispering back in Radit's ear.
According to Widya's will, Radit asked her to walk away from the crowd who were still watching them.
"It's good to act in pain" Radit said, whispering softly.
"It's necessary to end a show perfectly."
"Basically you are a master con man, you can do such a planned charade on both of them."
"Everything was clear when I looked into your eyes" Radit replied. "As far as you know, I didn't do that for your side, but I felt like they both deserved to be humiliated like that, considering they used to do this kind of bullying."
Not understanding the meaning of his words, Widya opened her mouth to ask the meaning of his words just now. Which unfortunately, he did not have time to ask when Grandma Aya walked in a hurry to approach the two of them.
"Grandmother heard Tika and Nita attack you again?" Grandma Aya observed Widya closely. "Geez! What the hell happened to you? This can't be allowed, grandma will talk directly to both of them."
"No need, Grandma, I'm fine. Besides, we've solved this problem" Widya said, panicking at her grandmother's anger.
"What's okay, look at you being this limp!" granny Aya cried out. "Radit please take good care of Widya, grandma entrusts her to you."
"Calm down, Nek, Widya is safe with me" Radit nodded.
"Now go home!" tell Grandma Aya. "Grandmother will meet the two wicked women."
Rubbing Widya's cheeks affectionately, Grandma Aya's eyes were full of emotion as she looked at her granddaughter. Then he walked away from Radit with Widya, looking at her passing as if she were a soldier ready to fight on the battlefield.
"Grandma!" call Widya, try to escape from Radit's embrace. "What are you doing, we have to stop my grandmother."
"Don't worry. I'm sure Grandma Aya won't kill them both" Radit said indifferently, forcing Widya to walk back with him.
Instilling herself with all her might in her footing on the ground, Widya rejects Radit's coercion to drag her running in the opposite direction from her grandmother. His mouth clenched tightly while staring firmly at Radit.
"As you wish, there's no choice but to do this," bopong Radit, clutching Widya tightly in his arms.
"Down me!" shouted Widya, thrashing wildly in her arms.
"Stop thrashing! Keep in contact, then I will kiss you without hesitation here, right now very affectionately. I swear!"
The threat, of course, worked. Widya in an instant stopped thrashing and closed her mouth forming a thin line.
"This is better," Radit's smile triumphantly. "As for your grandmother, this is the result of your stupid charade, so just let your grandmother solve this matter for you. That way Tika and Nita will no longer dare to harass you. Quarrels like this do require the help of someone older."
"I'm just worried about my grandmother, I'm afraid she's getting sick again because of me. You know for yourself that my grandmother is very old, seeing her like that hurts me," said Widya, drowning her face in Radit's chest.
"His eating stopped worrying your grandmother. You'll know for yourself he loves you very much, no wonder he was so angry to hear his grandson being bullied by someone. So, it's only natural that he'd step in like that."
Sighing deeply, Widya raised her head to look at Radit. "That's also what I want, unfortunately the people here always start a fight with me. It's annoying."
"Train to be more patient and not hold too much grudge against those who hurt you" Radit said gently.
Radit did not know how to interpret the gaze Widya showed him, the glint of her eyes unreadable by him. Without saying a word, Widya leaned her head very comfortably on her chest. His sweet attitude made Radit's heart feel swollen and arouse a variety of wild thoughts in his head. One of them threw his wife's tiny body on her bed and did something, which would definitely make Widya's entire body turn red.
Pulling that voluptuous shadow from his head, Radit focused his attention back on the street in front of him. He did not want to make himself and Widya fell down because he did not pay too much attention to the streets.
