99. Answers to Worries

"Who do you know my house from?" Laura placed a cup of tea in front of Daffa. "Belen doesn't even know I'm moving here."

Daffa did not answer Laura, but she stared at the surroundings. Of course the atmosphere became foreign, Laura's house was not as she expected.

"Why are you even looking at my house?" Laura sat in front of him. He looked at his ex-girlfriend with jelly. "Ah, because my house isn't as luxurious as it used to be?" tanyakanya.

Laura laughed a little. "You don't want to be friends with me if I'm poor?"

Daffa hurriedly shook his head. "I was just thinking how can you survive in this house alone, Ra?"

Laura frowned.

"In short I'm worried about you. Your neighborhood is a little quiet, the atmosphere is creepy." Daffa explained.

Laura just nodded her head. "You don't have to think about that. It's none of your business anymore."

The two look at each other. "You're still mad at me? I thought you'd forgiven me by giving me tea for my arrival."

Laura laughed again. "You think as fast as it takes away the pain in my heart after what you did?" ask Laura. He squinted his eyes. "Daffa! You're getting stupid!"

"I know I was wrong, but I ...."

"I don't want to go back to you anymore." Laura confirmed later. "I still like you. However, there are men that I prefer for now."

"Sir Adam?" Daffa guessed it.

Laura nodded her head. "Maybe. I'm not sure if I like him yet, but I'd prefer him to come back to you" he said.

Daffa sighed. "Ra, you're divorced. He's getting married too. You shouldn't like him anymore."

"You know a lot of it." Laura laughed again. "I guess you don't care anymore."

"Ra, this is for your own good. I don't want you to be hurt by your own expectations." Daffa rose from his place.

He was crouching in front of Laura. Grab the girl's hand and hold it. "I'll change for you, Ra."

Laura was silent again. He turned his gaze to Laura just not wanting to be hypnotized anymore.

"I can't. I told you I can't." Laura insisted on letting go of Daffa's hand. "I told you I liked Mr. Adam. I'll fight for it."

Daffa lowered his head.

"I accept you tonight doesn't mean I like you and want you back. I just want to listen to your explanation, besides I want to laugh at you." Laura ended her sentence.

Daffa again forced Laura. He again grabbed Laura's hand despite the girl trying to resist him. A small resistance was shown by Laura.

Daffa had not yet started his sentence, suddenly someone opened the door rudely and shocked the two of them.

As the two looked in the same direction, Laura saw Adam coming with anger. Suddenly Adam pulled Daffa away from Laura and punched her in the face.

"Why did you come here?" Adam looked at her with a sigh. "Don't I tell you that time not to come to Laura again no matter what?"

Laura stood in her place, she was trying to prevent Adam from doing anything more crazy than this. "Sir Adam, he just ...."

"I told you I won't let you get near him again!" Adam was about to hit Daffa again, but he stopped when Daffa laughed instead.

"Well! You guys are such an amazing couple!" chortled. "I'll report you for the attack tonight, Mr. Adam!"

Adam remained silent. He looked at Daffa.

"Why did Mr Adam come on these nights?" tanyakanya. "You surprised me!"

Adam is focused on Laura. "Tell him out of here and we're talking four eyes. I have something to talk to you about."

Laura who was initially silent, was forced to obey Adam. He nodded his head. Laura gave Daffa the code to leave his house immediately, of course they would talk next time.

After Daffa came out of Laura's house, Adam calmed down a little. He was prejudiced just by seeing Daffa.

"You know what he did to you yesterday, but why let him in?" ask Adam ketus. "What if he did something bad to you?" tanyakanya.

Adam was worried.

Laura smiled sweetly. "Sir Adam is worried about me?" chortled.

"I'm serious, Laura!" Adam snapped a little. "The area of your house is far from the main road. The environment is also quiet at this hour," he said. "Even if you shout, no one will come. Your voice won't make it to their house."

Laura nodded her head while looking for a seat. "Just give up Adam."

"What would he say to speak with four eyes, what would he say?" tanyanya. Laura looked at Adam. "It's important?"

"It's about Nurwa" he said. Adam approached Laura. "What are you talking about with him?" tanyakanya.

Laura smiled in anguish. "What is he complaining about?" Laura asked back. "Like a baby."

"Laura!" Adam snapped out in a loud voice. Her eyes filled with anger, without Laura knowing where her mistake was.

"Sir Adam yelled at me?"

"Just answer me, what are you talking about with him?" Adam urges.

Laura sighed. "I'm just saying that maybe Mr. Adam doesn't like it. He's just too confident."

"You said that?"

Laura's confused. "Hm. I also returned Adam's belongings left here and ...."

"Design you, Ra!" Adam snapped again. Laura speaks a thousand languages. He had never seen Adam look at him like this.

"Sir Adam?"

"Why do you keep interfering in my business?" ask Adam. "Why are you bothering him?"

"Why are you misunderstanding this?" adam asked, corrupting Laura. "You should be smarter, Laura. So, stop bothering Nurwa. We're getting married."
