Chapter 228

"Peak turbidity, seeping out. Container of madness." As soon as Kisuke started his spell, the different cold atmosphere of Serafall let go of the spread. Black films then began to appear around 'Kokabiel', slowly piling up to encircle it.

"Boiling, denying, numbness, blinking, obstructing sleep. The steel princess who creeps. Mud dolls, always ruined." The black films enveloped 'Kokabiel' in a cube that matched his size so that, from afar, it looked like a pitch-black building. Silence then followed as the cries of 'Kokabiel' disappeared completely. The only sounds that could be heard were the rustling wind and the gulping sounds of others.

"United! Fight it! Fulfill the earth, recognize your power!" From the giant black cube, hundreds of gigantic sword-like figures grew all over its surface. After seeing this, everyone watching already had an idea of how this would end up.

"Hadou no 90, Kurohitsugi (Black Dead Pig)!" Kisuke then stated the Death Sentence 'Kokabiel' which was clearly conveyed through everyone. After the entire chant, everyone felt a chill down their spine. And just as they had expected, the sword suddenly shortened, giving the illusion that it was piercing the black box.

After which, the sword disappeared and the black cube slowly receded, exposing the 'Kokabiel' within. The baby had hundreds of holes around his body but unlike their previous clash, 'Kokabiel' was motionless, as if he was frozen in time. A few seconds later, pieces of meat began to fall from 'Kokabiel' and as time went on, more and more rotten meat broke away from him. However, instead of piling up on the ground, the flesh shattered in the air disappeared in the amount of light.

All that remains are Kokabiel's skin and bones. He was still alive and an unprecedented fury was still present in his blood-red eyes. Although all he could do was tremble and it seemed like he could not think clearly as he continued to say random things like 'kill', 'dead', and so on. The first person to make a move after all that happened was Vali. He started walking towards Kokabiel intending to secure him for interrogation because of his basically purpose and he was happy that he could still do so even though everything was against his expectations.

But halfway through, he heard a whistling sound approach him and he immediately turned around and met a deep red-colored sword bow with both hands and used his Divine Divisor until the bow disappeared. He turned his gaze towards Kisuke and asked, "What are you doing?"

With a neutral expression, Kisuke replied, "That's my question. What are you doing?"

Vali thought for a moment before answering truthfully, "My first and foremost goal is to secure Kokabiel after he has done something that will endanger Grigori and he has just tried to start a war. And the second goal was to scout the current host. The Red Dragon Emperor and the current power of the Gremory and Sitri heirs. I've fulfilled the second one... And I even got a bonus. Now I just need to take Kokabiel to question him."

Along with the physical changes, his aura was released again, but this time, it gave off a completely different feeling than before. His aura became evil and rampaged, approaching the 'evil' side'. Everyone except Yoruichi and Aika froze and fear took root in their hearts, including Serafall, 'What is this!?'

"Hoooh... Still life... You're tough enough." Kisuke spoke with his cold voice. But instead of chasing after Kokabiel, he pointed his finger towards Vali and from the tip, a green ball of destructive energy began to clump. A few seconds later, that energy grew to be as big as a baseball.

"Ceros." Kisuke muttered and the green crushing ball became a laser. However, as he muttered the name of his technique, a panicked voice rang out in his head, Please don't kill him! Kisuke!'

This resulted in Kisuke flicking his finger up and the laser that would take Vali's life missed a few centimeters above his head. The magic circle then completed its preparatory work and was able to take Vali away just by leaving a pool of blood, 'I expect a complete explanation later, Kuroka.' Kisuke said in his head.

'I understand. I'll tell you everything. Thank you for forgiving him.' Kuroka answered in her mind and her connection was cut off because she did not want to risk being discovered.

Kisuke swiped his hand against his face and the mask disappeared and he walked towards Kokabiel, "Hadou no 54 Haien (Abolishing Flames)." He sent out a purple fireball and burned Kokabiel, leaving not even ashes.

He turned around and said, "Let's go home~! I'm hungry!"
