Kisuke Uruhara On DXD

Kisuke Uruhara On DXD
Chapter 82

Kisuke needs two hours to get everything he needs and the sun is already setting by the time he gets home.

"I'm home!" Kisuke screamed tired and realized that his mother had gone home with her shoes on the shoe rack. 'How the housewife had so much energy. They almost squeezed me to death. I shouldn't shop for a while to recover my 'wounds.'

"Welcome back." Sakura peeked at Kisuke as she put on her apron. He looked at the large plastic bag he was carrying and asked, "Material of food? And that's a lot. Any guests coming tonight?"

"Well, maybe. Please make at least ten servings for tonight." Kisuke took off his shoes and carried a grocery bag, placed it on the dining table before taking out everything inside.

"Maybe? I can cook more, but what if they don't come? Food will be wasted." Sakura asked while helping Kisuke sort through the ingredients for dinner.

"I can take her into my separate room for food. Just like what you saw when Ophis visited last time." Kisuke smiled at his mother like he was boasting.

"Your miracle is really strange. How did you learn it? I doubt there's a book that has anything to do with stopping time in a confined space." In the past, Sakura was a kind of researcher as well. Although space and time magic was not his forte, he knew how difficult it was to manipulate the two especially 'time' since no one else he knew was capable of stopping him completely.

"I say this is a stasis of time for the sake of simplicity, but stopping or separating time from space itself is not possible. I added a rule where the transfer of energy or entropy in space I made moved slowly, 1,000 times slower to be exact, so it had the effect of slowing down the same time. But more than that and the Mana requirement became too high that the surrounding Dimensional Gap could not provide it. It was possible to stop the target time itself and not space, but it increased complexity and energy consumption which was very impractical. Maybe for some emergency stuff, but not for everyday use." Kisuke recounts to his mother as he finishes sorting the ingredients for dinner.

Sakura stopped her hand and her mouth gaping, "Is it you that many geniuses in history tried to manipulate time but were only able to speed up or slow it down a few times."

"Either they think that space and time are separate things and try to manipulate them one by one or they use the effects of slowing and accelerating on space itself which is difficult. And I can't believe that I'm the only one who found this. There might be some people hiding the results of their research for their own benefit, or perhaps the higher-ups of each faction tried to hide it. It was hard to do without proper and deep knowledge, and it was difficult to do so, it is more dangerous than space without time manipulation because you can do some devastating things with it, like carrying a large-scale destruction magic already activated that takes a lot of time to cast to bring it down some important city or place." Kisuke continued to speak, ignoring the shock of his mother.

"That's a possibility, but I doubt anyone can insert the magic already activated into the artificial space and take it out. Although some research on it may be going on right now as it is a very good ace to have..... I know that you're smart, but I don't think that you're very genius ... Maybe you can even take the world with your head?" Sakura's mouth twitched as she replied and joked with Kisuke. And the thought of someone possibly developing a magic capable of storing ritual class shredding spells gave him goosebumps, 'What the hell is this? Isn't that too possible?'

"Haha. What are you talking about, Mom? I'm just a handsome, humble candy store owner. Take over the world? Too many problems. I prefer to read random novels on the internet." Kisuke climbed up to change from his uniform to his usual outfit plus a hat and wooden slippers.

Sakura just shook her head at her son's attitude, but she felt proud of his achievements, 'I hope you can see this Ryouta. I've been observing him more lately and I know he's also a researcher at heart, but I can't see any indication that he's taken the path I took in the past. If he does more than just do something just for knowledge, then I will stop him myself, even if it kills me. But I doubt it will happen because he has people who can accompany him on his journey, something I never had before I met you.'

"Be careful, and who do you expect again?" Sakura busied herself and asked without turning around.

"Sona and some members of her slaves. I fought with them." Kisuke casually explained before going to the door.

"What's? Is that okay? And why would they come if you just had a fight with them?" Sakura turned in shock and chased him to the door.

"It wasn't my fault, and knowing Sona's personality, she might have come to apologize." Kisuke opened it and got out.

"I understand." Sakura sighed in relief because she also just learned how Sona behaved because she came here almost every day and got a chance to interact with him.

"I have to go. See you soon."

"Don't forget to bring Aika home for dinner."

Kisuke did not answer him and simply waved his hand before closing the door.

He checked his surroundings and entered his Candy Shop across the street and went straight to the training ground. What greeted her was Aika's cry while Yoruichi chased after her and attacked Aika with his attack while wearing her white underwear.

Aika notices Kisuke's arrival and runs towards him, "Waaahhhhh!!!!! Kisuke!!! Save me!!! Yoruichi is more unreasonable today!!!!!" He did object to her clothes when Kisuke saw her first time and crouched down to cover her body in embarrassment, but he mercilessly hit Yoruichi's lightning bolt by doing that and it didn't feel too good. Over time, she stopped thinking about Kisuke's gaze on her underwear because she was used to it and getting hit by Yoruichi was very painful. Even so, he made sure to only wear cute lingerie so as not to 'humiliate' himself any further.

"He may still be upset by what happened before." Kisuke used Lightning Steps again and arrived at Koneko's position, ignoring Aika.

"Kisuke you bastard!!!"
