The Hate That Ends Marriage

The Hate That Ends Marriage
It's Time

Squinting her eyes, Grandma Aya saw that her two targets were not too far away from her. Accelerating his pace, he walked closer to the two women who had hurt his favorite grandson. From where he stood, he could see that both of them were avoiding the reproachful gazes of the people, directed at the two of them.

When Aya's grandmother arrived near the two, the crowd that had begun to disperse again clustered when they realized there would be an interesting spectacle there again. Spreading her gaze, Aya's grandmother told the crowd to leave from there with a look of fury that she had cast on them. Afraid of making her even more angry, everyone who was swarming earlier walked so slowly leaving her with Tika and Nita.

Deliberately slowing down to be able to eavesdrop on the conversation of Aya's grandmother and the two women who were trembling in fear before him, he ignored the annoying attitude of the gossip residents. Just let them hear it, the most important thing right now is the two women in front of him. The eyes of the two moved wildly looking around, as if looking for a place to hide from Aya's grandmother's rampage.

"You two, come with grandma right now!" grandmother Aya's orders.

"But.." said Tika wanted to refuse.

"There's no 'but-but', if the older man tells him not to argue! There are some things that grandma wants to talk to you guys about."

Bowing drowning, the two relentlessly followed Grandma Aya from behind.

After arriving at her house, Grandma Aya told the two to sit on her living room sofa. Walking into the kitchen, he prepared a warm drink for both of his guests. Serving warm tea at the table, Grandma Aya sat facing the two women. Their hands twitched uneasily in the lap while looking down continuously looking down.

"Don't be so scared, grandma won't hit you. Grandma just wanted to give advice to both of you," said Grandma Aya in a soft tone, not wanting to scare the two women. "Lift your heads! Look granny in the eye, don't keep your head down."

Raising her head slowly, Grandma Aya saw the two biting their lips while looking uneasily at her.

"Grandmother will start with you first, Tika."

"Yes?" exclaimed Tika, jerking in her seat.

"Remember, you're not a teenager anymore, now you're a mother. Are you not ashamed, when your child grows up he will hear that his mother was an oppressor and likes to disturb the household life of people," menggelang Aya Grandma, concerned over his childish attitude. "Even though you are a widow now, it does not mean that you can act as you please as you please. Your behavior also affects both your parents, behave as you age. You're 25 years old!"

"Sorry, Grandma," said Tika, looking down embarrassed.

"And, you!" continued Grandma Aya, facing her face to Nita.

"I'm not married, Grandma" Nita said, sounding very proud.

"That's great," Grandma Aya said in a denouncing tone. "Is it because you're not married yet, so you can be rude to anyone you want?"

The rebuke made Nita grimace in her seat. While Tika laughed amusedly next to him. His laughing voice instantly stopped when he noticed the sharp gaze Grandma Aya directed at him.

"It is better now that you think about your future, do not be the tail of Tika continues," continued Grandma Aya advising. "Do you want to be single for the rest of your life, don't you? Think of the parents who have grown you, do not be lazy by wandering around looking for trouble to and fro. You're not a schoolboy anymore."

"Yes" said Nita weakly.

"Grandmothers say this for your own good too. If you're always making troublemakers like this, grandma tells me, it'll only make you look bad in everyone's eyes."

Taking a glass from his saucer, Grandma Aya also told the two to drink their drinks. Carefully the two took the drink, then smiled awkwardly at Grandma Aya from the edge of their glass.

Radit slowly sat Widya on her living room couch, then stepped away to close their door. Removing the jacket he was wearing, Radit resuscitated his jacket on the seatback near his door. Widya who had just been silent to follow her movements, leaning casually on the back of her seat.

"Well, now explain to me, what did you mean?" widya said, asking suddenly.

"Which word am I?" confused Radit.

Not too keen to answer Widya's questions to him, Radit steps away leaving his wife who is still casually sitting on the sofa.

Following him from behind, Widya explained the meaning of the question earlier. He said he did not understand Radit's actions - who usually always did what he felt was right - to side with him solely because Widya pleaded with him.

"Yesterday I heard from Joints that all this time Tika and Nita often did bad things to Mila, so well.." explained Radit, shrugging his shoulders indifferently.

"Oh, so the story is you avenge Mila?" widya said, her voice sounded a little disappointed. "I almost thought you were doing it because you didn't want to embarrass me. I seem to expect too much from you."

Opening the hood, he was very surprised to find the chicken soup there. As he remembered, this morning he had never cooked chicken soup for the two of them.

"Who is jealous too" Widya grumbled.

Pulling a chair from the dining table, Widya immediately sat there and told Radit to sit down as well. After Radit sat down opposite him, he explained to her that he had prepared the meal for Radit alone this afternoon. Although previously he claimed to only be able to boil, but thanks to a cooking tutorial video that he had in his notebook, he began to learn to cook.

"Can this be eaten? From the smell of food, I don't know if it tastes," Radit said, wrinkling his nose.

"Of course it can be eaten!" pissed Widya. "If you don't want to, let me spend it myself."

Pulling the bowl of chicken soup from the table, Widya placed the bowl nearby while glaring angrily at Radit.

"I'm just kidding," Radit laughed, pulling the bowl in front of him. "I hope this soup is not as salty as the eggs you cooked at that time."

"At that time I still did not understand too much with the term 'enough', so at that time my eggs were very salty," ringis Widya, given the terrible salty taste at that time. "Now I understand, so you can calm down."

"I wondered how much salt you had sprinkled on your phone at that time."

"Maybe half a spoon," Widya shrugged her shoulders indifferently.

"That's horrible!" exclaimed Radit, grimacing in horror.

"Hmm it was terrible," Widya agreed, nodding her head. "Do you want me to heat the soup first?"

"No need. I'm too hungry to wait for you to heat up this soup for me, after all I have to hurry back to my farm" Radit refused, standing up to get some rice.

Widya follows Radit to take the rice as well. Then the two began to sit back down to devour their food while chatting casually. As Widya said, the soup she cooked is indeed edible, although it does not taste as good as she thought. However, this was better than the salty egg Widya had once eaten.

"What about my advice?" chirp Radit, in the middle of their conversation.

"Saran?" confused Widya, shakes her head.

"Yes, my advice," replied Radit flatly, busy scooping his food. "Our baby."

Widya immediately listened to his words. Taking a glass of water, Radit handed the glass to Widya.

"Slow down dong, Wid, if you eat."

"I've been eating slowly! You just surprised me with your joke just now," Widya replied, then went back to drinking the water.

"I'm not kidding. If you want we can start now."

In an instant Radit's face was filled with water droplets that Widya had sprayed on him. Seeing that, Widya's eyes immediately widened in shock and took the tissue on the dining table to clean Radit's face.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to." said Widya, wiping Radit's face carefully.

Holding Widya's wrist to stop her from cleaning her face, Radit stared straight at Widya's face that was close to her. Pulling his hand from Radit's grasp, his wife looked so trembling before him. He was sitting limp in his chair.

"Don't be so scared, I won't devour you" said Raffit casually, taking another tissue to clean his face.

"I doubt it" Widya muttered, turning her face away.

"Why do you doubt it?"

"The glint of your eye looks as if you're ready to attack me at any moment" Widya said, narrowing her eyes looking suspiciously at Radit.
