Kisuke Uruhara On DXD

Kisuke Uruhara On DXD
Chapter 19

"Hahaha, you've been bullied!"

Silence struck the three of them. Kisuke had cold sweat running down his back while he maintained his indifferent expression.

Yoruichi sneered at Kisuke's actions and Koneko slowly walked towards the two with her head bowed, the bangs of her hair shadowing her eyes. Kisuke could not see the face he was making now and was just waiting for him to contact him and get hit for real.

When Koneko reached Kisuke, she was just over a foot away. Due to the difference in height, Kisuke could only see his head still lowered.

His next action, however, surprises not only Kisuke but also Yoruichi. Koneko hugged Kisuke and started apologizing with her sobbing voice, "...Excuse me...Excuse me...I'm sorry."

Yoruichi gave Kisuke a blaming look. Kisuke, on the other hand, panicked for the first time since he reincarnated here.

He hurriedly patted Koneko on the head and said, "T-no, Koneko-chan. Don't apologize. My jokes are too much. Sorry."

'Did I just open up some kind of trauma for her?' Is what he thinks, otherwise, he would not have had such a reaction.

But before she could think more of this idea, Koneko moved to her back while still hugging her. He felt his body become lighter and the next thing he knew was that he was banging his head against the ground.

Koneko had just done a German suplex on her and wiped her face from her tears.

"Yoruichi-san, let me borrow your bathroom and washing machine. I'm sticky from sweat and dust." Koneko faced the cat and started walking towards the store.

"certain. I'll show you where it is." Yoruichi responds and follows Koneko in.

Kisuke is left alone having an affair with the land but he is not even angry because he thinks that his punishment is quite light.

Koneko took a shower for an hour and a half to clean and also calm herself down. The uniform is also done with dry cleaning.

Koneko dries it for another five minutes. He noticed that his hairpin was still not with him. Considering his senpai still had it, he dressed up and went to the living room.

There, Kisuke is nowhere to be found. Koneko only sees Yoruichi on the sofa watching a late-night TV show, and a mountain of snacks is located at the middle table.

Koneko gave a small smile seeing this scene but immediately returned to her calm expression. He sat down on the sofa and started working on the snacks.

"Kisuke-senpai?" Koneko asked Yoruichi while chewing on the cake.

"She said she wanted to check on something and went back to her room on the second floor. He's been doing it for over an hour now." Yoruichi looked at Koneko, 'cute' she thought.

Koneko stopped eating and looked at the cat, "...Is he... avoiding me?" He asked in a low voice.

"It can't be that way. That idiot's face is thicker than the Chinese wall." The cat replied to his words.

"Gr." This is one of those rare moments where Yoruichi sees Koneko laughing, 'very cute' is what's on his mind.

"Hey, hey, Koneko-chan, you should at least deny that. You know I'm a healthy senpai who's often humiliated." Kisuke came walking down the stairs with a mischievous grin on his face.

"Shut up, Ero-senpai." Koneko did not see it and continued to eat.

"Rude!"

Kisuke also sat on the sofa and helped Koneko with snacks.

"How did you do it?" Koneko suddenly asked.

"Hmm?"

"How can you continue to avoid and resist my attacks? I know for a fact that I am faster and stronger than you. Can you see the future?"

"Haha~. Not likely. I'm not a fortune teller." Kisuke just laughed at Koneko's guess.

"Then how?"

"Koneko-chan, you are strong, physically, but as a fighter, you are very inexperienced."

"I'm able to tell you your next course of action based on how you move your muscles and how you light up your aura.

"You're too straightforward with how to fight and rarely use tricks.

"After fighting you for a few minutes, I managed to find your whole style. You didn't realize that I was leading you to take some actions that I could easily fight.

"Remember those 'pokes? It's your gap where you won't be able to react in time and can be fatal if attacked with enough force."

Koneko glared at Kisuke when she heard the word 'piercing', but Kisuke ignored her and continued to explain.

"How can you do all that?" Koneko pouted as she recalled their match. He received too many stabs and thinking about all of them could actually kill him a little scared him.

"Hows it? hmmm, just tell me I've had a life-or-death battle and I have to learn it to survive." Kisuke stood up and walked into the kitchen to pick up barley tea in the fridge. He came back with two glasses and filled them to the brim.

Koneko silently pondered over everything Kisuke had just said.

"You can hit him if you stop holding back." Yoruichi who had been secretly watching the two all this time suddenly spoke.

"I didn't hold anything back in the last few minutes of our debate." Koneko was confused by Yoruichi's words. The cat sounded like he was very confident that he was holding back.

"You're holding back, and you know that," Yoruichi repeated his words.

Koneko was as if she remembered something shuddering.

"...How'd you.." Koneko simply followed his words in response.

"so... So you're scared." Kisuke immediately looked through his worries.

Koneko's eyes widened. He was shocked again by Kisuke's words.

The only people who knew of its origin and true abilities were those from the Gremory Household. Due to a certain incident when he was young, he became afraid of his strength and never used it again.

He was worried that this power would overwhelm him and injure those around him and be important to him. Hence her previous reaction when she thought that she had almost 'killed' Kisuke.

He lowered his head and tears would flow again when he felt a hand land on his head.

Koneko looked up and saw Kisuke, her eyes still being overshadowed by his hat but she had a gentle smile on her face.

"Koneko, if you don't want to use it, then don't, if it will make you more comfortable. But remember this, you have power in you because you have it, not the other way around. "

"What does that mean?" Koneko wiped her tears and asked.

"That means that power is something you have control over, and you don't have to fear something you control." - "That's what you have control over." It was Yoruichi who answered Koneko's question.

"Well, okay. You can think about it later, not necessarily now." Kisuke suddenly clapped his hands to change the atmosphere. "Koneko-chan, it's already very late. You have to go." He reminded.

"Pulse... Thank you for accepting me Kisuke-senpai, Yoruichi-san." Koneko stood up and bowed to the two. A red magic circle appeared beneath him.

"Bring this with you." Kisuke took out a paper bag and put a lot of snacks into it and gave it to Koneko.

"If you want to train in hand-to-hand combat and combat experience, you can come here. This guy will accompany you." Yoruichi said to Koneko while waving his claws.

"Thank you." Koneko disappeared in a burst of light, moving it.

"Aren't you being too soft on her?" Yoruichi directed a question at Kisuke.

"Well, aren't you the same? I think I have a little sister I can spoil." Kisuke covered his face with a fan and laughed.

"Right, I have a strange desire to spoil her." Yoruichi agreed with him.
