Chapter 174

The time is set according to their plan, at 6 p.m. Inside a separate room found in the Temple of Aphaia, the Perseus Clan Generation was currently sitting around a stone table with a small statue of an owl that was the sacred animal of Athens.

Dennis had a frown on his face as he stared at his only current rival, Theodore, who was currently polishing his nails.

"Don't look at me like that. We can finish this later." Theodore stopped polishing his nails and looked at the person who started and gathered everything here, Petter, "I'm more curious about where you got that village girl and why you think she could lure that monster here. If you make him some kind of fanfare, he will know for sure that this is just a big trap for him. See it? It's 6 o'clock and he's still not here."

Theodore was referring to the blindfolded, gagged, unconscious brunette girl lying on the ground beside a table.

Petter closed his eyes while leaning against his chair while holding his spear with his right hand. He opened his eyes and glanced at his captive then turned his gaze to Theodore, "The fact that some of our members are drained of blood is sufficient proof that he came for us."

Theodore did not speak after that and continued polishing his nails.

Dennis, on the other hand, stood up and approached the girl. He looked at her for a while before kicking her away, "How is this trash connected to that monster."

When Petter saw this happen, the corner of his eye twitched and he gulped, "You don't need to know that." He glared at Dennis.

Theodore did not miss this reaction and began to be suspicious.

Dennis gasped at her gaze and sat back down. Petter then ignored her and closed his eyes to rest.

"Hmmm... Shouldn't we stop this?" Elexa who had been quietly sitting with them all this time suddenly spoke, "It's already 6 o'clock... He probably won't show up."

"Shut up and wait! What are you doing here anyway? You'll only get in our way so come home before you get hurt!" Dennis growled at her, pouring out his stressed thoughts on her. The House of Harpe had around 150 people and in the middle of them was a dignified old man standing 6 feet tall holding a huge sword in front of him. He was still furious after the fact that his son failed to kill the monster other than revealing their House's secret weapon to fight it.

On the House of Flight side, there were only about 80 people who were only more than half of the House competing. Just like the first one, the current leader stood in their midst. She was a middle-aged woman wearing a black nightgown and a black fan covered her face. She was Theodore's mother, but instead of paying attention to the movement of the force that seemed to be the most powerful, her attention was fixed on the Shield House where Elexa came from. Surprisingly there were only two people present from them. One of them was a girl the same age as Elexa and currently wore a worried expression for her master. She had blonde hair and was currently wearing full plate armor that covered most of her body. On his side was a short sword and on his left arm was attached a small shield.

The other was a tall figure covered in a black robe. Just from her aura, she looks mediocre but Theodore's mother thinks otherwise when her instincts yell at her every time she sees her.

The House of Invisibility is the second House with the fewest number of members present only 10 people. All of them had stupid expressions on their faces still wondering what they were doing there.

They all stayed silent afterwards and all waited. After the reports of the mummified members, no other news came that made them quite impatient.

As Dennis and his father began to lose patience, a report came out loud, "Medusa was seen together with a Human!"
