14. Puzzle 2

In a Japanese restaurant, Bian and his secretary were meeting with a client to discuss the issue of cooperation between the two.

The conversation between the two was quite serious but still with a warm atmosphere. For a long time they discussed until they reached an agreement from both.

"Thank you for the time you've given." Bian extended his hand to the client.

The client welcomed his hand. The two also throw a smile at each other after the end of the agreement between the two who have reached common ground after taking a long time.

The client also left in front of Bian and his secretary.

"We stopped by somewhere before we went back to the office." His request to Dimas the secretary.

"Good." Answer Dimas.

The two stepped out of the restaurant after meeting with a client.

In the midst of the crowd of vehicles passing by, the two headed to the location that Bian meant.

It took 10 minutes for the two to reach their destination. That place doesn't seem like a Bian once, considering that he's the one who went in as soon as he got there.

"Sorry, who are you looking for?" Asked one of the company employees to see the figure he had first seen.

"Ah.. Adelia Princess .."

"Bi.."

Sapa Adel from a distance as soon as he saw Bian. Adel's screams cut Bian's words to the officer.

"He's my guest." Adel was clear to the officer.

"Ah. sorry I don't know, then excuse me." He said while looking down apologizing and saying goodbye to leave in front of Bian and Adel.

"Hey, how come you suddenly come to the office anyway? I was surprised when you called.." Adel said as he hugged Bian's arm.

"Ah. that.., I've met a client and happened to be located near your office, so. I stopped by." Obviously Bian.

"Oh that way, yaudah stopped by my office yuk."

"Em.., wait.." Bian stopped his steps. He looked towards Dimas.

"You wait in the car." Bian told Dimas the secretary.

"Good." Reply Dimas then leave in front of the two.

"What did you bring?" Ask Adel on the parcel brought by Bian earlier.

"Ah. This, I accidentally bought a cake on the street earlier." He said as he handed the parcel containing the cake to Adel.

"Well, this is my favorite cake, thank you.." Adel said he was happy.

Bian smiled looking at the delighted expression of Adel.

"Oh yeah, you have any other business coming here?"

"Oh, I need a reason to come here?"

"Ah. That's not what I mean, it's still office hours, and again you're super busy." Resist Adel feeling clumsy himself.

"I just stopped by, I happened to meet my client near your office." Answer Bian. "Yesterday you came home safe, right?" Continue while sitting.

"On Adnan.." Bian stopped for a moment.

"He's got the same necklace as yours, do you know about it?"

"Necklace?" Adel looked at Bian confusedly.

"Yes, the necklace the band is padlocking? you don't remember?"

Adel tried to recall that.

"Ah. that necklace. My childhood necklace?" Remember later. "Why is that?" Ask back Adel.

"What's a little bit like is yours."

"Oh yeah? I just found out."

Bian stared at Adel's seemingly ignorant expression about Adnan's necklace, and from his expression looked honest.

"Oh that.."

I don't know why it still bothered for Bian, from yesterday after he came home from the park he did not stop thinking about it.

"I can't, borrow your necklace?" Said later.

Adel silently looked at the strange-looking Bian, he was confused by his current attitude.

"May I be, but what's it for?"

"Make what? em.. I just want to borrow it, all you want to change the necklace chain too, it's old-fashioned too, right?" Reply Bian origin, because actually there is no intention to say it earlier.

"Oh yaudah, but I'm not carrying that necklace right now. The necklace is in my house, so you have to come to my house if you want to borrow it." Adel's smile no longer bothered Bian's strange attitude.

"To your house?"

"Yes, how?"

"Oh, I'll be at your house tonight." Reply Bian after thinking for a moment.

Adel seemed happy to hear the reply from Bian.

Flashbacks

Yesterday night, in Bian's room.

By lying down and staring at the lock necklace, Bian tried to recall the necklace that had the initials of a letter.

"K? K.. K... K.."

"Fuck, I don't remember anymore." He muttered trying to remember the initials of the letter.

"Why is this necklace still I keep? I remember a little bit, if this had anything to do with the orphanage, but.. why don't I remember his name?" He said frustrated.

"But, does everyone have this necklace?" His words were suddenly remembered by Adnan's necklace and Adel's.

Last night Bian was stuck with a chaotic feeling, frustrated by not getting an answer, he then tried to close his eyes.

"Kinan's.."

He woke up and jolted as soon as he remembered the name.
