I'm honestly confused about starting here or I'm doing a new job again.

Keanu Alexander Pramuja, a small baby born to Felicia 27 years ago has now grown into a man. His face was very handsome, a fitting blend of Kenzo and Felicia.

Rich, handsome, you could say Keanu is a good man, although not very good as both his parents and also his grandparents.

At the age of 27, Keanu has learned to lead a company built by Kenzo because he is the first child, while his two twin sisters, who are, Alena and Aleta choose to settle in America with their grandparents.

Since Keanu began to grow up, Flora and Gio have chosen to settle in Uncle Sam's country and Alena and Aleta have started their junior high school years, they chose to live with their grandparents.

Keanu's private life is not particularly striking as the man chooses to keep his private life secret from the public. The plan after successfully becoming a leader in his company, Keanu will introduce his girlfriend. But before that happens, both parents have chosen candidates and intend to match Keanu with the girl of their choice in the near future. Hearing the news Keanu was immediately taken aback.

"What, Mam? Married married?" Keanu was so shocked that he was unable to say many things.

"Mam, Keanu won't," Keanu refused.

"You must want to" urged Felicia.

"Why be a maksa, Mam?" Keanu was protesting against Felicia, but unfortunately the woman of her mother's status did not care at all. He actually cares about fashion magazines that were in his hands.

"Mr ...." Keanu felt annoyed at not being cared for. He took the magazine from Felicia, after which Keanu put his head on his mother's lap.

"Why should I be betrothed anyway?" Keanu is protesting again.

"Because Mami both want Papi. Anyway the girl was very nice," Felicia said.

"But, Mam ...." Keanu took his breath before going back on with his words. "Keanu already has its own candidate. We've been in a relationship for 2 years."

Felicia stopped her hand from flipping through the magazine. His eyes glanced at his son.

"You've been in a relationship that long and you didn't tell Mami?" Felicia closed the magazine and put it on the table.

"He's not ready to meet Mami or Papi in person" Keanu replied.

"What's the reason?" ask Felicia.

"Because he's not from a family. He's an orphan" Keanu replied.

"Just because of that?" ask Felicia again.

"Yes, Mum." Keanu nodded his head with a downcast face.

Somehow it feels like Felicia does not like to hear Keanu's answer about the reason her lover does not want to meet them directly.

"Kean! Have you ever seen Mami or Papi ever distinguish people from their social status. Never not?" Felicia raised her voice a little.

"No, Mam," Keanu replied.

"Then why? Did you not give your lady friend any understanding of us?" Felicia was still poking Keanu with questions.

"Keanu already said it to Amel. But ... he .. he still insists that he is not ready to meet you guys yet" Keanu said in a stammering tone.

"Keanu, bring the woman here! Mami will see, if the woman is good then Mami will immediately marry you to the woman named Amel. But if Mami sees no seriousness in her, do not force Mami or papi, we will continue your matchmaking with the woman Mami chose," said Felicia firmly.

"Well, Mam," said Keanu.

After the conversation with his mother was over Keanu chose to leave, he wanted to meet with Amel and persuade her to meet his parents.

Black sports car coming out of the gate. Keanu was the one driving the car. Along the way Keanu tries to contact Amel, but his number is off. Keanu cursed and threw the flat object into the seat beside him.

"Why not get caught? There's no way he's still working this hour." Keanu looked at the time on the clock that was coiled around his wrist. "It's 7 p.m. Is he overtime?"

Instead of continuing to second-guess, Keanu chose to go straight to Amel's workplace. Keanu hated the crowded streets. Though the road is always crowded from the hour of returning to work even until night was still crowded.

One hour stuck in traffic Keanu finally can free to drive his car. Arriving at Amel's place of work turned out that Amel had come home from four in the afternoon. Keanu tried to be patient and went back on his way to Amel's residence. However, arriving at the boarding house, Amel was not there either. The owner of the boarding house said Amel had not returned from his place of work. Hearing that it felt like Keanu was eager to hit someone to vent his anger.

Keanu sat in the front car cup while continuing to call his girlfriend's mobile number. However, he still could not be contacted.

"Hopefully nothing happened to him," Keanu hoped with his anxious face.

Keanu was still patiently waiting for Amel's arrival. When Amel did not return within an hour, Keanu decided to go home. As Keanu gets into the car, he sees a woman on foot who he believes to be Amel. Keanu took a deep breath, he felt relieved Amel was fine.

"Amel." Keanu stepped over to Amel while calling out to him.

"Mas Ken? You're here?" Amel turned towards Keanu.

"There's something I want to talk to you about" Keanu replied. "Oh yeah where have you been? I was looking for you at the cafe but your friend said you were home from the afternoon. Then why can't your number be reached?"

"I went to my friend's house and my cell phone battery died" Amel replied. "Oh, what do you want to talk to me about?"

"Come, come with me for a second!" Keanu pulls Amel to take him near his car.

"Darling, my parents wanted to see you" Keanu said.

"But Mas, I'm not ready yet" declined Amel.

"We've been in a relationship for two years. When are you ready to meet my family?" ask Keanu.

"You know why I wasn't ready to meet your parents, right?" amel.

"I know .. and I've been trying to understand you. But circumstances that can no longer understand it" Keanu said.

"meaning?" Amel frowned feeling confused by Keanu's words.

"Both of my parents will match me to another woman" Keanu replied.

"Then just accept it" said Amel.

Keanu clearly felt surprised by Amel's words. Why her lover actually wants her to accept the match.

"What do you mean?" Keanu held onto both shoulders of Amel asking for an explanation from Amel.

"The woman chosen by both your parents must come from a family that matches your family. So ... they will definitely not be able to accept me to be with you," explained Amel.

"That's why I want to invite you to go see my parents. Believe me they never discriminate our social status" Keanu said.

"But —" Amel had not finished his sentence, but Keanu cut it first.

"Please ...," please Keanu. "I love you so much and I want you to be my life partner."

Amel sank into silence while thinking everything over. To be honest he felt embarrassed to meet both of Keanu's parents given their different family status.

"Amel, don't you want to marry me?" ask Keanu.

"I'd very much like. But ...." Amel lowered his face, not knowing what to say.

"But what, dear." Keanu looked expectantly at Amel.

"Well, I'll meet your parents" said Amel.

"Alright, I'll pick you up tomorrow" Keanu said happily.

"Yes." Yeah." Amel nodded his head.

"Yes, you are resting now! Get ready for tomorrow." Keanu kissed Amel's forehead before he left the place.
