In the end, the two Devils lost their fight. Removing her left hand on the sword, Xenovia retaliated with a punch and Aika dodged by retreating again. This type of exchange happens several times until both of them retreat.

"It's amazing that you can follow me even though it's weaker and slower" Xenovia said.

"Maybe it's not too obvious, but my Sacred Gear has already upgraded my body, you know. Even so, not much." From her clash with Xenovia, Aika learned a few things. But just as he was about to retaliate, the dull gray blade suddenly reappeared in Aika's right hand. The punch was actually a slash and at this rate, it would reach his neck. Without much choice, Xenovia bent down further and managed to dodge the blade. He took a step back to control his balance but to his surprise again, his leg was stopped by something and tripped. In the air, Xenovia looked down to see the culprit who tripped her, 'The knife she threw first!?' Completely losing his balance, he fell to the ground.
