The sun seems to be hesitating again to move from the dispute when the rain comes to greet the earth. It was the umpteenth time of rain in the first week of June. Half-running me through the wet side of the road between the rain. The water point also began to wet some of the body even though I was sheltering under a slightly large umbrella.
Eight o'clock in one minute. Half a giggle I entered the already crowded hall room filled with twelfth graders. The dress I was wearing was slightly drenched in the rain as it passed through the front porch of the classroom towards the hall earlier. The atmosphere has become boisterous with various series of graduation events. And now it's a graduation confirmation event. One student will go to the podium to receive a graduation medal in the order prescribed. Half riled I sat waiting for my turn with eyes fixed on the figure on the podium. "Mama Melissa and sister Mirza. There was a strange sigh when he saw the two there. How not long ago I went to school only this time knowing that the founder and owner of my school was Mr. William, the father of sister Mirza. Yep...Lord, how will I feel when it is right in front of both of them in the current situation. I must be really awkward. "Hopefully nothing happens that I don't want to.." I murmured softly.
I sat as quietly as possible while waiting for my name to be mentioned and trying to reconcile my heartbeat that I had felt was uncertain. "Olivia Faradilla Permana....!" I heard Ms. Ratna saying my name through the loudspeaker. Realizing my name was mentioned, I immediately stepped closer and received congratulations. "Congratulations.." said Mirza, smiling. "Thank you." I said with a smile hanging from the tip of my lips. Even so I was downcast unable to return the gaze of his eyes were so fixed. "We met at home" she whispered, leading me to raise my head for a moment, staring at her handsome face. "Mirza.." whispered Mama Melissa with a smile and nudged the slightly clumsy arms of Mirza's sister.
I toured the stairs with an unrelenting heartbeat. I don't know what rhythm he's playing. "Fara.." call Ferry when I go through it. I smiled at him too. "How does it feel to be congratulated with Mirza's sister...? said teasing me. "Mantaaff.." I answered with a thumb and a small laugh. "Basar semprul.."he said again. I passed by leaving Ferry who was also laughing a little.
Phew..Lega felt able to sit back and disappear for a moment from the sharp gaze of Brother Mirza. The look that makes me helpless. Even so, the gaze has managed to always make me flattered and happy. A sincere and warm look. I smiled remembering the gaze of a Mirza so as not to realize that my name had been called Bu Ratna back. "Olivia Faradilla Permana." I was surprised when my name was called again. Because of my daydreams, then I did not pay too much attention to the course of the event. Until a friend took my arm and told me about the situation. "Congratulations.you are indeed the best, Fara.." said my friend Kania. I was stunned not to understand the point. "You graduated with the best grades." he said again. "I....?" I said as if I didn't believe it. "Wow..in the call ahead tuh" said Ferry who suddenly refused my body to the side. "What the hell, Ferry.." I said while balancing my body. "It was called.." said Kania. "Greetings.what!" i'm surprised. "Mara...Farah...!" everything seemed to give me spirit.
The entire room became boisterous low with cheers as I stood up and started to step foot towards the podium. My steps became fast while replying to every helping hand of friends I went through. My heart began to beat uncontrollably as I approached the side of the podium, especially when my eyes accidentally collided with Mirza's sister. Jeez.he was looking at me with a smile. I became violent. My steps were doubtful of getting that look. And I immediately turned my gaze to Melissa's smiling mother. Miraculous look of the eyes of mama Melissa able to reconcile my mood and clumsiness. Half can't believe I'm finally standing on the podium. My eyes stared at the room that was starting to quiet. I smiled while taking a long breath.
"Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi.." I began my speech amid my clumsiness. Slowly but surely there are a lot of words that glide when on the podium. Out of nowhere, I know for sure. There must have been some applause when I ended my speech. "Nice..happy yes" said Mirza when giving a charter, award trophy and voucher with a nominal amount that is quite fantastic for me and also my two other friends as second and third rank.
Thank God I'm not stopping today. At the end of the show, I continued to receive congratulations. "Fara.." cried Sherlly, hugging me. I also reply with joy to all of his treatment. "We go straight to the office, dilute your voucher after that we eat.." selorohnya with a laugh. "Basil kupret lice..eat only that in your brain" said Ferry who just came while shuffling Sherlly's head. The one with the head is of course manyun because his hairstyle becomes messy. "Evil...!" said brief. Ferry and I laughed and hugged each arm.
"Fara.happy yes" said Ms. Ratna who rubbed my head. "Thank you, ma'am." I said softly as I kissed the back of his hand. "Not yet...?" asked Ms. Ratna who I answered with a headband. "Mom help.." said Ms. Ratna again as she pulled my arm. I followed Bu Ratna to the office. "This is the champion." said Mr. Reno my English teacher when he saw my arrival. Congratulations, son. Mr. proud. Moreover, your English maple value is almost perfect" he said again while greeting me. "Thank you also for your guidance during this time" I said smiling sumringah.
"What's the money for, Fara..?" said Mrs Andini with a smile. "Tuition fee, ma'am." I said while signing the papers and receiving money from Mr. Wijayanto, the head of my school's finance. "For whatever it is, use it as well as possible." Andini said again. This time he hugged me tight. "Mother.." I said as I returned his embrace. "If there is any difficulty, do not hesitate to contact the mother yes." said Ms. Ratna sad. In the corner of his eyes was floating a clear grain that was ready to slide. "Yes, Mom. Fara will tell her to mom. Thank you.." I said. And this time I was the one who ran in his arms. For a moment we cry restrained like a mother and child who will be separated far away.
I kissed the backs of Ms. Ratna's hands, Ms. Andini and some of the teachers and staff who were there with reverence. "Assalamu'alaikum.." I said just before it passed. There was a clear dot still tucked away at the end of my eye when Sherlly and Ferry approached me. "How's...?" sherlly asked while rejecting my body with her side. I smiled while trying to balance my body.
Drrt...Drrt... Drrt...
Cellphone fluoresces. A message adorned my mailbox. "Congratulations.... Sorry I have to go to the office. There's work to be done. We will meet later in the afternoon. After driving me Mr. Parno, my driver will pick you back up" Mirza said. "Em, no need brother. Fara with Sherlly and Ferry.." I said. "Are you sure, honey...?" his message again hinted at worry. "Yes, brother. And again we're not going anywhere. We just went to the cafeteria after that straight home" I replied again. "All right.." so did Mirza's last message.
The sun was getting higher, as the feet stepped towards the canteen following Sherll and Ferry. Eve from the beam of light was able to make me a little sultry. In a situation like this, of course, my heart was immediately fixed on the ice cendol bu Rasmi in the canteen. And half running I try to follow the steps of my two friends while occasionally throwing maximum jokes that can make me laugh wide. While busy joking suddenly my body had to be slammed because of a push.
I'm fallin. A sturdy guy with a pretty handsome face (Because the main good looks for me only belong to sister Mirza. Hehehe.) had hit me and made me fall. In my current situation, there are two things I think. First, the pain that I experienced and made me grimace with the pain. And second, the pain. How could there not be so many pairs of eyes looking at me at that moment. I bowed while trying to correct my standing position. "I'm sorry." said the man while helping me stand up. "Yes. Its alright. I'm sorry I'm not careful" I said. For a moment my eyes looked at his handsome face. If in telisik maybe his age is not much different from sister Mirza. "Evans.." he said breaking my daydream. "I'm Evans. Call me brother Evans" he said again "Fa..Fara.." I said clumsy. "I'm Sherlly, sis.." said Sherlly eagerly greeting the man who had just hit me.
"Yes.i'm looking for Office. Where, huh?" ask Mr. Evans. "Let me drop off, brother.." haggard Ferry. "It's okay nieh." Evans said again. "It's okay.. Instead of my brother back and forth asked, I better deliver direct" said Ferry who made me and Sherlly look at it for a moment because this was beyond his habit. "Wait in the canteen." said Ferry shortly before passing. Smiling, Evans looked at me for a moment before passing. "I'm sorry." he said again. I smiled and nodded my head.
"Well, sister Mirza has a rival nieh." said Sherlly, rejecting my body. And for the second time I fell because of Sherlly's treatment. "Sherlly.." call me half-screaming when I see he's stepped quickly away from me.
"Geez, Sherlly.." I said as I scrambled the order just after I had learned the steps. We laughed all the way through the school.
Drrt...Drrt...Drrt...
"How was the show, cah ayu...?" father message. "Currently, yeah. Oya, the value of Fara ranked first, Dad.." I said again. "Alhamdulillah. I am happy to hear it. Where are you, honey?" order dad again. "Hm, Fara's still at school. Still in the cafeteria with Sherlly. Kangen food canteen. After finishing eating, Fara came home" I replied again. "Good darling... Be careful" father's last message.
"Mantaaff.." said Sherlly shortly after our order was presented. "Wuih.enak nih" said Ferry who suddenly immediately bribed chicken noodles ordered by Sherlly. Of course, the owner rounded his eyes while launching an attack. "Ferry...!" shouts Sherlly annoyed. "Even so, Sherlly.." said Ferry repeatedly while withstanding Sherlly's attacks. Once satisfied, Sherlly fell silent and sat down next to me. His eyes were hinting in annoyance. "Sorry, what a pity.." said Ferry staring at Sherlly trying to calm him down. "I'm not following, ach.that's your household business" I said when stared at by Ferry as if asking for my help.
Shortly thereafter, Sherlly became a sumringah when the replacement chicken noodles I ordered were served. "There's no sorry." he said to Ferry who immediately replied to a clap on his forehead.
"Sister Evans." cried Ferry as he watched Evans walking towards the parking lot not far from the cafeteria where I and my two best friends were. Feeling his name called, Evans approached us. "Not home yet...?" he asked while standing by our table. "Newly enjoying the order, brother. Time to go home" Sherlly said with a small laugh. "Well, it looks good" said Mr. Evans, sitting right in front of me. "Hm.it's so good, sister." I said with my mouth half full of chicken noodles. "Wow.ga that's also the time." he said laughing looking at me.
"I ordered you, brother...?" sherlly. "Can. But accompany me." said brother Evans while looking at me. "OK..kakak" said Ferry with his mouth full of noodle feed. He smiled as he lifted his thumb. "This woman is quiet, very quiet." said brother Evans suddenly who looked at me. "Wow.kak Evans just knows" said Ferry laughing. "Whatever.." I said without any expression. While my hands were still engrossed in spinning noodles making mouthfuls. "That's it, Fara is beautiful." said sister Evans.
