Hell's Charm From My Wife

Hell's Charm From My Wife
67. A regret?

"Dam?" Wanda approached her son.

Adam sat on the porch of the house, looking at the horizon above. The feeling is not okay, it does not need to be explained what.

"I'm sorry your mother, Dam." Wanda sat down next to Adam. He looked at his son carefully. "Maybe it's the mother who's pushing your marriage too much."

Adam smiled faintly. "Nobody's fault" said Adam. "Me and Laura are not a match. How else would you like?"

"Say you love Laura, Dam." Wanda rubbed the back of her son's hand. "You don't want to fight to defend your household?"

Adam took a long breath. "Are I still able to maintain my household?" He resigned and gave up. "Laura acted this far to get away from me. That means I'm the one who's pushing the will too much."

"I just thought, if I keep trying to maintain and force things . then, we'll both just hurt each other." Adam looked at Wanda. "The purpose of marriage isn't for that, Miss Wanda."

Wanda mangosteen. "You're an adult. Not like the old Adam." The sentence ended with a smile.

"I just feel guilty about Mr. Faishal and Ms. Desi." Adam returned to the. "I promised I'd take care of Laura no matter what. Unfortunately, I can't keep that promise."

"It's not your fault, too, the one who asks to be separated from you" Wanda said. "You've tried your best, Dam. The result we leave to the Almighty."

Adam mangosteen. "Mom Wanda is right."

"We just need to pray, Laura can live her life well after divorce with you later," Wanda said. "Hopefully he can change."

"I'm divorced!" Laura shouted in excitement by the river. He laughed, as if he had let go of something heavy in his life.

Daffa smiled looking at Laura. "not yet official. Don't be happy, "he said.

Laura looked over. He sat next to Daffa who was smoking. "It's all thanks to you. If you don't help me, I'll never get out of that marriage."

Laura leaned her head on Daffa's shoulder. "Finally after a long time, I'm back in my life."

"I'm no longer attached to the man I never loved and I can come back to you again." Laura looked up as she looked at Daffa's face.

Daffa rubbed Laura's cheek so gently. "You're sure you won't regret this, will you?"

Laura shook her head. "Why should I regret it?" tanyakanya. "I never wanted this marriage to exist before."

"Sir Adam forced me, he said he wanted to take responsibility for my behavior." Laura began to review her past. "Mom and dad ...."

Laura's words stopped there. He accidentally talked about his parents. It was so strange that Laura suddenly felt guilty. The mistake had nothing to do with his parents.

Daffa turned his head when Laura did not make a sound. "By the way about your parents, when will they return to Indonesia?"

"You're gonna keep living with your aunt?" ask Daffa again. "What's the matter abroad?"

Laura kept her face away from Daffa. The girl was silent while thinking. Laura looked for answers that sounded reasonable.

"Why keep quiet?" Daffa tilted his head, trying to take over Laura's focus. "I shouldn't ask you about that?"

Laura smiled thinly. "Something I can't tell anyone else for now. You could say my mom and dad did something personal."

The two looked at each other, Laura hoping that her lies could be trusted. Daffa also remained silent for a long time, as if he was guessing something in Laura's eyes.

"Let me tell you that everything's normal." Laura smiled at the horse, trying to eliminate the awkwardness that existed.

Daffa finally nodded his head. "I'm waiting for that explanation" he replied.

The conversation stopped for a moment, there was no sound. The two looked at each other at the flow of water in front of them. This is the place of Daffa and Laura's first date, there is at least a trace of the story at this point.

"I can't seem to go to college." Daffa made a topic of conversation.

Laura looked up while frowning. "Why can't it? You are good at school" he said.

Daffa lowered his head, as if there was a huge burden he was carrying right now. "The money will be used to pay the debt."

Another debt? That's what Laura has in mind now. But he did not dare to say that. Laura loved Daffa too much, she was blinded by it.

"Do you have any other debts?" ask Laura.

Daffa mangosteen. "The number is quite large," he answered confidently. "I'm still thinking of ways to pay it off immediately before it's due."

In the past, Laura would have offered help right away. The girl would gladly donate her allowance to help Daffa. However, Laura could not do that now. He just returned an ATM card in Adam's name.

"What is the debt?" laura asked doubtfully. He looked at Daffa, and vice versa.

Daffa shook his head. "You don't have to help me anymore, which was enough yesterday." The young man pretended. I can definitely ask for help from Laura.

Laura grabbed Daffa's hand. "You've helped me a lot, so it's my turn to help you."

Laura's stupidity is indeed immeasurable if it has been faced with Daffa. Love makes a person forget themselves.

"You sure?" ask Daffa to make sure.

Laura mangosteen. "How many?"

"Five million," Daffa replied firmly. "If you want to lend me money first, I'll change it next month, Ra." Daffa held Laura's hand. "Can you help me?"

Laura remained silent. That money is a lot for him now. Laura has to be frugal if she wants to meet her own needs.

"Rho? You can't, can you?" Daffa interrupted again. "It's okay if not ...."

"I can. Sure oes. I'll send you the same money later," he said again. Laura smiled sweetly at Daffa. "You don't worry."
