Two Hundred Nine

The private plane Felicia was riding on had just flown in the already dark sky. Felicia sat by the window and next to her husband. Felicia yawned several times, but her eyes were still awake.

"Aren't you sleepy?" ask Kenzo.

Felicia shook her head. "I'm not sleepy yet."

Felicia spoke without looking at her husband. He focused more on the view outside the plane.

"What are you looking at?" ask Kenzo.

Felicia turned to look at her husband and looked out of the plane again.

"I was looking at the scene down there" Felicia said.

Kenzo who was curious to see in the direction pointed by Felicia, he was curious about what Felicia saw.

"Good, right? Rich in stars," said Felicia who was immediately embraced by Kenzo.

"Don't take too long. Our flight will be over two hours. So you go to sleep." Kenzo sat back in his original position.

Felicia nodded then confirmed her sitting position. Felicia immediately embraced Kenzo's arm and rested her head on Kenzo's shoulder.

"Kenzo, may I ask you a question?" ask Felicia.

"What?" ask Kenzo.

"Didn't you love me?" ask Felicia.

Again Felicia's words put Kenzo's heart in doubt. Kenzo doesn't know what to say, he's lost his way. Kenzo still finds it difficult to interpret his feelings for Felicia. Only he himself knows.

"Why silence? Did I not attract at all to make you not love me" said Felicia.

"No, you're almost perfect" replied Kenzo.

"Then what made you can't accept me. You still can't forget Vera. So you haven't been able to open your heart for me?" Felicia asked again.

"Don't say much. I told you to rest. Not babbling like a parrot." Kenzo intended to divert the conversation and Felicia also realized that.

"I'm just asking? After all I've said before, I won't force you. I will wait for you until your own heart can accept my existence" Felicia said.

Kenzo landed a kiss on the tip of Felicia's head and leaned over Felicia's head.

"Sleep, we'll find time to discuss all that" Kenzo said.

"Yes, then. I will definitely wait for that time" Felicia said.

Susana turned silent. Kenzo still faithfully accompanied Felicia who had started to close her eyes. Kenzo waved his palm in front of Felicia's face, confirming that his wife had fallen asleep.

Kenzo pulled her hand slowly, keeping her away from Felicia so as not to wake her up. Afterwards Kenzo moved from his seat to join Alan and Nina. They discussed the presentation they would present in front of investors and other business associates.

Halfway through Kenzo felt himself very tired. Kenzo resigns first and leaves the job to Alan and Nina.

"You guys just keep going. If you feel tired, stop it too. We can continue later" said Kenzo.

"Good, sir." Alan and Nina both said.

Kenzo got up from the spot and returned to his seat. His eyes twinkled, his smile expanding as he watched Felicia fall asleep so calmly. Kenzo sat down next to his wife and fell asleep with the woman who would become the mother of his child.

Kenzo and Felicia feel themselves having just fallen asleep and Alan's voice manages to disturb their sleep.

"Father, Mother, we've arrived" Alan said.

The eyes that had been closed began to open. Several times they blinked so that his eyes could adapt to the light in the room.

Kenzo and Felicia's eyes opened perfectly. They also no longer felt the movement of the plane.

"Are we there, Alan?" ask Felicia.

"Already, Ma'am," replied Alan.

Kenzo stretched his stiff body, as did Felicia.

"Let's get down." Kenzo took his wife and two down.

"I'll get my bag first" Felicia said.

"Are you sure there's nothing left?" ask Kenzo.

Felicia went back to inspect her bag then shook her head after making sure none of her belongings were left behind.

Kenzo helps Felicia to get up from the chair. His hands back he united with Felicia's hands as if he did not want his wife far from him.

"Be careful." Kenzo picked Felicia up as she was going down the stairs.

Kenzo was gentle with Felicia, he did not want his wife to get hurt in the least. That made Felicia always look forward to Kenzo.

Kenzo walked out of the airport still with Felicia's hand. Behind him were two loyal subordinates accompanying himself and also the wife. Their steps came to a halt after arriving next to the car that picked them up.

"Please come in, sir, ma'am." Alan opened the door of a mini-bus ready to take them to one of the rest places they had booked before.

"Thank you, Alan," said Felicia.

Felicia and Kenzo got into the car and sat in the rear passenger seat. Felicia was still feeling tired, she re-embraced Kenzo's arm and leaned her head against his shoulder. A very comfortable position made Flora close her eyes again.

The minibus left the airport after the four men got into it. Their position is in one of the cities on the island of Sulawesi. The distance from the airport to the hotel where they will stay ranges from one to two hours. It makes them fall back asleep.

Kenzo woke up from his sleep after feeling the car he was riding in stopped moving. Not long after Alan and Nina as well as Felicia woke up from their sleep.

"I'm still sleepy" Felicia said.

"Let's get down. You can sleep comfortably in the room later," said Kenzo who was immediately embraced by Felicia.

Star hotels by the sea are Kenzo's choice to stay. The VIP room has also been chosen to spend time with his wife.

Kenzo, Felicia, and Nina were in the waiting chair. They were waiting for Alan who was picking up the keys at the reception. Not long after Alan came and gave the keys to Kenzo and Nina.

"You rest. We have to get up early tomorrow. We have much to prepare" ordered Kenzo.

"Good, sir." Alan and Nina both said.

"I'm sorry." Alan said to represent Nina.

Alan and Nina bowed their bodies before going to their respective rooms. Kenzo and Felicia also stepped towards their own rooms. Felicia's hand was still at home embracing her husband's arm. She felt her husband's arm was the most comfortable place.

The two of them got into the elevator which would take them to the room they were going to occupy. The elevator buzzed as they reached the 8th floor. After the elevator door opened Kenzo and Felicia came out of it.

The two of them still had to step down the hallways on the eighth floor to get to the room they were going to occupy. They talked all the way to their room. Felicia was the one who dominated the chat. It is not uncommon for them to laugh in between conversations.

"Hey, open your eyes. Do you want to sleep while walking like this?" Kenzo.

"I'm still very sleepy" Felicia lamented.

"You think you're the only one still sleepy. I feel the same way, too" Kenzo said.

"You're so sweet when you're angry" seduced Felicia.

"When have you been teasing people?" ask Kenzo.

"I'm not the one who teases you. But it's our son who wants to tease you" Felicia said.

"Besides being seductive, you're also good at lying. I don't want my son to be like that" said Kenzo followed by a small laugh. Felicia also laughed, she was happy to see the smile on her husband's lips.

"A little while we get to the room. You can sleep as much as you can" said Kenzo.

They focus on the road they are going through. Just one turn left then they will arrive at the room they will occupy. However, all of a sudden their steps came to a halt when two people they knew so well and did not want to meet appeared before them.

"Oh hi, Mr and Mrs Kenzo. You guys just arrived?" ask Wibowo.

Actually Kenzo and Felicia felt lazy to return Wibowo's greeting, but for the sake of self-esteem they wanted to discuss it.

"Yes, we just got here. There are so many things that we have to take care of before coming here" Kenzo replied.

Felicia who was standing next to her husband felt claustrophobic as Vera continued to look towards Kenzo. Felicia did not like to see that, she felt her days in that place would not be as beautiful as she had imagined when the past of her husband was in the same place as her.

"Darling, can we go to the room now? I feel so tired" Felicia asked.

"Of course." Kenzo pulled his hand from Felicia moving it to Felicia's waist. "Let's go."
