After the suspension, Maisa often spent time painting in the club room or reading books in the library. Since that incident, friends who were originally close to Maisa started to stay away. There were a lot of rumors going around about him. But Maisa did not respond. Mia who asked the truth only responded to Maisa with a smile.
Mia rarely goes with Maisa. Now he is busy being the manager of the basketball team at the recommendation of Kio and Ken. Because he thinks Mia is good enough to be the manager of their basketball team.
Maisa is very happy to hear it, reminding him when he used to play basketball with Jain and friends. It felt like missing her childhood friend who was also considered her brother.
Maisa often walks alone but he does not mind his friend. Being friends with anyone is his right. So Maisa has no obligation to ban it. After all, Mia idolized her own sister.
Maisa gave a small smile imagining how excited Mia was when Kio recommended her. Almost every day Mia tells the moment with a happy face. His relationship with Ken also improved. The man often sends messages just asking for news.
"She's looking for you!" Maya's mom poked her shoulder. His hand pointed at someone at the door of the club. Blinking one of his eyes teased the girl.
Maisa turned her head, looking at who was standing there. His eyes are breaking. Ken was standing at the door, a smile on his lips. He wore a long-sleeved mustard shirt and a striped shirt inside. It was as if a powerful aura surrounded him.
Ken approached the girl in the middle and sat down beside her. In front of him was an abstract painting that was almost finished. Maisa blinked her eyes, returning to her consciousness.
"The painting is good."
"Thank you! How come Ken's brother is here?" Maisa blushed, her cheeks blushing red. He was glad the man liked the painting.
Ken looked at the painting in front of him turning to Maisa's face in turn. "Hm... How about making me a painting too."
Maisa tilted her head at Ken's request. "What's the painting about?"
Ken pointed towards himself and Maisa. Maisa's mouth gaped for a moment, slightly surprised. A moment later, he laughed. An absurd request, capable of making his heart beat. Half his face was covered in books, afraid of being caught reddening.
Ken smiled, how many times the smile and laughter of the girl in front of him was dazzling. His eyes stared intensely. He wanted to protect Maisa's happiness, so that the laughter on the girl's face did not disappear swallowed by sadness.
Ken held his hand. Pull him out of the club room. Maisa turned her head towards the Maya Maid who waved her hand. His mouth spoke words of encouragement. Maisa smiled awkwardly.
"Where are we going, brother?"
"Walk!" the reply of the man was short.
Maisa sculpting in line roller coaster. A thread of sweat dripped down his nape. It's ngedate, right? But what kind of ngedate is this? Honestly, Maisa is afraid of heights.
The sound of the screams of visitors who ride a roller coaster makes the guts shrink. His brows furrowed slightly at Ken who was standing behind him. His hand held the edge of Ken's shirt. His face was a little clear like a stray kitten. Ken chuckles amusedly.
"If you're afraid you'll hold my hand" she whispered in Maisa's ear, making her hair stand up.
Maisa gulped her saliva, trying to shake off her nervousness. A little hesitant about stepping onto the roller coaster. Ken was already sitting in his front seat. Gadia is still confused. Ken pulled his hand to sit next to her.
Roller coaster starts to ride the track. Maisa clasped Ken's hand tightly. The sound of shrill ears from some visitors rides. The girl screamed loudly. Ken laughed, occasionally shouting loudly.
"Whoa!"
Maisa's body is limp after getting off the roller coaster. The head feels dizzy, the view feels spinning, the stomach feels stirred. Ken sat him down on a park bench. He gave me a bottle of mineral water. Maisa took a sip until she was half.
Ken looked at her a little worried. There was a hint of guilt in his eyes. He didn't expect it to be that bad. Maisa tried to smile, hinting that she was fine.
"How about we try that one?" Ken pointed towards the ghost house rides.
Maisa smiled wryly looking at the ghost house that stood towering. It's dark and creepy. Ken extended his hand. Maisa received her hand.
Both of them entered the ghost house. Feels dark, stuffy, and damp. The sound of the board creaking, the atmosphere was a bit foggy. The hallway felt long and creepy. Maisa tightened her hand. Both are going slowly.
A ghost in shabby white clothes appeared in the corner of the hallway. Faces and hands full of wrinkles, long hair, long black pointed nails, terrible grin with blackened teeth.
Maisa screamed, reflex hitting the ghost that appeared. A loud thumping sound, something fell to the floor. The ghost immediately fell. Maisa crouched down, pressing down on the ghost with her index finger.
"His ghost doesn't move anymore, brother. He fainted!" whispered Maisa looked up at Ken, his hands still bottle-shooting ghosts so-genesis fell unconscious.
Ken covered his mouth with the back of his hand, his body trembling withholding laughter. His laughter exploded as he exited the ghost house.
"That's it. You can knock a ghost unconscious, but you're afraid to ride a roller coaster." Ken rubbed his tears that came out on the sidelines of the laughter.
Maisa looked towards him. The distance separating them remains a few centi. The two looked at each other, winking at each other. A moment later the two moved a little further away. Ken clenched his right hand, closing his lips. Dehemating slowly. Maisa blushed, covering half her face with the back of her hand.
Maisa pulled up the man's sleeve, pointing towards the building that read seaworld. This time without hesitation Maisa clasped Ken's hand, entering the aquarium tunnel. Thousands of various kinds of fish swim, ranging from corals, crabs, squid and many more. Maisa put both her hands on the glass of the aquarium, watching the fish swim. His face looks very happy
"It's funny, huh?" There was a female voice not far away standing beside him.
"Yes, honey. It's funny." The man at the side nodded his head assenting.
"If that fish is cooked in spicy yellow sauce, about as tasty as possible, huh?" Maisa pointed towards the long-boned fish.
The girl turned to Ken who was standing next to her. Ken laughed again at the girl's ridiculousness. The pair of lovers beside them looked strangely, staying away from the two.
Out of seaworld, the two walk on the Ancol beach, enjoying the sunsets on the western horizon. The bright orange glow of light makes the sky red orange. The birds flew here and there probably after they had been foraging for a full day. The wind was very cold, blowing gently. Silhouette shapes produced from the shadows of houses, trees, and skyscrapers add to the atmosphere of the afternoon.
Maisa and Ken sit on a blackish-brown wooden platform neatly arranged along 100 meters leading to the sea. Many tourists choose to play water on the beach befriended by the waves, playing sand, playing watersport, running around the beach, touring objects that are there or taking pictures with the beach.
Ken looked at Maisa who was smiling faintly. Miasa's hair was scattered in the wind. The girl's eyes were still fixed on the tourists. Ken was leaning against the fence, his chin-backed hand looking at the beauty beside him.
Ken drove Maisa home, riding a black sports bike. Ken spurred his vehicle, making Maisa inevitably embrace his waist. His heart is beating fast. He prayed in his heart that Ken would not hear him.
"Come here?"
Ken stopped in a narrow alley that looked dim. Street lighting light dimmer.
"Yes, my house is not far from there" said Maisa, her hand pointing towards a narrow alley.
Ken looked into the alley once more, and looked at Maisa. "Are you sure you don't want to be delivered home?"
Maisa nodded. Ken put his helmet back on. His hand rubbed Maisa's head.
"Yes already. See you tomorrow, yeah." Ken spurred his motorbike, from the rearview mirror, Maisa waved her hand. The man smiled.
Maisa walked past several houses. Not going through that narrow alley. It was just an excuse not to get caught living at home with Kio. His feet stopped in front of the mansion. Maisa sneaks into the house. This is the first time to return home during a stay in Jakarta. Carefully climb the stairs. Unaware of Kio trailing behind him.
"Where did it come from?"
Kio's voice made him startled and screamed. Kio covered both his ears. His eyes were angry.
"Whispering knows!"
"Maisa, if you scream out there!" Mr. Chandra came out of the room under the stairs. Raised his head up with an angry face.
"Sorry, Pa."
"Where did you just get home at this hour?"
Maisa glanced at her watch, showing ten o'clock. His brain turned around for an excuse.
"Walking with friends, Pa."
Chandra went straight into his room. Kio passed Maisa just like that. Maisa breathed a sigh of relief. Kio stopped at the door of his room.
"Whose way? Ken?"
Maisa nodded. His brother will be angry. The girl approached Kio, holding his arm.
"Yes. But I'm not saying we're brothers."
"Curtain!" Kio let go of his handrails and closed the door hard.
Maisa is shocked. What's wrong with her? He threw his body into the bed. His phone rang, a message from Ken. Maisa smiled, her hand typing in reply. He closed his eyes with a smile on his lips.
