It hasn't been a month since Felicia and Kenzo's wedding. There are many changes going on in their relationship, but one thing that never changes between them is debate. They always argue in every way. The one who is always in the losing position is Kenzo.
Vera!
The woman's name was still a shadow in their household. Vera is always looking for a reason to meet Kenzo.
Kenzo always tries to avoid Vera, but she still has plenty of reasons to get Kenzo to see her.
Kenzo stays to see him. However, with permission from Felicia. That night Vera again asked Kenzo to see him. Vera said someone was lurking in her house. Kenzo comes, but this time Kenzo comes with his wife, Felicia.
"Is this Vera's house?" ask Felicia to Kenzo.
"No" replied Kenzo. "This is the house Vera rented."
"You want to come down?" ask Kenzo.
"Yes come. I also want to see the state of your ex-boyfriend." Felicia accidentally presses the word ex-lover to insinuate Kenzo.
Kenzo realizes the innuendo of Felicia. "If you don't agree we're here, then let's just go home."
"Who said he disagreed? Don't argue let's go meet Vera. I want to see how he is. I wanted to ask myself why her husband beat her up" Felicia asked.
"Come on," Kenzo said.
Felicia and Kenzo got out of the car together. Felicia was shocked when Kenzo clasped her hand. It's warm! That's what Felicia felt.
"Let's go in," asked Kenzo who was immediately greeted by a nod of the head by Felicia.
Both of them were just about to step up and they were already startled by someone who had just walked out of the house.
"Kenzo."
Felicia and Kenzo both turned to the origin of the voice. They saw Vera running towards them and directly hugged Kenzo's body.
What Vera did to Kenzo shocked Felicia as well as Kenzo herself.
"Vera ... loose!" Kenzo keeps Vera away from him, but Vera rejects him. Vera kept on hugging Kenzo tightly regardless of Felicia's whereabouts next to her.
"Kenzo, help me!" pinta Vera's.
"There are people who insist on taking me away" said Vera.
"Who?" ask Felicia.
Not yet Vera answered, two men with a stocky body came out of the house that Vera rented. The terrified Vera immediately hid behind Kenzo's body.
"Mother Vera, you better come with us home well" said one of the men.
"Sorry, who are you?" ask Felicia.
"We are the man who sent Mr. Wibowo to bring his wife home" the man replied. "It's been a month that Vera's mother ran away from home."
"Mr Wibowo asked us to bring Vera's mother home. He felt anxious about the condition of Vera's mother and also the baby in Vera's mother's womb" said the man again.
"Relations?" Kenzo and Felicia were shocked to hear the words of the two men.
"So you're pregnant, Vera?" ask Kenzo.
"You didn't tell me you were pregnant" Kenzo said.
Vera did not answer. Or maybe not wanting to answer.
"Bapak Wibowo had told us that Vera's mother tried to abort her womb. That's why Mr. Wibowo asked us to bring Vera's mother home at all costs" the man explained.
"Avoid the contents?" Felicia's view turned to Vera. "You're outrageous Vera!"
"That's a lie!" tepis Vera's. "They were just looking for an excuse to force me to go back to that house."
Kenzo was silent for a moment to try to think. He was confused as to which one he should believe.
"Wait on! Vera said her husband often committed violent acts against her" Kenzo said.
"That's not true! Mr. Wibowo has never committed any acts of violence against Vera's mother. We can guarantee that" said one of the men.
"No, that's not true. Don't trust them. They don't know anything about our household" said Vera.
"Don't reason much Mother Vera! We kindly ask that we come home. Otherwise, we will take Vera's mother by force" the man threatened.
"Wait first! How can we believe what you just said?" ask Kenzo.
"You can come and see Mr. Wibowo to ask the truth" the man replied.
"Now we beg you not to stop us from bringing Vera's mother" the man said.
"Cenzo ...." Vera pulls Kenzo, keeps him away from Vera.
"But what if her husband does violence again against her?" ask Kenzo.
"That's impossible. You didn't hear them say that her husband never did violence to Vera. Vera is pregnant anyway. So how could her husband have the heart to torture Vera" Felicia said.
"No Kenzo! Please don't let them take me or my husband will torture me again" Vera said.
"Let's Vera's mother come with us" said the man.
"No way!" reject Vera.
"Sorry Vera we can't help you right now. Felicia's right, we can't interfere in your domestic affairs" Kenzo said. "Also you are pregnant. You must need your husband."
"No Kenzo. If I go home he will definitely torture me" Vera refused.
"If it's true that your husband tortured you .. we will definitely help you" Felicia said.
"No. Kenzo ... please prevent them from taking me away," pinta Vera with tears streaming from her eyes.
"Let's go Kenzo, let's go home" Felicia asked.
"Come on." Kenzo agreed.
Felicia and Kenzo leave Vera. They get into the same car regardless of the call from Vera.
Kenzo drove his car out of Vera's residence. Honestly, he was surprised to hear about the pregnancy of his ex-girlfriend.
"Still thinking of Vera?" Felicia asked Kenzo when she saw her husband driving in silence.
"I just still can't believe that Vera is pregnant and —" Kenzo's remarks were cut by Felicia.
"Why? You don't accept if Vera is pregnant with another man?" accuse Felicia.
"Ck, why do you like to cut off my talk and accuse me, too" decak Kenzo said.
"I just want to say, I can't believe that Vera is pregnant and will have to abort her womb" Kenzo said.
"Did Vera not tell you about her pregnancy?" ask Felicia.
Kenzo shakes. "Absolutely not. She only said she was beaten by her husband because Vera would not serve him. The first time I saw him, his face was scarred."
"There's something wrong with Vera" Felicia guessed.
"It's been a while don't think about him" said Kenzo who was immediately embraced by Felicia.
After that there was no more talk. They sit in silence. Silence took over the atmosphere of their journey home. The silence continued until they got home.
Kenzo stopped his car after it got into the garage.
"Let's go down" Kenzo asked.
Felicia replied with a nod of her head alone. Kenzo felt astonished when Felicia did not make a sound and looked limp.
"Why you?" ask Kenzo.
"It's okay? Just feeling dizzy," Felicia replied.
"Why so sudden?" ask Kenzo.
"Actually I was not feeling well this afternoon" Felicia explained.
"Why don't you say it" said Kenzo.
"You wait here. Let me open the door" said Kenzo.
Kenzo got out of his car first. Then walked around to the side next to her to open the door for Felicia. After the car door was opened Kenzo helped Felicia out of the car.
"Are you sure you're okay? Going to the Doctor?" ask Kenzo.
"No need. I might just catch a cold and get less rest" Felicia said.
"You sure?" kenzo was greeted with a nod of his head by Felicia.
Kenzo closed the door and locked the car. Seeing the circumstances of his wife made Kenzo could not bear to let his wife walk. Kenzo took the initiative to lift Felicia's body to bring her into the house.
"Kenzo, what are you doing?" Felicia was shocked as Kenzo raised his body.
Kenzo did not answer, he continued to bring his wife into the house. At the dinner table Kenzo dropped Felicia off and sat her down on the dining table chair.
"Wait here. I'll make you some warm sweet tea" said Kenzo.
"Yes" said Felicia.
