Although Radit was somewhat annoyed by the disturbance, he remained reluctant to release his grip on Gilang's collar. However, if he kept at it, it would only attract even more attention from Mila. Now only Mila's eyes are still widened in shock looking at him while gaping wide. It would seem that he was very shocked by what he saw.
Lowering his hand, which was ready to lift a fist into Gilang's face, Radit reluctantly removed his grip from Gilang's collar. However, his sharp gaze never left his friend. He could not believe himself saying anything to Mila to calm her down, for she was still too angry at Gilang. Frightened, his harsh tone of voice would frighten Mila, instead of calming her down.
Tidying up his tangled clothes, Gilang raised one hand towards Mila.
"It's nothing, Mil, just a casual fight between friends."
"Are you sure?" lirih Mila, glanced in fear towards Radit, who was still unmoved in his place. "Why do I feel like you two are having a big fight?"
"Go back to your house. We're okay, I can guarantee it" Gilang said again, convincing Mila to leave them both.
"I... I can't. It feels like if I leave you two alone, you will be fighting each other," said Mila, flinching at her place.
"You don't have to leave, let me go" Radit said, trying hard to smile at Mila.
After saying that, Radit turned his gaze back to Gilang. The cold glare of his eyes was clearly visible to his friend. Even when speaking to Gilang, his tone sounded extremely stiff and ice-cold.
"If you still think of me as a friend, delete the picture from your phone! That's not a hard thing for you to do, is it?"
"What if I don't want to do it?" said Gilang, undaunted by the anger of Radit. "Oh, this is just a photo."
In an instant Radit slammed his fist into the tree beside Gilang's head. Mila who had just witnessed their conversation, gasped in shock at Radit's punch. Both of his hands closed his mouth.
"Even if it's just a photo, I still don't like other men keeping my wife's photo in their phone gallery" Radit growled, whispering the words in Gilang's ear. "This is my last warning to you. If I find out you're still keeping the picture, I don't guarantee what will happen to you."
After saying that, Radit walked away leaving Gilang with Mila there. He realized he shouldn't have just left without saying a word to Mila. Moreover, his friend was very surprised by his abusive behavior earlier, but the annoyance he still felt on Gilang, made him unable to say anything to calm his friend.
Radit also had a look of worry on Mila's face as she looked at her injured hand from hitting the tree earlier. For a moment he felt Mila wanted to run towards him, but it seemed like she was holding back and undoing her intentions. Surprisingly again, he seemed to feel extremely embarrassed as Radit caught the look in his eyes. He really couldn't guess what Mila had in mind.
Why should she feel awkward after she gets married? Does anything strange show concern for your friend? I don't know, right now he doesn't want to think too much about it.

In a panic, Mila ran over to Gilang, who was sitting limp on the ground.
"Are you okay?" Mila looked worriedly at Gilang while touching her shoulder. "What exactly did you do that made Radit so angry? It's the first time I've seen him that angry."
"I'm doing fine. You should have worried about the condition of the tree he hit earlier than me," joked Gilang, forcing himself to laugh. "What's in there?"
Following the direction of Gilang's gaze to the small bag she was carrying, Mila took out the supply box that was there.
"Die, I've delivered my father's provisions."
"Is there any left?"
"It looks like there's still." Closing the box back, Mila narrowed her eyes. "Don't switch the conversation, Gilang! You haven't answered my question yet."
Taking the box from Mila's hand as fast as lightning, Gilang devoured the leftovers there.
"I've told you, it's just a casual quarrel between men" Gilang replied with a mouthful of food. "Gosh this is so good! You don't know how grateful I am with the rest of your father's stock."
Although reluctant to end the conversation about Gilang and Radit quarrel earlier, Mila finally obeyed Gilang's willingness to not discuss about it again. He did not want to force Gilang to tell him about his problem with Radit. Maybe it was a very personal thing, so Gilang refused to talk about it.
"Slow down, Lang! You'll choke on it." Mila took out a bottle of drinking water from her bag and gave it to Gilang. "You look like someone who hasn't eaten in a whole day."
"The fact is so."
"No way!"
"Trust me or not, in fact I have not eaten all day," replied Gilang, mamasang face very serious.
Mila laughed back and forth listening to the shocking confession.
"How is possible! Is there no food in your house?"
"It's a long story and I don't have time to tell you."
In the middle of their joking, Joints suddenly appeared and joined the stockpile with the two of them.
"What's wrong, how do you feel like you're so excited to talk?"
Getting up, Mila was in a hurry to clear the contents of her bag.
"Where are you going, Mil? I haven't finished eating yet" whined Crazy, asking for his supply box back.
Glancing uneasily at Jendi who looked very disappointed with her departure, Mila held out her small bag to Gilang. Gilang immediately smiled brightly, like a child who was happy to get his toys back.
"I'll leave this to you, but don't forget to give it back again, if you're done with it."
Glazed just nodded his head without looking up at Mila, it seemed like she looked very hungry. Turning her face to Joints standing next to her, Mila smiled kindly at her, then bailed away, leaving her with Gilang there.
In the depths of her heart, to be honest, Mila felt very guilty for being so blatant as to keep her distance. However, this is indeed necessary if he wants the Joint Mother to stop demanding him to accept his son's feelings. Even though he was so heartless to see the injured expression on Joints face every time he avoided it.
Joints are not fools, of course, he must have realized that Mila does not want to be in the same place as him. But it seemed like normally, he was always unyielding. Whatever Mila did to avoid him, she always had a way of being able to chat with him.
The problem is now, Jendi does not know the reason Mila avoids him this time is not because of shame with him, but because of his mother. Facing embarrassment tempted everyone because always approached Joints is not a big deal. Another case if their parents are involved in meddling in the affairs of their romance both. Especially to force him to establish a serious relationship with Joints. He didn't like it very much.
A person's feelings can't just be forced. Hence, he preferred to hurt the feelings of Joints who were unaware of this matter and hoped that he would give up chasing after him.
