Finally Radit could breathe a sigh of relief. His days are now passed without any problems that befall his household again. Although sometimes he still can not release his vigilance.

There are times when Radit thinks, this calm will not last forever. Although now the two figures who had disturbed his household life not too long ago had left not too long ago, he felt, if he was a little careless, then the time bomb would explode before him.

To be honest, Radit rather felt the loss of the figure of Gilang, his childhood friend. But he had no control over Mr. Sugeng's decision to his friend. On the one hand, he also felt somewhat guilty towards Nadin and his parents. However, he and Widya also contributed to their departure from this village.

But some time ago, Radit learned that the departure of Nadin's family had nothing to do with the gossip caused by his father. The message he got from Nadin told him that if his parents decided to move from this village related to his personal problems. He confirmed that Radit and Widya did not participate in his parents' decision.

Nadin did not know how grateful Radit was for the information. But he suspected that his ex had deliberately told him this because he knew he had feelings of guilt about his parents' move.

If you think about it, this is not the time for Radit to think about Nadin's intention to send him the message. All he had to think about now was how to deal with the behavior of the citizens here on his wife. Recalling their indifferent treatment of Widya made her mood worse.

Radit was getting sick of confronting the behavior of these villagers. How could they not know shamefully never say an apology for inciting hatred against Widya. Instead of apologizing, they avoided when they accidentally met his wife. How funny!

Even more angering, there are some people who still spread bad rumors about Widya. This time gossip says, the arrival of his wife to this village only brings disaster. That they believe when they see some people begin to move from this village one by one. Even Mila who was close to Widya also left this village. That's the kind of gossip that's still going around right now.

Radit tried to ignore it. Because, however, all of this is not true. However, listening to the whispers of people around him, his patience has begun to thin. That is why he no longer hesitated to show his annoyance to the gossipers.

Let them know how unhappy Radit is with the hypocrisy they're showing. If they want his respect, then they should also respect his wife. Widya is not as bad as you think! It felt like he was shouting so in the ears of the stone heads.

"What are you thinking about that makes your face wrinkle so scary?" Mila stood before him while shaking her head. He looked at Radit's face.

The appearance and the question, of course, instantly awakened Radit from his reverie. He blinked, surprised to find that he was standing still in the middle of the road while crossing his arms in front of his chest.

Loosening the stiff muscles on his face, Radit immediately put on a friendly expression.

"When have you been here?"

"Since I've seen you standing pensive, like a tree on the side of the road?" ask Mila back. The corner of his lips twitched withstanding the smile. "Ah, no! To be honest before that I've been calling you from a distance, but since there was no response I ran up to you." Mila shrugged her shoulders. "And like that. For a few moments I watched you being engrossed in the contents of your mind to be unaware of my existence."

Radit smiled wryly. "I hope you can understand him. As you know, a lot of trouble has happened to me lately. So, that's how it is."

Mila nodded. "I knew. Without you saying anything, I know that your head is always full of Widya." Sighing, Mila patted her shoulder. "Patience. You can definitely get through it with Widya."

"Thank you."

Radit and Mila exchanged smiles, then walked together.

"Where are you going?" radit asked, breaking the silence between them.

"Just like your goal" replied Mila.

"You want to see Widya?"

"Yes. Wh why? Will my arrival disturb you both?" lirih Mila, threw a sad look at him.

"Of course not!" he cried, waving his hands in panic. "Your arrival is always welcome in my house."

"Are you sure? It doesn't seem so" said Mila, looking down. "Where is a husband who likes to be disturbed while spending his lunch time with his beloved wife."

"I'm not that kind of husband!" cetus Radit, could not bear to listen to Mila's prejudices any longer about her personality. "You know me well, and you know, of course, that I'm not that kind of shallow-minded person."

Mila looks up. "Everyone must have changed."

Radit is further beset with guilt as Mila takes a face off from him. He stuck out his hand to touch Mila's shoulder. Then he undoes his intention by pulling back his hand. He really does not understand the attitude of Mila is very sensitive. He wasn't like this before.

Has staying in the city for a few weeks changed the attitude of this old friend to someone sensitive? Radit doesn't know.

"Actually, if we talk about change. It is precisely you who have changed, Mil. I don't really understand you right now" he said, no longer able to hold back all of his thoughts. "It's like you haven't been you since I got married. I feel like you're slowly starting to get away from me."

Suddenly Mila's body shook in front of her. Reversing Mila's body facing her, Radit is further shocked to find Mila's eyes looking teary.

When she was about to say something to her friend, Mila suddenly burst out a laugh in front of her. Her laughter grew as Mila looked at her face.

What's wrong with her? Is he starting to go mad?

"I'm not crazy, Dit," said Mila, startling her. Then he laughed again.

What other than being crazy, he can also listen to the voice in my mind?

"Stop looking at me that way!" exclaimed Mila, wiping away the tears in the corner of her eyes. "You look really ridiculous right now."

"What looks ridiculous is you!" his reply. "A few seconds ago you just cried, but now you're laughing like crazy. So actually, who here is ridiculous?"

"I? Crying out? That's right!" grunt Mila, shaking her eyes at him. "I wasn't crying. I was holding my laughter. Honestly, I didn't know you'd be this funny."

"Funny? As I recall, I wasn't joking."

"Funny things don't have to be based on laughter. What makes you funny is your reaction to my attitude that pretended to be sad earlier. I didn't know that you could be fooled that easily by my cipher."

"So you were acting?" tanyanya, do not believe it has been deceived.

"So you just found out?" reply Mila, smiling mockingly.

Radit. "Well, I didn't know you could be this good, Mil."

"I can't help it. You are really serious about it. So, yes," Mila shrugged her shoulders. "I can't help myself judging you."

Radit could not scold Mila, as Mila's smile rubbed off on her. This is his fault anyway. As a result of problems after problems that always haunt his household, now he always takes everything seriously.

"By the way, what about your departure, Mil? Is everything going well?" he asked, changing the subject. "I heard that Jendi blames herself for your departure from this village. Have you seen him?"

In an instant Mila's face turned moody. "Yes. I just met him to talk about my sudden departure."

"Have you explained to her that this matter of your departure has nothing to do with her?"

Radit was unable to contain his curiosity. The question just came out of his mouth. Though he did not intend to ask about the departure of Mila further. Because he did not want to make Mila's mood become more moody when talking about this.

"As you know yourself, he doesn't take my explanation for granted" Mila replied, looking far ahead. "It seems he already believed in himself that I was indeed planning my departure because it avoided him. You stupid guy, he thinks I'm just thinking about him what? Is it so hard to believe about my departure because I want to continue my education in the city."

Gutting his eyes, Radit was shocked to hear the grunts of his childhood friend. It turns out that his patient friend has indeed disappeared. He is still unfamiliar with Mila's new personality.

Realizing her astonished gaze, Mila turned her head while grinning at him. At least not Radit alone is aware of the drastic changes.
