THE PERFECT TIME TO DIE

THE PERFECT TIME TO DIE
(CHAPTER 8) THE WOMAN'S NAME IS KEIRA

THE NAME OF THE WOMAN IS KEIRA

The lesson bell is over, waking me from daydreaming. And from the classroom, Mr. Amir came out and looked at me who was still staring at the front of the class. With a stern look, he told me not to repeat it again.

Only a smile and a nod of a small head can I give Mr. Amir, all that I do to relieve his anger. I went to class, because the next lesson was about to begin.

A sneaky smile from Keira greeted me, as I walked into the classroom. Although I was very upset with him, but I held him back. Because I really don't want to prolong the problem. Life is so simple, why make it so complicated. Because then again, I just want to live peacefully in this school.

After I sat down in my seat, silence filled in. We're both silent, and I'm really uncomfortable about this situation. Maybe it's the first time I've had this feeling, guilt, awkwardness or whatever the right word is to represent my feelings in the moment. I really can't define it, but all I know is that it bothers me a lot.

I also intend to stop this situation, an apology fills my head. But when I wanted to do it, Arini's mother came in and thwarted my intentions.

Ms. Arini is a Physics teacher at my school. Of all the teachers in the school, maybe Ibu Arini is the straightest teacher, because she only focuses on lessons. No matter who listened to him or not, he would still explain his boring lesson.

And after five minutes Ms. Arini's lesson began.

I began to feel bored, it felt like I wanted to be quickly reconciled by my drowsiness. But soon I might eliminate that intention, because I was afraid, if I fall asleep later Keira will return to complain to Mother Arini.

While I saw Keira still looking for a loophole to harm me, it seemed that I should immediately express my apology to her. And I realized that Keira was a dangerous woman, and I wanted to decide as soon as possible everything related to her.

And after going through a very long wait, the break bell rang followed by Ms. Arini who came out of class with her boring textbook. On the other hand, the children in my class immediately scattered out of class.

When I wanted to break my body, next to me I saw Keira still sitting on her stool while tidying up her book. My body stopped, and just stared at him.

Because honestly I am not calm, I am afraid that if I fall asleep, he will do something else that harms me. Because honestly, I really can't guess what's in his head.

After finishing tidying up his book, Keira then took his lunch box in his bag.

I just kept staring at her, you annoying girl, wanting to feel like I put poison in her lunchbox. And it might feel really good, if I could do it.

Keira started to open the food box she was carrying, and I gave up on my nap today. Because apparently, he won't leave his stool. And I really can't stand this condition anymore, remembering the incident this morning, when Keira complained to Mr. Amir.

“Sorry yes, make that one?” I said to Keira.

“Which one?” Ask Keira.

“That was this morning, when the cave thrust lu.” Continue me.

“Oh it, cave not angry kok.” The answer.

The word that came out of his mouth was very contrary to the look on his face. And I realized that he was very angry with me. I was outrageous this morning, but I really had no intention of doing that.

And that's what makes me limit myself to being close to people or just trying to knit a relationship. Because I was afraid, my vision of the future would ruin it.

“But why the hell did you do it?” Ask Keira.

Keira's question stunned me, I just fell silent and didn't know how to respond to it. Would he believe if I said it, that I could see the future.

“Oh cave know ...” Keira.

“Lu envied the same cave, because the pinter cave and popular. While you enggak.” Complete Keira.

I just looked at him strangely, and I wondered how he could have such a big mind and such confidence. I remember the footage of Keira's future in memory, and I really felt sorry for her.

Imagining her smile and self-confidence would be lost, making me wonder why it should happen to her. Destiny, he will lose the child he loves in the future.

“Yes right?” Ask Keira.

“Iya, cave envy equal lu.” My answer.

My answer carved a smile on his face, and I was relieved to see it and I hope that smile will still adorn his face. Even if I knew, my eyesight would never miss. I threw away the thought, and prepared to find the perfect position for my sleep. But I came back, undoing that intention.

With a smile on his face, Feri came to my class and went straight to my desk and Keira. He came with a bag full of batagor and orange ice in his hand.

The ferry sat in front of my desk and Keira. Like I said, Keira is a popular student in school so many students in my school are competing to get her heart. Many students just want to seek Keira's attention, some even blatantly approach her directly like Feri.

After a short chat with Keira, Feri left and left a bag full of batagor and orange ice on the table.

“Lu want?” Keira asked me to offer Batagor.

“It's not from Ferries?” Means back.

“Ya keep why, cave question, you want what do you want?” Keira asked annoyed.

“Engga.” My answer.

I went back to looking for a good position to break my body. But then again, I had to go back to undoing my intentions. Because a few minutes later, my desk was again preoccupied by students who tried to take Keira's heart.

And this time, Roy's a 2C boy. With his shirt out and collar uplifted, Roy came up with his favorite basketball. Roy was one of the most popular students in my school, and he was the mainstay of my school basketball team.

Extra-curricular basketball is very popular in our schools. Because in addition to performance, the visuals of students and students who follow extracurricular basketball, increasingly make this extracurricular very popular in our school and in other schools.

And just like Feri, Roy came and sat in front of my desk and Keira. This time, I pretended to be busy writing something in my notebook because I didn't want to disturb the romance of those two. With an attentive look, Roy looked at Keira.

And Roy's eyes were immediately startled when he saw a bag of bricks on my desk and Keira.

“This what? The batagor? Keira .. You cannot eat this. Do you know how many calories there are in this food? And that greasy food, it's not good for your skin. I threw it away?” Ask Roy.

“Iya,” Keira replied with a smile to Roy.

I really can't believe what I just saw and heard. If I think back, Keira is a cruel woman. If Feri sees this event, surely he will be hurt, because his gift batagor was thrown away by Keira.

I began to wonder, whether it was because of his nature, that made him have that destiny. And right, after a few days of sitting with Keira, I started to see sides of Keira that I had never seen before.
