Gio stood up and then came back to Flora. Gio stood in front of Flora and bent his knees back to align his height with Flora.

Flora's hand for Gio to hold. Although Flora tried to let go, but Gio still held onto her.

“That was an Early aunt's plan, but trust me Flora .. I brought you here on my own terms not because of Aunt Dini,” said Gio.

Flora still turned her eyes the other way and did not want to see her husband.

“I just want to keep you away from them so that the bad events you experienced yesterday do not happen again,” continued Gio.

And Gio's next words made Flora look directly at Gio.

“What do you mean?” ask Flora.

“The accident was planned by Aunt Dini. I accidentally heard his conversation with someone on the phone,” replied Gio.

“Not just that, Flora. Because of my stupidity our company is in trouble,” continued Gio.

Gio finally told me what was going on. Someone had already taken the important files that should have been handed over to Alandra's family-owned company and the person who stole them sold them to another company.

“They feel disadvantaged therefore we have to pay compensation to that company. And that's not a little, Flora.”

“At first I did not feel suspicious of Aunt Dini, but after the accident you experienced, and aunt Dini who constantly urged that the treasure could be immediately thawed, making suspicion arise Flora. Especially after I found out that Aunt Dini's husband was a fugitive from the police because he had committed a fraudulent act,” explained Gio.

“Tante Early, he thought by having half of papa's treasure, then he would be able to save his life from bankruptcy,” explained Gio.

Flora still remained silent, she was still shocked by what Gio had just explained. It was too complicated for him.

Gio himself knew Flora could not possibly believe him so easily.

“I know your Flora won't be that easy to trust me. You can talk to Daniel and Ardi, they know this problem.”

Silence took over the atmosphere between the two of them. Flora remained silent, not knowing what to say.

“Flora I beg you to stay here for now. I don't want you why-why.” Gio stood up and gave a kiss at the end of Flora's head. “Give me a little more time to gather evidence if Aunt Early is guilty,” pinta Gio.

After saying that, Gio walked out of the room to give himself time to Flora.

While inside the room, Flora was still sitting in silence. His mind suddenly could not work properly. Flora felt confused to believe or not with all the words that Gio had just said.

It didn't feel like Flora and Gio had been in the villa for 4 days. The tension between them had also subsided a little, only that their relationship had still not returned to how it was.

Right at 11pm Flora was still pacing around in her room. Flora was thinking what action she should take next.

While thinking hard, Flora's ears suddenly heard the sound of a broken object.

Flora was shocked and immediately came out from inside her room. Flora circulated her gaze looking for the origin of the sound of the broken object. His eyes saw Gio was in the kitchen. Flora approached him.

“Awwww!”

Flora sped up her steps when she heard Gio's screeching sound.

“What's up? What happened?” ask Flora.

“Nothing. Just that I wanted to make coffee, but accidentally the glass was nudged against my elbow,” replied Gio.

“Then why did your finger get hurt?” Flora's tone sounded so anxious.

Flora pulled Gio's hand to look at his wound. “Follow me, let me treat this wound of yours.”

Flora took Gio to a chair not far from the kitchen. Afterwards, Flora retrieves a box of P3K to treat Gio's wounds.

“Why not ask me to make it?” ask Flora while attaching the plaster to Gio's finger.

“I guess you're asleep and also I don't want to .. trouble you,” says Gio.

Gio's reply made Flora take a deep breath. Flora got up from the chair and stepped towards the kitchen. Before long Flora returned to where Gio was sitting with a cup of coffee in her hand.

“This drink!” Flora put a cup of coffee in front of Gio.

“Thanks, Flora,” says Gio.

For a moment the atmosphere between them became silent. In the end, Flora decided to start the conversation.

“I heard you sold your apartment and car, and pawned a villa in Ciawi?” ask Flora. “For what is it all?”

“You know I need a lot of money to make up for Alandra's company. I cannot use company money because it must have a bad impact on our employees,” explained Gio.

“I will try to ask for help from my father's lawyer to cash the money in my father's account. That might add to that money,” Flora said.

“But that's your right, Flora. That's yours!” said Gio.

“I don't care, Gio. All I care about right now is the company that dad built, not destroyed,” Flora replied.

“And sorry for that will. Actually it was me and Aunt Mariana who asked dad's lawyer to change that,” I'm Flora.

“I'm not thinking that way, Flora. I don't care about any of that either. Anyway papa has left his property that means a lot to me,” said Gio.

“Meaning treasure? What is it?” asked Flora in curiosity.

Gio extended his hand towards Flora's face then rubbed the side of Flora's face using his thumb. “That treasure is you, Flora.”

Suddenly Flora became misbehaved after hearing Gio's words. It felt like Flora wanted to hug Gio, but her pride seemed to hold him back.

“What is it still hurting?” Flora pointed towards Gio's injured finger.

“It's okay. Just a small wound,” replied Gio. “It hurts more to see you cry, Flora.”

“Ck, you always say sweet to seduce me,” decak Flora.

“I'm serious, Flora.” Gio took Flora into his arms, then landed a kiss on the tip of Flora's head.

Flora closed her eyes feeling the comfort inside Gio's embrace. Moreover, the perfume that Gio always wears, it is his favorite.

“I'm sorry, because I didn't trust you,” said Flora in Gio's arms.

“It's okay, Flora. I know it's hard for you to remember what I've done to you all this time,” Gio replied.

“Gio ..” Flora looked up to see her husband's face.

“What's up?” Gio looked down at his face which immediately brought his eyes to his wife.

“What does Aunt Dini and Tina know about what you are doing?” ask Flora.

“No, they don't know. I also told people to watch over them. So, just let them think about what they're going to do next and I'll be here to spend time with you.”.

“They want to play us, so why don't we play back on them.” Gio blinked his one eye to tease Flora.

Flora gave a small laugh followed by Gio's laughter. They looked at each other with loving eyes like before, then brought their faces closer together to put their lips together.
