It'll Be OK

The clock had shown at 11 pm and Flora was already very sleepy but her eyes still did not want to be closed. Flora had tried repeatedly to close her eyes, but the terrifying shadow kept flashing through her mind. Flora's throat suddenly felt dry, there was no drinking water in the room, Flora decided to go to the kitchen to get water.

As Flora walked down the stairs, Flora's eyes saw Gio's whereabouts were still in the same place before she went to her room.

"Gio is alone? Then where's Abi's mas?" inner Flora.

Flora circled her gaze around the apartment and did not find Abi's whereabouts. Flora walked towards Gio then took a sitting position beside Gio.

"Gio," call Flora.

At a glance Gio turned his gaze towards Flora. "Hi, you haven't slept?"

"I can't sleep yet" replied Flora. "Mas Abi's home yet?"

"Yes he's home."

"You yourself why haven't you slept?" ask Flora.

"There are some files that I have to check" said Gio without taking his eyes off the files in his hands.

"May I help you?"

"May it not trouble you" said Gio and of course Flora would gladly help Gio.

For a moment of silence took over the atmosphere between them. Both focus on the file they are checking.

"Everyone in the office must have known about what happened to me. They'll definitely look down on me more." Flora opened her voice.

"Don't think about it too much, Flora. Let them say what, the most important thing is that you are innocent. Trust me everything will be fine" Gio said.

Flora nodded trying to give Gio some confidence.

"Well, I want to go to the kitchen to get some drinking water, do you want something to make?"

"No need for me to have a lot of coffee with Abi."

Flora gave a small nod before she got off the sofa. Moments later, Flora decided to sit down with Gio.

"Are you sleepy yet?" ask Gio.

"Actually I can't sleep and you know why" Flora said.

Gio placed the file he was checking on the table.

"I know your Flora won't be easy to forget, but you can't keep going like this, Flora. Don't be weak in front of people who want to hurt you."

Flora nodded with a downcast face.

"Smart child" said Gio, wiping Flora's head.

"Thank you Gio for what you've done for me today I didn't expect that we turned out to be good people."

"Of course I'm a good person, did you just realize it" proud Gio.

"Huh, newly praised already big head."

A small laugh was painted on Flora's lips as well as Gio's.

Gio moved from the sofa to the drawer table not far from where he was sitting. Gio opened one of the drawers and took something from it. After that Gio again sat down beside Flora.

"Drink this, Flora." Gio gave Flora one white medicine tablet.

"That's what?"

"Vitamins so you can sleep well tonight."

"Is this a sleeping pill?"

"Sort of."

Flora took the medicine from Gio's hands with obvious doubts on her face. He sees the drug and Gio in turn.

"I know Flora you can't forget the incident, but at least this drug can make you forget the incident for tonight."

Flora's head nodded despite still hesitating. "Thank you."

Flora put the medicine in her mouth and swallowed it along with the water.

Gio was silent for a moment before he nodded. "Yes, I told Daniel this. He also came here."

"coming? Why don't you tell me this."

"You were in the shower, I told her to wait for you but she ...."

"He doesn't want to see me?"

"Yes, he said he wanted to get away from your life because Daniel was afraid that you would have another bad event if you and him were still close."

Flora shook her head not accepting the decision taken by Daniel.

"I don't know what's wrong with Daniel's parents. I just feel like I love her son, is that wrong?"

"For them it is wrong, because for them social status and money above all else. They've been blinded by greed that makes them justify any means to get what they want."

"I feel like I'd like to repay them."

"Then do! I'll help you as much as I can."

"Well! You certain? They're your family."

"Although they are my family but their actions this time have gone too far."

"Thank you, Gio."

"Come on, Flora, stop saying that word. I'm tired of hearing that."

Flora chuckled while nodding. A moment later Flora yawned.

"I'm so sleepy" said Flora without stopping yawning.

"The medicine seems to have reacted. Go to your room!" said Gio who was immediately embraced by Flora.

"Good night, Gio" said Flora.

"Good night, Flora," Gio replied.

The medicine was actually in action making Flora feel an overwhelming drowsiness. Flora was still walking on the stairs, as much as she could resist the drowsiness until she arrived in the room. After Flora was in her room, she immediately laid her body on the bed and then fell asleep.

By tomorrow.

The clock had opened at 11am, but Flora was still asleep under the thick blanket. The sleeping pills really made him sleep like he was hibernating. But when the sunlight that penetrated through the gap fried and right hit the face of Flora made Flora start writhing.

Flora began to open her eyes but closed again because the sunlight dazzled her gaze. Flora turned around and got up to take a sitting position. Flora repeatedly blinked her eyelids so that her eyes could adapt to the light that entered into them. And at the moment when his gaze saw the time on the clock hanging on the wall of the room, Flora immediately jumped.

"It's 11." Without a second thought Flora got up from the bed and intended to call Mutya. But Mutya was no longer in that room.

"Hah, you stupid fool of course Mutya must have left for the office." Flora patted her own forehead.

When Flora was about to step into the bathroom suddenly her rare stopped when she heard the sound of objects falling outside her room. Flora rushed out of her room looking for the source of the sound. The falling object was heard again and from the direction of the kitchen.

"Gio is that you?" Flora stepped into the kitchen.

"Who are you?" flora asked as her eyes looked at an old woman probably her mother's age.

"I'm sorry I'm noisy so wake up and not sleep anymore." Flora saw a fear on the woman's face cooking in the kitchen.

"Sorry who?" ask Flora again.

"I'm Good, Non. I work here."

"Oh. Where is gio?"

"Den Gio has left for work. Again I'm sorry, Non, it's been disturbing his sleep."

Flora shook her head. "It's okay."

"Do you want me to do something?" ask mbak Asih.

"No need to make it myself. Excuse me, ma'am. I want to take a shower" said Flora who was immediately embraced by mba Asih.

Flora went back inside her room, immediately she stepped towards the bathroom. Inside the bathroom Flora saw a big tub there. Flora decided to soak in the bath to remove the fatigue in her mind.
