Chapter 20

A week has passed.

Koneko accepts Yoruichi's invitation to practice one-on-one combat. He came four times this week and Kisuke accompanied him at all times.

Each session lasted about four hours and Koneko did not need any body training and stamina due to her Fortress pawns, so Kisuke focused on her technique practice.

Kisuke taught him various attitudes and the use of light and heavy strength. He also taught him how to refine his demonic power to use it for active attacks and defenses as his Citadel pawns automatically used it to strengthen his body.

Kisuke can see a real improvement in his skills every session as he is very talented in this and follows his training very seriously. To the extent that Kisuke could not play around anymore in their sparring match if he wanted to maintain the strength he used.

However Koneko, was very frustrated as she could still see her senpai was very indifferent in every way. He did everything he could so he could kick Kisuke in the face just once. He thinks he's not improving at all.

But he still tried his best to learn everything that senpai taught him despite not seeing any improvement from his point of view. And this is what makes Kisuke and Yoruichi happy to see it, surviving despite not seeing much progress. That was also why Kisuke and Yoruichi were very enthusiastic in teaching.

Kisuke asks Koneko to keep their training a secret and uses her old fighting style when there is a brutal cat-like fight that destroys everything. It was quite an easy thing to do for Koneko what her senpai asked for because she did not need to think much while fighting and only cut everything, one of the reasons why Koneko could not see her progress.

Kisuke gives her the reason that he has not been able to use everything he taught her in real combat because he has not learned everything and may just hurt himself. In reality, Kisuke told her this because he had not wanted to draw attention to the Gremory slaves yet. In their eyes, Kisuke was just a huge fan of Koneko.

Kisuke was currently walking along the passageway while yawning. She can't sleep well as researching and decoding the data hidden in Koneko's hairpin. His hard work came to fruition and he finished deciphering everything.

The data inside is a set of experimental logs about making artificial Super Devils, which of course is quite surprising to Kisuke as experiments like this are often inhumane. The main theory about creating a Super Devil is not recorded but he can gather some aspects of it.

The experimental log mainly records the development of 'black nekoshou' and its reaction to various catalysts projected by the main theory. The 'black nekoshou' magic increased by leaps and bounds but had a body-damaging price. The researchers then concluded that the 'black nekoshou' would not survive until the experiment was completed and planned out a future experimental path on the 'white nekoshou' reserve.

But the log suddenly stopped there. She did not know how Koneko got this data but she was sure it was no coincidence as Koneko was very concerned about her hairpin. Kisuke, however, is unsure what his relationship with him is because the term 'nekoshou' does not appear in any books within the Cleria library. He wasn't even sure if 'nekomata' and 'nekoshou' were related at all apart from 'neko'.

Kisuke encrypts the data again and removes a trace of his access to it. He planned to return it to Koneko at the end of the day.

When he entered his class, he heard some students arguing.

"Aika Kiryuu! You don't know the charm of Momo Momozono!" A man with a shaved head and wearing his school uniform with an unbuttoned blazer shouted, making all the girls in the class except one feel disgusted.

"Why should I understand the charm of an adult video actress? Are you asking me to understand the fetish of the three of you?" Inquire back at the bespectacled beauty who had golden-colored eyes and disheveled brown hair tied into braids on each side. Unfortunately, this beauty was also obscene.

These three people are Matsuda, Motohama, and his childhood friend Issei. They are one of the few male students in Kuoh Academy as the school had just become a student over a year ago. They were also known as the three of the Four Heavenly Deviants. The last of the four? This is Kisuke himself because of some of his behavior and many girls who watched the three share their po.o.r.n with Kisuke for him to give a review.

"Kisuke, help us enlighten her with Momo-sama's prowess." The one who spoke was Motohama. Motohama has the ability to calculate a woman's body size simply by looking, which earned him nicknames such as "Glazy Glasses" and "Three-Size Scouts". It was said that he had a special body where his strength level dropped when he took off his glasses. Motohama is known to have better results than Issei and Matsuda and seems to be the most level-headed of the three as he tries to stay calm even when performing perverted acts.

'Why should I?!' Kisuke thinks of an outrageous idea to educate a high school girl about a porn actress.

"Urahara Kisuke, the strongest of the Four Heavenly Deviants." The girl, Kiryuu Aika suddenly commented.

"Haha, you're exaggerating me." Kisuke scratched his cheek and countered.

"Extremely? You have better photography skills than Matsuda, a more accurate 'Scouter' than Motohama, and more in-depth knowledge than Issei. You're too humble." Aika smiled hearing Kisuke's words while fixing her pink-framed glasses.

"Haha~. I'd be ashamed if you praised me that much."

"" "He doesn't praise you! That means you're a pervert of the three of us combined.""" The three replied to Kisuke.

"Just, 'lose' him for us. We can't face it." Matsuda was still frustrated with their previous arguments.

"I don't know what happened, but you just want me to make her feel embarrassed again, right?" Kisuke asked the three and they all nodded in response.

"Ughs... Just so you know, even if it shows me again a picture of me being chased by a bunch of dogs or even a picture of me in my underwear, I won't be ashamed." Aika flinched slightly but soon regained her confidence.

Kisuke said nothing and stood up. He walked towards Aika with a serious expression. Aika wanted to retreat a bit but she couldn't because there was a wall behind her.

Kisuke reached in front of Aika with only a foot between them, then he suddenly slammed his right hand into the side of his head hitting the wall behind him. He then raised his chin with his left hand to match their gazes and flashed a predatory smile before saying, "Then what if you and I had fun later?"

Aika was dumbfounded, the three minions were dumbfounded, everyone in the class was dumbfounded. The silence lasted for a few seconds until Aika erupted. His face heated up and blushed, he then proceeded to give Kisuke a headbutt to his nose.

Kisuke grimaced in pain and Aika escaped from his grasp. "Damn you Urahara Kisuke! I'll repay you for this!" He runs out of class while leaving his threat to Kisuke.

""" A-ap-what!!!? """ Three bawdy explodes.

"Well, there you have it, Kiryuu-chan may be perverted and have a lot of knowledge about a.d.u.l.t relationships, but she has no personal experience in this. I did it early. It's much more effective than I thought. Well, that hurts." Kisuke explained while taking care of his nose.

""" It makes us even more angry if you can easily make such an ikemen move! """ The three wanted to punch Kisuke in the face, but they held back because he was quite ruthless while fighting back. They've seen it a few times.

"But seeing Kiryuu Aika being embarrassed like that makes her very cute, considering you can only look at her with sneers and very eccentric behavior," Issei said while the two were still in a rage.

Everyone in the class agreed with him even though no one voiced him.
