Laura's late again.
Knowing that Laura wasn't home a few minutes ago, actually made Adam anxious. Adam saw clearly that Laura got into the bus as she was talking with Belen on the edge of the minimarket.
"You're late." Adam greeted him in a strange way.
Laura's shoes were wet, her socks dirty with splashes of rainwater. Looks like Laura spent some time outside, instead of sitting inside the city bus.
"I've been home a few minutes late because there was business, but it turns out you came home even later" said Adam added.
Laura refused to pay attention. She closes Belen's umbrella and keeps it in the corner of the porch, hoping it's dry tomorrow and Laura immediately returns it to Belen.
"With Belen?" Laura glanced at Adam.
Adam was silent, like he was caught cheating. Though he did something natural with Belen.
Adam had to nod. "Just talk. He's an exciting person as well" Adam replied.
Laura smiled big. "Why not marry her?" muttered Laura. He took off his shoes and went into the house.
Adam followed Laura. There was one conclusion that closed the conversation with Belen earlier. "Laura is evil. It's evil, but for the one who doesn't understand it."
"For me Laura is good. He helped me a lot."
"Laura." Adam called out to her gently. She stopped Laura who was about to enter her room. "You deliberately switched the umbrella?"
Laura bergeming. Adam was clearly waiting for an answer from him.
"If yes?" Laura sighed. "I told you I don't like dark blue. That's what makes her umbrella so ugly" he added. "Don't understand yet?"
Adam forced a smile on his lips.
"Just calm. I've asked Belen to return her umbrella to its original state. Belen won't throw it away or damage it" Laura said. "If it breaks, I'll change."
Adam chose silence. After so many days had passed, his heart was still unable to fully understand Laura. Sometimes when Adam saw the wound in Laura's heart, the girl was not good at hiding. On the other hand, she is Laura.
"Who gives such ugly umbrellas today?" grouse Laura. "Dispose. Some parts are rusted. Buying an umbrella is cheap, right?"
Adam smiled. "Bring my mother."
Adam's response changed Laura's gaze. The girl fell silent after getting the expanse indirectly. At least they have something in common, they have no mother. Laura could feel her sadness.
"That's a long time ago, Ra." Adam added. "It's natural to look ugly and old-fashioned" he added.
Adam did not want to continue the conversation. He just turned away from Laura.
Laura's not feeling good. Adam's tone sounded full of disappointment. Even before turning away, the look on his face was impressed to dislike the words of Laura before.

Tonight, the menu is prepared. Adam couldn't buy anything from a roadside stall. The rain was getting heavier with strong winds that almost carried his body floating in the air.
Laura came out of her room. Two bowls of boiled noodles greeted his arrival when he opened the door. Adam with a sweet smile was waiting for him there.
Laura's quiet. He is still guilty of his words. However, Laura was too proud to apologize. He doesn't know anything about Adam and vice versa.
Laura sat down in front of Adam. Take water and drink it.
"Don't eat?" ask Adam again. Staring at Laura who glanced from the gap of the glass mouth. "I made two."
"I'm on a diet." Laura answered. He glanced at the wall clock. "I don't eat at this hour."
"Especially use the menu so," said Laura while pointing to boiled noodles in front of her. "My body weight will go up."
"If it's not eaten, dear, Ra." Adam pushed for force. "Eat just a little. I'm sure you haven't eaten either."
"I don't want to!" grouse Laura. "Why is Mr. Adam always pushy?"
Adam sniffed at the debate that might be about to happen if he continued to urge Laura. "Good, fine. I'll spend it."
"Eat him if you want anything ask first," said Laura upset. "Sir Adam always did everything on his own" Laura murmured again.
Adam did not respond. If he spoke, this conversation would spread everywhere.
"After this prayer first." Adam interrupted again.
Laura looked at him without words. Realizing Laura was watching herself, Adam stopped eating her.
"What's wrong? Why look at me like that?" ask Adam. "Because I asked you to pray ishaa?"
Laura turned her face away. "Later," he answered softly, a little afraid.
"I saw your ID. I saw your religion and I'm sure you haven't converted, have you?" Adam laughed a little. "So I'll be his priest."
"There is a little prayer before you go to the kitchen, the door is always closed. We will pray there. You take the water wudhunya ...." Adam was silent as Laura looked on with sharp eyes. "Why?"
"I don't pray today." Laura reasoned. "I'm coming to the moon."
Adam was silent, staring at Laura who showed absolutely no seriousness.
"You sure?" Adam did not believe it. Laura's educational history never included good religious values. Adam guessed, Mr. Faishal and Ms. Desi were too focused on academic Laura alone.
Now it's time he fixed that.
"Why? Can't believe?" asked Laura with a kettle. "I'll pray when it's over." Laura grumbled at his place.
Adam mangosteen. "I don't believe."
Laura looked at Adam with annoyance. "Then how can I prove it to you to believe, sir?"
Adam pointed at Laura's room. "We checked in the room together?" his reply.
Laura shakes not play. "Basic pervert!"
