97. Two Women

The sound of knocking on the door forced Laura to stop her activities. He walked to the doorway, welcoming the guests who came tonight.

"Nurwa?" Laura tried not to show her surprise. The arrival of this woman was beyond his expectations. "Did you come here at night?"

Nurwa sighed. "Can we talk for a second? I have something to talk to you about."

"I'm learning" said Laura sniffly. "Next week I have an exam, I have to prepare myself."

"Just for a minute." Nurwa urged Laura. "I promise it won't be long." Nurwa did not want to go home empty-handed. Laura's house is quite far away.

Laura looked at Nurwa. From the look on her face, Nurwa was serious this time. There was something in his heart right now.

"Come in." Laura allows. His tone did not like, hoping Nurwa would leave soon after.

Nurwa sat on the middle sofa of the room. This was the first time she had come to Laura's house, after several times of watching.

"I will not prepare tea" Laura said as she sat in front of Nurwa. "We're not too close to talking over tea, are we?" tanyanya while smiling grin.

Nurwa. "I don't expect either."

"Just get to the point" Laura added. "Don't make small talk or I'll get you out of here."

"Mas Adam slept here yesterday?" That question made his body shiver violently. She gathered up the courage after seeing Adam come out of this house yesterday morning.

Laura remained silent. Nurwa knew more than she expected.

"I saw him come out of this house, Laura." Nurwa. "You don't have to cover it up."

Laura nodded lightly. "Why not ask him?" He speaks casually. "Sir Adam would have been honest. He's a good man."

"Laura!"

"I never invited him to come!" Laura. "He came to me. So, don't look at me as if I'm seizing your man!"

Nurwa turned her face away. He could only endure the aggravation in his heart. Nurwa did not know how to cultivate this kind of feeling so as not to master herself. He had never felt it before.

"Please leave Mas Adam" said Nurwa. He went back to Laura. "We're getting married, Laura."

Laura laughs. "Well! You keep showing it to me!"

"Laura! I beg you." Nurwa frowned. "You have released Adam. You asked for a divorce from her, then why are you still like this?"

"Please don't bother us anymore" Nurwa said. "Running the life as you want all this time, then I will also take care of Adam with all my heart" Nurwa added. He rubbed his chest. "I'll be his wife, Ra."

Laura got up from her seat. Without saying a word, he went straight to his room. Nurwa was confused by Laura's attitude this time. He was about to give chase, but not long after that Laura came out of the room with something.

Nurwa frowned as Laura put some of Adam's belongings in front of her.

The woman fell silent as she stared at Adam's watch, tie and socks. Signifies that the man actually slept in this house.

"He slept in one bed with me last night" Laura said suddenly.

Nurwa. Stared at. The look on the woman's face signified sadness and disappointment.

"I don't know what we're doing, I'm so drunk." Laura added again. "I just know that he's been looking after me all night after I wake up."

"Why are you telling me this?" Nurwa. "You expect me to be jealous? You expect my relationship with Mas Adam to break down after this?"

Nurwa shook her head. "I won't ...."

"I guess that's what you want to hear. You hold high regard for honesty, Nurwa." Laura laughed a little. He was straddling in front of Nurwa. "I answered all your questions."

Nurwa. "Why are you chasing him?" tanyakanya. "Mas Adam I mean."

"I told you that I never went after her" Laura replied confidently. "He came to me. Destiny made him come to me, Nurwa. You still don't understand?"

Laura sat down. His attitude was so relaxed, like a big boss. "I never forced him to look after me all night or pick me up at the night discotheque, he was willing to do that."

"Laura?" Nurwa no longer wanted to hear anything from Laura's mouth. He was afraid he could not control himself.

"So far do you still think that Mr Adam has forgotten me?" ask Laura. He turned things around.

Nurwa was wrong with her decision to come here and warn Laura. In fact, he got the warning.
