Kisuke Uruhara On DXD

Kisuke Uruhara On DXD
Chapter 14

"Any knowledge that is not so general, except one, is all recorded and written by me. You can find it buried 50 feet deep under this table." Cleria continued.

"Except one? Why did you make an exception? Hmmmm... Uh. Could it be that you haven't recorded it yet?" Kisuke played with his empty cup while asking.

"really sharp. You're correct. I haven't written it down and kept it. Maybe that's also the biggest reason we're being hunted." Cleria simply smiled wryly at Kisuke's deduction.

"What?!" Masaomi, on the other hand, was very surprised by the revelation.

"Sorry dear, because to my knowledge, we're putting our lives at risk." Cleria faced Masaomi and bowed to him with tears that almost fell from her eyes.

Masaomi did not let Cleria do that for long and immediately hugged her while whispering into her ear, "It's okay, I promised you that I'll be with you forever."

Cleria could not hold back her tears anymore because she had hidden this important secret, even though it was just speculation, from her since yesterday. The heavy burden in his heart was finally relieved along with his tears upon hearing Masaomi's words.

Kisuke read the mood and did not interrupt them. He only played with Yoruichi's feet while waiting for them to calm down.

Wiping away her tears, Cleria apologized to Kisuke for his annoyance.

"The secret I managed to uncover was about the whereabouts of King Piece." He kept explaining.

"Hm? Didn't the Evil Piece system adopt the idea of chess? So the leader must have this King Piece. What's wrong with that?" Kisuke is quite confused because the game of chess cannot happen without a king.

"The problem was that every high-class young demon only accepted fifteen pieces, without a King Piece. The lord of a noble title could use his demonic power to stamp the Evil Pieces they received. It makes sense if there's no King Piece. ." Making another cup of tea for everyone, Cleria kept telling stories.

"Heh... So this is a piece that doesn't exist?" Kisuke urged her to continue.

"They exist, and only those in the highest positions are aware of it. I just accidentally found it."

"Then what can this King Piece do to warrant such excessive action as hunting you down just because you know?"

"They can grant power up to masters of noble titles. At least ten times to a hundred times their basic strength." Cleria took a deep breath before saying this.

The room was quiet. Everyone is dumbfounded.

"Ten to a hundred times?!" shout Masaomi.

"so. Rating Games and Evil Pieces are the basis of modern demon society and this use is essentially cheating or simply corruption. If revealed, various people would lose their minds." Kisuke muttered after being silent for a while.

"You're right. That's why they couldn't let go of me, especially since I knew that the top 3 ranked games were King Pieces users. They made it to the top through cheating. Just being one of the rankings gives you various privileges." Cleria regretfully agreed.

Another silence descended between them.

"What are you planning now?" Kisuke asked after finishing his second cup of tea.

"Hide it. Let everything cool down. Live a quiet life somewhere and build a family with Masaomi." Cleria finally smiled and held onto Masaomi's hand.

"I see, then take the robe with you. It'll make you look like a normal human being." Kisuke smiled back and gave his blessing to the two.

""Thank you for everything"", The couple once again expressed their gratitude.

Cleria gave a few more things and the method of activating the teleportation array to Kisuke before preparing to leave.

"Oh, one more thing. Just some friendly advice. Don't let a quiet and peaceful life dull your skills, instead, fix it for unexpected rainy days." Kisuke said before they teleported.

The couple looked surprised for a moment before saying, "Are you really a child? Why do you look more experienced than me? Haaa... Whatever, we'll do it. Thank you." Thank you." Then they disappeared.

Kisuke and Yoruichi were left alone in this spacious room.

"What do we do next?" Yoruichi's voice echoed from Kisuke's side.

"We'll look through the book for a while until 4pm, then go home for dinner. I'm still tired of yesterday's trials." Kisuke replied as he walked through the bookshelf.

"Don't forget to buy my yogurt before you go home." The cat did not forget his snacks and reminded his partner.

"Yes yes."

...

..

.

Next day.

"Kisuke, open the door for a second." He heard his mother from the kitchen washing dishes.

"understand." Kisuke got up and walked to the door. As he peered through the pinhole, he saw two familiar figures.

He opened the door and greeted the two, "Uncle Touji! And a girl I don't know. Please come in, my mother's inside."

"Who is the girl you don't know! I'm Irina!" The young girl in a lacy white dress and hair tied to a ponytail immediately reacted to Kisuke's remark.

"What?! Why are you dressed like a girl?!" Kisuke showed a surprised expression.

"I'M A GIRL!!!" Irina finally loses and is ready to pounce on Kisuke.

"Kisuke, stop teasing her so much." Kisuke's mother, Sakura, appears behind him and hits him on the head.

"Touji-san, Irina-chan, please come in. I'll prepare tea and snacks." Sakura continued and let the guests in.

Touji just smiled looking at the children's antics but Kisuke could still see a trace of fatigue on his face, "We will accept your offer, thank you for accepting us."

The three sat in the living room while Sakura prepared tea and snacks.

Kisuke and Irina were still fighting and Touji just watched with a faint smile.

Sakura came out and joined them, "What brought you here today?" she asked Touji after he gave her a cup of tea.

Touji took a sip of it before saying, "Irina and I are here to say goodbye."

Irina became moody and stopped eating her snacks after hearing this.

"Breakaway? Are you going to move?" Sakura asked.

"Yes. Because of my work, we're moving to Europe. Kisuke-kun has become a good friend of my Irina here, I also want to thank her before leaving." Touji patted his daughter's head to comfort her.

Touji looked at Kisuke and said, "Thank you Kisuke-kun, for taking care of Irina."

"Together, uncle. We'll probably meet again in the future, and by then, I hope he's not as annoying as he is now." Kisuke replied to Touji while grinning at Irina.

"Who's that sore in the ass?!" Irina was once again enraged, but she did not have a gloomy aura anymore.

The four of them talked about random things for about half an hour before Touji and Irina said goodbye and said that they still had to go to the Hyoudo residence.

After seeing them off, the mother and child couple reentered their home.

"Are you going to miss him?" Sakura suddenly asked her son.

"Of course, she's like my little sister." Kisuke answered but did not stop walking towards his room.

Sakura just smiled at him.

Kisuke returns to his room and sees Yoruichi enjoying his milk in the form of a cat.

Yoruichi looked at him and asked, "What's the plan from now on?"

"Many!" Kisuke jumped onto his bed before continuing.

“First, we learn everything in the library. I saw some books about witches and mana manipulation yesterday. It will help us to combine our physical and spiritual bodies.

" After we achieve that, we will be able to regain our previous capabilities and with some improvement. We will also be able to realize our Zanpakutous.

"In my case, I guess I can also remove the hollow mask with the help of Hougyoku.

And the last one is the reopening of Urahara Store.

"All this will take several years to complete."

Kisuke finished talking and looked at his cat for input.

"You still haven't let go of your deserted shop?"

"This is my calling."
