Hell's Charm From My Wife

Hell's Charm From My Wife
80. Broken Plate

"Laura!" Someone shouted to call his name. Laura who was about to put her butt on the chair, was forced to run towards the source of the sound.

A woman looked at him with anger.

"Why, Mom?" tanyakanya. Laura was a little scared because this was her first day of work. Belen just told him not to make mistakes on his first day. Laura just did that.

"You made it crack?" ask him with anger. His tone was so sharp. The cracked glass plate was within his grasp.

Laura nodded her head. He's down. "So accidentally hit the bucket, ma'am."

The woman gave a long sigh. His head shook then. "You're just doing the dishes and serving customers if there's a buyer" he said.

"This is your first day of work, but you've already made a loss like this?" tanyakanya. The woman shook her head. "I know that it's just cracked, but cracked plates like this can't be used to eat people."

Laura answered nothing. He admitted he was wrong, unable to defend himself.

"Laura," she called. "You want to replace the loss?"

Laura's staring.

"If you don't want to replace it, I'm forced to lay off you at the beginning of work." The woman added again.

Laura nodded faintly. "I just made that mistake. Why was he fired?"

"You don't want to clean the laundry, just die after you finish washing." The woman began to shrink. "You also don't want to clean the kitchen floor when it's dirty."

"But, it's not ...." Laura nibbled her lips. He lowered his head again, his mistake would continue to grow if he did not immediately admit it and correct it. Fighting might only incriminate him.

The woman breathed again. "Although I'm not explicitly saying that it's your duty, but it's also part of the work here, Laura."

The shopkeeper was really trying to be gentle on Laura. Belen told him that his friend was not used to working. So, he should be teaching her.

"If it wasn't for Belen, I would have kicked you out today." The woman shimmered. "I won't talk to you like this, Laura."

Laura mangosteen. "I'm sorry, Mom."

"Think about compensation. You just change this plate, just enough" he said. "You'll be given a second chance if you bring a new plate tomorrow."

"I'll forget about the first day of work and take it as a normal thing" he added. "I hope you can learn from your mistakes, Ra."

Laura nodded once. A thin smile was forced upon his lips.

The woman sauntered away from Laura's presence. Honestly, just half a day at work, Laura was already feeling unusually tired. The customers in this place were like water that kept flowing without stopping.

"There's a customer, Laura! Why stay there?" The woman screamed from the kitchen doorway.

Laura turned to him and nodded her head. "Good, Mom."

"Bring this to the table over there" he said, pointing to a table in the corner of the room with two lovers sitting opposite each other. Laura nodded her head.

His footsteps accelerated. Hope to deliver two big drinks to them soon. However, Laura stumbled upon the feet of a little child who suddenly blocked her path.

The girl fell. All the trays he was carrying were scattered on the floor. The floor became dirty with dangerous glass fragments.

"Oh my goodness, Laura!" The owner of the shop immediately shouted, running over to Laura.

The woman did not care about Laura's situation, but chose to take care of the mess that Laura did today. "Why aren't you careful?" tanyakanya. Sometimes he looks at Laura.

Laura whimpering. The atmosphere inside the tavern was a little chaotic because of the day. The little boy who made her fall, cried at her mother.

"I'm sorry, Mom." Laura tried to help. But the woman prevented it.

"You just get the mop! Have Ana make a new order for the table" he said again. "You can go home after."

"It's not time to go home yet" said Laura. "I'll take care of it." Laura insisted on helping. His hand was trying to grab the broken glass on the floor, ignoring the blood dripping from his knee.

"I told you you didn't have to help!" The owner of the shop had been holding back the anger since. Laura is really not at work.

"Leave that and quickly carry out my orders." The woman nodded again. She glanced at Laura before finally focusing on her work. "After that you can go home. I will tolerate this day."

Laura put on a sad face. Of course he was disappointed by the cold attitude of the tavern owner. However, Laura could not blame him either. If only Laura were in her position, perhaps she would be even more furious.

"Good, Mom." Laura finally resigned. He got out of his place and began to follow all the commands given to him.

Ana, Laura's co-worker, looks at her from afar. Surprisingly, he instead smiled as Laura walked up to him.

"Bu Hilda said ...." Laura was about to speak, but Ana suddenly laughed. "Why laugh?"

"You really don't have any talent in your life?" ask Ana ketus. "From that moment you just made a mistake. Not the one making a profit, you're actually making a loss in this place in one day."

Laura had no strength to retaliate. Ana's right, she can't do anything. Everything Laura touched today, it always ended in trouble.

"You please prepare another table order 12. I'll take the mop and go home." Laura doesn't want to argue. He walked out from before Ana.

Ana looked at Laura. He looked at the girl's back. "Tomorrow don't come again" said Ana.

Laura frowned. "Who can you ...."

"If you still have shame, Laura."Ana cut out Laura's sentence. "It should be unasked, you've resigned today as well."
