Two Hundred Twenty Six

Felicia's heart was being struck by an overwhelming anxiety. Although Alan had told him that Kenzo was fine, but seeing the condition of Kenzo's car was badly damaged made Felicia not believe it. It could have been if Alan had lied to her to make her feel calm.

"Sister-in-law, control yourself." Kenzi who was driving his car occasionally glanced at Felicia, he saw his sister-in-law did not stop crying. It was seen once if her sister-in-law was very agitated.

"Sister-in-law please control yourself. Do not let your condition affect your womb" said Kenzi.

"But I'm really anxious, Kenzi. You saw Kenzo's car, didn't you?" felicia.

"Yes, I know. I also understand your anxiety. But for now you also have to think about the baby you are carrying" said Kenzi. "If something happens to your womb, won't Kenzo be sad?"

"Let's see, you call Alan again. Tell him to take a picture of Kenzo" Kenzi suggested.

"It was, but he didn't pick it up" Felicia said.

Kenzi felt confused, how else to be able to make his sister-in-law feel calm.

"Alright, relax! We'll be at the hospital soon" Kenzi said.

Felicia was silent for a moment, her stomach was suddenly cramped, probably because she felt anxious about Kenzo's condition and also because she did not stop crying. He took a deep breath and then breathed it back out. Felicia tried to control her feelings of sadness, not long after that the cramps in her stomach started to subside.

Felicia saw the car she was riding in enter the hospital area. He asked Kenzi to drop him off in front of the lobby. After the car stopped, Felicia got off impatiently.

Felicia closed the car door after being outside the car, she stepped into the hospital in a hasty step. Even Felicia ignored everything including the calls on her mobile phone. For not being careful Felicia to the point of colliding with someone. Luckily he did not fall.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I'm in a hurry" Felicia said.

Felicia took a deep breath, neutralizing the pounding of her heart. Felicia stepped back, this time Felicia stepped carefully. The goal is to go to the ER room.

Along the way, Felicia walked by playing her fingers, appearing to be feeling anxiety. Before seeing Kenzo doing well, the anxiety in Felicia had not gone away.

From where she walked Felicia saw a room that read 'UGD'. His heart suddenly beat fast, his legs suddenly limp considering back Kenzo's badly damaged car.

With the rest of her strength, Felicia opened the door of the ER room. Felicia first took a deep breath gathering her strength to face even the worst of possibilities.

The door to Felicia's ER room thrust as she said, "Kenzo!"

Felicia was confused when no one answered. Felicia's confusion grew when she did not find a single person in the room.

"Why is there no one?" felicia said with a soft voice.

"Mother Felicia."

Felicia turned to the origin of the voice, it was Alan who was behind her.

"Alan, where's Kenzo?" Felicia did not delay the time to ask Alan.

"Mr Kenzo's been moved to the treatment room" Alan continued.

"From now on I tried to contact you, but you didn't answer. Luckily I saw my mother walking into this room" Alan said.

"Then how's it going?" ask Felicia.

"He's fine" Alan replied.

"You're not lying, are you?" ask Felicia.

"Yes, Mom. Let me take you to the father's ward," Alan asked.

"Come, hurry!" Felicia pulls up Alan's sleeve, asking him to drive her to Kenzo.

After riding the elevator and walking in the hallways, the two finally reached Kenzo's nursery, the VIP ward. Felicia directly pushed the door to open it.

"Kenzo." Felicia saw Kenzo laying down on the bed and wearing a patient's shirt.

Felicia could not help but feel her feelings, she ran over to Kenzo and hugged him tightly making Kenzo scream in pain.

"www! Feli, don't hold me tight, my body hurts" Kenzo chanted.

Felicia immediately took off her embrace and said an apology.

"You're okay, right?" felicia asked, cupping both sides of Kenzo's face.

"Where is sick?" Felicia looks for the wound on Kenzo's body, but finds nothing.

"I really felt anxious, especially when I saw your car was badly damaged on the road" Felicia said.

"I'm still lucky to be able to salamat" said Kenzo.

"Then how did you get into an accident? Before that, you called me?" ask Felicia.

"Maybe because I'm negligent. My phone fell off and I tried to get it. But I didn't see any other vehicles in front of me so I slammed the steering wheel and hit the roadblock" Kenzo replied.

"Ck, why don't you just let the phone go" Felicia said.

"Oh yeah, and you're Alan!" Felicia turned to look at Alan.

"Yes, Mom," said Alan.

"Where were you then? Why don't you take my husband home?" Felicia's face was not friendly.

"Sorry, Mom. I have another job" Alan replied.

"You should have left your job and taken my husband home" Felicia said.

"Sorry, Mom." Alan lowered his head.

"Honey, don't scold Alan. I told him to do the rest of my work with Nina" defended Kenzo.

"Ck, I know you will definitely defend him" Felicia said.

"It's not so, honey. Don't blame anyone else. We know accidents can happen at any time, even if we are careful. So forget! Anyway, I'm fine" said Kenzo.

"Well, I'm now relieved to see you're doing well" Felicia said.

Felicia's previously anxious face turned calmer, seeing her husband was fine.

"Alright, now you better rest," asked Felicia who was immediately embraced by Kenzo.

Simultaneously, the door of Kenzo's room again opened, bringing Kenzi out from behind.

"Hi are you okay?" ask Kenzi.

"Yes I'm fine, just a little dizzy," replied Kenzo.

"You didn't tell our parents about this, did you?" ask Kenzo

"No, I haven't told them yet Kenzi replied.

"Good! Don't tell them now. Let me tell him later, I'm afraid they'll worry" Kenzo said.

"All right," said Kenzi.

"Oh yes, may I ask you a favor Kenzo asked Kenzi.

"Sure, what can I help you with" Kenzi asked.

"Please help Alan with his work. He will tell you what his job will be Kenzo replied.

Kenzi could see something from Kenzo's gaze. His twin sister's gaze seemed to hint at something Felicia couldn't figure out.

"Alright, then me and Alan will leave now. Take good care of yourself" said Kenzi.

"Sister-in-law, we go first. Please take care of my twin brother" said Kenzi who was immediately embraced by Felicia.

Time has shown at 10 p.m. Kenzo lay down his body on the bed together with Felicia. The narrow bed made no distance between them. His gaze stared at the ceiling of his nursery and his hands were busy wiping Felicia's head.

Kenzo saw that his wife was asleep next to him. But he still could not sleep. Something was troubling his mind. Not because of the pain he was experiencing but something that made him unable to sleep.

Actually, the accident that happened to him is not his negligence, but rather the deliberate actions that may be done by people who do not like him. Because the car was fine when Alan drove it from home to the airport, and back to the office. But when he drove the car, suddenly the car brake became dysfunctional, making him unable to reduce the speed of the car.

He was trying to control his car. However, suddenly in front of him was a person crossing over, making him instantly slam the steering wheel of the car to the left. The body of the car to his left hit the road barrier so hard. That's what caused the damage to his left side. Luckily he was sitting on the steering wheel and the air bag protected him, so that the injury was not serious.

What disturbed Kenzo's mind the most at the time was, who wanted to harm him and what his motives were. Kenzo deliberately lies to Felicia about her accident because she doesn't want to make Felicia worry.
