My Little Girlfriend
26. The Origin of the Kinanti Agustine

It was the afternoon before the change of the hotel shift. Kinan ventured to come to Bian's room. He just wanted to thank Bian for finding his diary.

However, what was happening right now between the two inside the spacious room was a bit beyond belief.

"Sorry sir, is there anything you need from me?" Ask Kinan in the middle of his confusion.

Bian was still silent and stared fixedly at Kinan's face. He still held onto Kinan's arm.

"Sir," Call Kinan to try to resuscitate Bian.

"Ah.sorry,." He said he then took off Kinan's hand he was holding. "That's all I'm saying, next time don't be careless carrying a diary to the library." She nodded with an awkward expression.

"Oh you found it in the library?" Kinan said passionately.

"Yes, I found it there."

"Ah. Now I remember, probably fell over when I cleaned up the library yesterday. I'm sorry I won't be careless in the future." Remember Kinan and regret his carelessness.

"Yes, next time be careful. The book I found on the table and it's open."

"On the table? it open?" Kinan's eyes widened, then looked at Bian questioningly.

Bian caught the glare of Kinan's eyes looking at him full of curiosity, so he was a little surprised to see it.

"Ah. I don't intend to read it, just accidentally read it because the book is open." Bian was clear about the truth.

"Oh that.., it is not my intention to accuse you really, if not for you the book will definitely not meet. So, I'm grateful." Kinan's smile felt clumsy, but on one side felt relieved as well.

"That's why, excuse me, thank you again." Hunchback Kinan, and passed out of Bian's room with a feeling of relief and pleasure because he could immediately say a word of thanks.

"Eum.." Reply Bian.

He has said thank you 3 times.

Bian looked at Kinan's back which started to move away from him. His eyes stared so hard from behind.

...

Kinan came to his bag storage. As he was about to enter, he found Shiva inside. He entered quietly and tried to grab his bag immediately.

"You're out of Bian's room?" Ask Shiva without further ado.

"Yes, how do you know?"

"I accidentally saw you walking towards his room. But.. isn't it that Mr. Bian no longer calls you? what business are you doing there?" Ask Shiva again.

"Well, I delivered green tea to him, saying thank you for finding my diary." Kinan was clearly smiling.

Isn't he coming to Bian's room too often huh? so caper anyway.

Shiva could no longer hide his dislike for Kinan's attitude.

"When you've had bad rumors, can you not be careful? you are not so naive!." Shiva said with emphasis and glances of dislike towards Kinan.

Kinan looked at Shiva confusedly.

"What do you mean?" Ask later.

Shiva grinned in disbelief.

"Hey, you're the manager here, how can you be so insensitive?" Cibir Shiva who was blatantly starting to show dislike towards Kinan.

"I'm sorry, I really don't understand what you mean." Kinan replied still trying to calm down.

"Not to act plain. Are you also seducing Mr. Bian now?" Ejek Shiva's.

"I don't know if it turns out you believe the same kind of nonsense rumor." Reply Kinan tried to remain calm.

"the rumors? bullshit?" Shiva laughed at hearing that. "If not, then what? there's no way a kid like you would be in this position if not that way. The hell was that a lie?" Seringai Shiva looked down at Kinan.

Kinan stared in disbelief at the sight of Shiva in front of him. The person whom he had always considered a good friend and companion, suddenly spoke like this to him, and again showed his dislike for himself openly.

"Thank you for reminding me, but just so you know." Kinan paused his words while restraining his anger. "I'm in this position because of my own efforts, not like the rumors that are going around, and. I'm pretty proud of that." Reply Kinan looked boldly at Shiva's eyes.

"Pretty proud? you're so funny, huh.." Shiva looked at Kinan's disdain.

Shiva seemed to dislike hearing Kinan's answer, he came out with a feeling of annoyance and even nudged Kinan loudly.

As soon as Shiva came out, Kinan made a limp tender. His expression turned sad as he remembered the bad words coming out from Shiva, the fellow whom he had believed all along. Though all this time Shiva was always good to him and always gave support to him, it turns out he only knew that he actually did not like him.

...

The day is getting late, the shift change has been done since 3 pm. However, Kinan still stayed at the hotel and busied himself with various jobs that he had not done.

"Mommy hasn't come home yet, Tumben's still at the hotel?" Ask one of the staff to Kinan who is still busy inside the hotel.

"Ah, yes. Coincidentally also this wants to go home, earlier I just helped a little more because the guests again ramainya right." Answer Kinan.

"Yes, but this is our job. So let us do it." He again felt uncomfortable because it was helped by Kinan.

"Oh yes, then I go first. Happy duty." Said Kinan feeling a little bad for them.

He let out a long sigh, recalling his chatter with Shiva which made him feel chaotic and so uninspired. Because of that, it made him remember the chatter of his colleagues who were talking about him behind earlier.

No longer caring about it, he immediately went home, although his expression was still not good.

"Kinan's spirit." He encouraged himself and rushed out of the hotel.

...

Inside his room, Bian was hearing the report he had told Dimas earlier.

"Kinanti Agustine, a big orphan in an orphanage since she was a baby. At just 25 years old, he lived in an orphanage until the age of 18, and began moving to Jogja to continue his studies. He got a scholarship to one of the universities here, and graduated early." Clearly Dimas about the profile Kinan requested by Bian earlier, while presenting his report.

Bian stared fixedly at the contents of the report given by Dimas. He didn't turn away when he saw it.

Why would he want to know about the new manager? - Inner Dimas was rather curious.

"Where is he living now?" Ask Bian later.

"He was living in a boarding house not far from the hotel location." Answer Dimas.

"He lives alone?" Asked Bian again, who did not turn his face away from the report earlier.

"Yes, he lives alone."

For a moment he fell silent and suddenly widened his eyes upon seeing a shocking sentence listed in the report.

"Love Love?" He stared at the name of the orphanage that was so familiar. The same name he had found in Kinan's diary, eventually made Bian convinced and asked Dimas for help to find out about this truth.

"Wait, did the foster home ever catch fire?" Bian widened his eyes in shock, "When did that happen? then what happened to her? and others too?" Bian asked then, looking at Dimas with a shocked and curious expression as soon as he saw the newly discovered fact.

"That's right, exactly 17 years ago. All the children of the orphanage no one was injured, only then the child named Kinan fainted and became memory lost due to the incident. And, there are 1 child also lost existence after the event." Clear Dimas.

"Lost memory?" Bian muttered in disbelief as soon as he heard it. "Why can I lose my memory? do you know about this?"

"He was hit by a building that fell when it broke out, and what I heard because it was too shock, he lost his memory." Obviously Dimas again.
