To be honest, why Radit just kept silent to let Widya go without saying a word, it all happened because he was out of words. He was too stunned by Widya's confidence, on the one hand he also wanted to laugh amusedly with Widya's arrogance over her beauty.
It is undeniable that his wife is very beautiful, but hearing Widya praise herself like that makes Radit confused to respond like what. Although Widya's arrogance is not something new to her, she still cannot cover her amazement. His words were still ringing in Radit's head, and without him noticing a smile on his face.
Maybe his wife now thinks the conversation about his meeting with Gilang is over. Too bad, he's wrong, Radit still hasn't finished talking about it. There are still many things that make him so curious, especially when Widya said so confident that she had solved the problem, he said, which means his wife and friend must have met again after Gilang's night at his house.
The thought of the two of them meeting again without his knowledge made Radit's mood go back grim. He did not distrust Widya, but his meeting with Gilang explained one thing, his friend still harbored feelings for Widya. Judging from Widya's attitude earlier, it seems that his wife did not realize that her friend's feelings were too deep for her.

After the shower, Widya jumped in shock when she opened the bathroom door. On the wall next to the bathroom door, she saw Radit leaning so casually while blasting a glare so sharply at Widya.
"Since when are you standing here, are you going to give me a heart attack?"
"It turns out you took a long bath" complained Radit grimly. "I can't wait to talk to you again, so I'm standing here waiting for you."
"What else is there to talk about, instead of having finished talking about your friend?" widya asked, walking past Radit. "Or do you want to talk about something else again."
Radit walks Widya to her room. "That's what you think, but I don't think we finished our conversation yet."
Sitting at her dresser, Widya stared at Radit's reflection from the mirror. "Then tell me what you want to say!"
"What do you mean you said you've solved this problem with Gilang? Did you meet again after that night?"
Instantly Widya's hand holding the comb stopped brushing her hair. Staring sharply at Widya who looked so pale from the mirror reflection, Radit took the comb out of his grasp. Turning away from the sour look he showed, Radit cast aside Widya's hair so softly.
"We did meet again, but I assure you, I did nothing but talk to your friend" Widya said, taking her eyes off Radit's gaze.
"What are you talking about?"
"It's not important, anyway we've agreed to forget our meeting at the book house at that time and will never bring it to you."
"Book house?"
"Yes, the book house. I prefer to call it a book house rather than a book warehouse" Widya explained. "I don't know how you found out about our meeting, but we agreed not to tell you. Is it possible that your friend Gilang broke our agreement and told you this today?"
"You don't need to know how detailed I am about your meeting, which is my question now, why do you want to keep this from me so much. Have you done any forbidden things to keep this from me?"
Both Widya's eyes widened to look at Radit's narrowed eyes suspicious of her.
"Of course not!" elak Widya with a slightly shrill tone. "Did you forget, I told you that I hid this because I didn't want you to fight with your friend."
"Truly, you're not lying, are you?"
"Yes, everything I said was the truth," Widya said confidently, her eyes staring straight at Radit unshakable. "At least I don't have any interest in your friend, whether you want to believe it or not."
"All right, I believe you."
Reaffirming his body, Radit pulled Widya to stand facing him at such a close distance.
"Forgot that problem. Now there's something important I want to tell you."
Widya just kept silent waiting for Radit to continue his words.
"On what I said last night that hurt you, I'm sorry. I admit that I was wrong to accuse you of that, I hope you will forgive my stupidity" Radit smiled, apologizing.
"Sorry words alone will not make me forget your annoying words, I need something more than that" Widya said flatly, staring at Radit.
"I was expecting you to say that, so I had planned to take you to town this week."
Squinting her eyes, Widya examined Radit's countenance. "You didn't lie to me like you did back then, did you? I don't want to look stupid again by jumping for joy like the first time you lied to me."
"How many times do I have to tell you that I never meant to lie to you. The situation at that time required me to cancel our trip." Radit breathed in frustration.
"Just like, canceling it means you lied to me" Widya said sternly.
"I assure you, this time I will definitely keep my promise," Radit said in a reassuring tone of voice. "Today I got 2 new workers, so I can have time to accompany you to the city this week."
Too pleased by the notice, Widya leaped excitedly hugging Radit's neck. When he realized what he was doing, he immediately pushed Radit's body away from him.
Looping his arms around Widya's waist, Radit pulled Widya back in his arms. "Why did you stop? Just hug me like that, I don't mind at all."
"I was just getting carried away" Widya said, blushing in embarrassment.
Releasing his embrace, Radit pinched Widya's two cheeks so strongly. "You are so adorable to be ashamed of like this, it makes me...."
Radit deliberately did not finish his words, he just stared at Widya full of cambas, which made Widya's face grow red.
