The Hate That Ends Marriage

The Hate That Ends Marriage
Resignedly

The wall clock in the living room shows at 22:20 WIB. Unlike usual Radit came home late from the patrol duty he often did when his turn on guard arrived. Moving from his seat, Mr. Benny walked back and forth in the living room. Thinking what he would do. Had to go to the patrol station to make sure Radit was there or wait a little longer. It's possible that Radit is currently busy chatting with people who patrol the night with him.

The unpleasant feeling that Mr. Benny felt when Radit said goodbye a few hours ago was very disturbing. So, he waited in the living room waiting for the return of his son. Afraid something might happen to Radit out there, Mr. Benny prepares to go find his son.

After arriving at the patrol station, Mr. Benny did not see his son there. Asking the whereabouts of his son to 3 people who were busy playing cards at the patrol post, the answer obtained by Mr. Benny only made him more worried. They all thought Radit was home half an hour ago.

“Didn't you say that, Ton?” point Japri at the friend next to him.

“Iya. You said you saw her coming home, right?” timpal Kemal, also accused Toni.

“I didn't say that. I was just saying, maybe Radit has gone home,” Toni explained, did not accept being accused by his two friends. “Aren't you supposed to replace Radit around the village, Pri? Why are you still here?” Toni cornered Japri, obviously not wanting to be blamed for Radit's disappearance alone.

Nodding in agreement, Kemal now turned to accusing Toni. “Truely too. Try earlier you have been around the village, maybe you met Radit or saw something strange.”

Then they began to argue who was wrong and who wasn't. This is not what Mr. Benny wants when asking about the whereabouts of his son. Mr. Benny tried to break up the fierce debate of the three friends.

“Already, already. This is not the time for you to blame each other. You three better help me find Radit.”

“Good, Mr. Kades!” sahut everything in unison.

Flapping each other, the three immediately prepare to help Mr. Benny look for Radit. All of them split up to search all the places they knew. To speed up the search, they asked for help from many people who had still not slept that night.

Some people have suggested to ring the baton, Mr. Benny immediately forbid it. Because he did not want to make a scene in the middle of the night and disturb the residents who were asleep in his house. After all, Radit hasn't disappeared for too long, maybe he's somewhere doing something. Although Mr. Benny can't think of what Radit could do in the middle of the night.

There is only one possibility that his son is not in the village. He must be going into town looking for something. However, it seems impossible for Radit to go to the city without prior notice to him. Had Radit brought his cell phone, Mr. Benny would have known where he was now. Unfortunately, every day his son always leaves his phone at home. For him carrying a cell phone while on duty is not a good idea. He said he did not want to be interrupted by calls or SMS messages while on duty.

If Mr. Benny finds Radit later, the first thing he will say to his son is to always take his cell phone with him wherever he goes. Let his son know that today's incident has made his father very worried.

The sound of someone's screams from somewhere resuscitated Mr. Benny from his daydream. Looking at some of the people who were with him, Mr. Benny knew that he was not the only one who heard the screams. Everyone circulated a glance to look for the origin of the voice. At the end of the road, Kemal ran towards them with a hunting breath.

“That's what, Mal?” ask Mr. Benny impatiently.

“Follow me, Mr. Kades!” Waving his hands, Kemal took them all to where he meant.

Pasting a finger on his lips, Mr. Benny gestured to everyone he was with so as not to make the slightest sound as they all followed Kemal from behind. They don't know what or who's there. It's possible that they'll encounter robbers carrying sharp weapons. So, there was no harm if they were to be vigilant.

Turning to the right, Kemal's index finger pointed at an old building at the end of the street while whispering small if the screams they heard were coming from there. Squinting his eyes, Mr. Benny recognized the old building. It was the book storehouse they had built years ago. It looks like something is going on there. Because the sound of that scream was heard again from within as they began to approach the place.

Arriving at the double door of the bookstore, some people held their breaths waiting for what was inside. Some people even prepare for a worse situation by picking up a piece of wood by the side of the road. They're preparing to attack a criminal who might be inside the warehouse.

Before Mr. Benny opened the door, there came a voice of a woman from inside who said, “Gosh, I can feel it. Quick, Dit!”.

BRAKKK

Mr. Benny couldn't believe what he saw. There stood his proud son, Radit, who wanted to put his hands in the clothes of a woman Mr. Benny did not recognize. This was the first time he had seen the woman.

Hearing the whisper nearby, he now knew the identity of the woman. The beautiful woman was Grandma Aya's granddaughter who came from Bandung a few days ago.

Radit opened his mouth intending to answer his father's question when he came earlier, but undoed his intention when following his father's gaze which led to Radit's jacket lying on the floor. Anyone who saw it would definitely conclude the same. Something very perverted just happened here. No one would believe his words if all this mess was caused by an insect. So it's useless for Radit to explain it. Decision has been made. Radit could see the decision from the gaze his father cast.

“Now you two, follow Mr!” his father's orders in an indisputable tone.

“But...” Widya's speech is interrupted when Radit touches her arm and shakes his head at her, gesturing for her to stop her protest.

“Quick get out of there!” his father shouted back at them both. Both of his hands were tied behind his back which looked extremely stiff. It seems like her father was very angry by this incident.

Lowering her head, Widya let out a tired sigh. Then walk behind. It seemed like they would be taken somewhere for the trial, as if they were both criminals who had already committed serious crimes. Finish the history. This incident is more serious than the rumors that have hit him a few days ago. Moreover, this embarrassing incident was witnessed directly by Radit's father, who was a village chief. Funny thing is, the insect that entered his shirt earlier also disappeared as the residents burst into the warehouse. Perhaps the insects were as shocked as they were.
