Hell's Charm From My Wife

Hell's Charm From My Wife
39. Dutiful Wife (Tak)

Adam finished his prayer. His palm rubbed gently on his handsome face.

"How does it feel after prayers?" Adam asked without looking back. Of course with confidence, Laura was still behind him.

"You refused because you didn't ordinarily pray the prayer." Adam concluded. "The tool is important, Ra." Adam tried to patronize, but he was not a religious teacher. "Praying times are a good time for us to chat with the Supreme One."

Adam smiled faintly. "From now on, I will familiarize you to pray five times and read—"

Adam's words came to a halt as he looked back, almost extending his hand to let Laura kiss the palm of the wife like a husband.

"Where is he?" asked Adam to murmur. In fact, Laura still left the prayer rug unmade. "He's been gone since?"

Adam pointed to himself. "Since I've been talking to myself?" tanyakanya.

"Ah, that naughty girl." Adam grumbled softly. "I should have locked the door."

"Can I come in?" Adam whispered from the doorway. "Is there anything I want to talk to you about, Ra?"

No response from the room. Adam started hesitating about opening the door, maybe Laura was taking a shower or something.

"Laura?" Adam called him lirih. "Have you slept?"

"Aragh!" Laura's voice shouted out suddenly, making Adam unwillingly break through her room. The man was surprised instead of playing and a bad thought suddenly flashed in his head just like that.

"Sir Adam why did he enter without permission?" asked Laura grumbled. "I'm going to change!"

Fortunately, Laura had not taken off her entire shirt. It is still considered polite if Adam saw it in this state now.

"I'm at the door" said Adam, scratching his non-itchy head. "I called your name, but you didn't answer."

Laura looked at the music playing from her phone. "I listen to music while making up."

Adam looked at Laura's face. The girl was already beautiful with a thin makeup polish that perfected her face. Plus his hair was neatly combed, falling right over his back.

"You want to go out at night like this?" Adam frowned. "It's already night. Almost eight."

"Not yet." Laura refuted. "In this hour I play normally." Laura pointed out the window. "The rain's gone, too, so I can get out."

Adam shook his head. "Can't." He obviously banned Laura. "It's late and you've been raining, I'm afraid that if you get the wind again you'll get the flu."

Laura is in her place. "Papa never forbid me, he just said that I can't come home late at night and he also asked me who I'm going with?"

Adam remained strong.

"Papa just enough of that answer, which is important I'm honest." Laura was a little hesitant, afraid that Adam would snap at her.

Laura lied, Faishal and Desi always nagged that Laura suddenly left the house, without saying goodbye, and returned late almost late at night.

"You think I believe that phrase?" Adam laughed lightly. "Which parent would let his daughter go out at night with that kind of makeup?"

Adam took a breath. "Anyways you can't go for any reason, Laura."

"I won't let you go" Adam said. "You must follow my words and quickly remove your makeup."

"I don't want to!" Laura is stubborn. "I promised my friends to come. Tonight's his birthday party."

"You can go in the morning. Say it and give it a gift, that's enough." Adam was a little upset. "Why also throw a party night-night?"

Laura was silent without language. Adam's thinking is really old-fashioned. He does not know anything about the trend of young people today even though his age is not too old.

"You even left prayer time and just left without saying goodbye just for this?" Adam clucking. "You're too much, Laura."

Laura suddenly laughed, but there was clearly nothing funny here. "Sir Adam told me to pray and I did, what else was lacking?"

Adam ruffled his waist. "You're not serious. You wish for your worship!"

Laura's been shaking her waist. "Then what should I do?" Laura protested. "A full night until morning I have to sit on the prayer mat putting my hands together to pray?"

"Laura, your words are impolite." Adam tried gently. "You must not insult worship that way."

"Sir Adam started it!" Laura won't lose. "Why do you feel less?"

Laura suddenly felt a sense of annoyance in her heart. "Really! I always leave prayers and I never get close to my God, I have fun in this world using my parents' money."

"What if you did that?" asked Laura spread her hands. "Do you prefer a woman who sits in a mosque all day while holding a prayer beads between her fingers?"

Adam did not answer. He looked at Laura.

"Then marry Nurwa or whoever her name is!" grouse Laura. "You are so similar."

"Laura." Adam tried to interrupt.

"I heard he asked you to get married. Why not accept?" Laura laughs. "You can spend all day sitting and praying, doing nothing."

"God must be helping you, right?" Laura approached Adam. "You're his favorite son."

"Laura!" Adam snapping. "You're outrageous!"

"I don't believe God exists" Laura said. Adam frowned. Laura smiled big. "If anything, why didn't God help me yesterday?"

Adam slurped.

"Why is God silent when I'm in trouble?" laura's asking is getting more intense.

"Because you never asked Him." Adam answered firmly. "You're too selfish and stubborn."
