96. A Good Start

Kinan silently looked down in embarrassment. He was quite confused to answer what the statement from Bian for him was like. His face was blushing as it was not strong enough to withstand the pounding in his heart. He remained silent until the end and gave no voice.

"I'll assume you agree." Bian said when he saw Kinan only silently as he asked to consider his feelings. Kinan who heard that immediately looked towards Bian with his expression quite surprised. He who had just bowed down in shame to answer, turned to look at Bian in surprise at his words.

"Today is enough to get here first." Said Bian put a smiling face on Kinan in front of him, who was now putting on a surprised face through his eyeballs.

"I have to say something, but why does my tongue feel so hard to move." Inner Kinan when he saw himself who became silent about Bian's words and could not reject Bian's statement to him about considering Bian's feelings for him.

"We need to talk about the report you gave me." Said Bian who now turned to Kinan's report that he had not had time to read all and immediately sat down as he said it.

Kinan who slowly followed Bian to get back in place, sat down to discuss his report, although he actually still slightly stuck to his uncertain feelings, especially Bian's statement to her earlier. In his confusion, he tried to stay focused on his current job and momentarily forgot his unhappiness.

The day is getting darker, because the sun that has been covered by the moon accompanies the two in discussing the contents of the report. Although they were in a situation that was so uncomfortable because of the awkwardness, both of them could still refocus on their initial goals. Bian and Kinan showed their professional sense of separating personal and work affairs.

"You said you were out of an orphanage since you were 18, right?" Bian asked who suddenly talked about the orphanage.

"Yes." Yeah." Kinan replied although initially a little confused with Bian who suddenly asked about the foster home first.

"What made you choose to leave the orphanage once you were 18?" Ask Bian again.

"I just want to ease the burden of the orphanage that has been taking care of me from childhood, so I chose to go out once I was 18." Kinan Clear.

"From childhood?"

"Yes, from the age I was a baby."

"Have you been entrusted by your family?"

"No, rather I was banished by a family that I did not know existed."

Bian was momentarily stunned when he heard the explanation from Kinan. There was a bit of guilt in him asking Kinan about it.

"I'm sorry, I don't know about that." Then he said who felt guilty.

"I'm okay, sir. It's gone for me too." Reply Kinan who did not feel stupefied with a faint smile on his lips.

"The gift I gave you yesterday, are you wearing it now?" Said Bian who tried to divert the conversation that had made him awkward.

A confused Kinan tried to digest the contents of Bian's words for him.

"The necklace I gave you yesterday." Bian said later when he saw Kinan who looked confused by his intentions.

"Ah, that's sorry, I'm not wearing it right now." Kinan replied as soon as he realized Bian's intent.

"You remember that couple necklace I gave you back when I was a kid?" He said then who went back to talking about the couple necklace he had given Kinan first.

"Yes." Yeah." Kinan replied with a small nod.

"Do you know why I gave you that necklace?" Tanya Bian looked at Kinan who was sitting in front of him.

"Gift, you said it was a gift for me first."

"True, it was indeed the gift I gave you first. I give you a padlock-roofed necklace and I hold the key pendulum, so that we can meet again and open the necklace together." Said Bian who suddenly pulled out a key-robed necklace that he happened to be wearing on his neck now.

Kinan who saw that, was a little surprised when he saw Bian wearing a lock bobble necklace that was very old. From his expression looks disbelief at Bian who turns out to still take care and keep his necklace.

"Although at first I only gave as a memento to you who was so sad when I was about to leave the orphanage, but who would have thought it was precisely because that necklace that made me finally able to meet you again like this. The initials you suggested to write in my necklace were so meaningful and helped me so much to find your whereabouts." He recalls his memories of his childhood.

"So, since that necklace, Mr. Bian can finally remember me and know me like this?" Inner Kinan when recalling Bian who approached and remembered about himself first before he remembered about his acquaintance brother that he had forgotten for a moment.

"What is the padlock bobble necklace that I returned to you yesterday, still you keep well?" Ask Bian.

"Yes, I still keep it well with your gift necklace, including the pendant necklace you loved for me yesterday." Answer Kinan.

"Thank you for keeping it so well, even though I feel a little guilty for not remembering you, but now I feel so happy." Bian's smile with his feeling a little relieved to remember his little girl friend first.

Kinan again could only give his awkward smile when he saw Bian smiling towards him. His feelings are made chaotic with Bian who continues to show his interest in him.

"As for what I said, I'm serious about it. Therefore, I really hope that you can consider it well once I get back here again."

"Are you going to be upset if I give you an answer that doesn't meet your expectations?"

A moment of silence enveloped Bian as well as Kinan. The sentence uttered by Kinan slightly made Bian stunned. He fell silent as soon as Kinan said his sentence.

"Then I'll just try harder." Bian answered later, giving a sweet smile to Kinan who now looks fixated on hearing the answer from Bian.

"What should I do? Does he seem serious about his feelings?"

Kinan's heart suddenly became beating faster, his expression stiffened and looked fixated on it. At Bian's feelings for her that looked serious and earnest.

"Then, what answer do you want from me?" Kinan asked a little courageously.

"Hmm. are you sure you want to hear it?" Bian replies to Kinan's bold-looking statement.
