I Want to Be Loved

I Want to Be Loved
Difficult to Guess

The aura was flipping through Gavindra's mobile phone. His lips covered a smile, but his face showed confusion at the select object he had in his hand. Don't know what makes that thing weird? Though in terms of shape, flat objects are the same. I don't know what makes Aura curious about it? Maybe one number that was just stored on that phone.

"Ck, weirdo! Why is he so possessive? But I'm a nobody?" inner Aura.

A smile was drawn on Aura's lips imagining that Gavindra liked her, but immediately the thought was dismissed by Aura.

"That's impossible! He who bought. So it could be as straightforward as this," muttered Aura.

Aura no longer thought about Gavindra. He prefers to look at the advanced features in the device. However, his activities stopped when there was a message coming in on his phone application. There's a name Gavindra appearing on his phone screen.

"Just now I was thinking about the man and now he was sending a message," Inner Aura.

Aura opens the app to see what Gavindra is writing about.

"Where are you?" ask Gavindra.

Without a second thought, Aura replied to a message from Gavindra.

"At the hospital" Aura replied.

"Oh, yes," said Gavindra.

"Would you just like that?" Aura spoke in her heart.

"What's wrong?" ask Aura.

"It's okay. Just want to test whether you know how to use the phone or not" replied Gavindra.

Aura's eyes widened as she read the reply from Gavindra. "Is he insulting me? I'm sorry I asked."

Aura growled, it felt like it wanted to tear the man's face apart.

"Why is that guy so annoying?" said Aura.

Aura wanted to curse, yelling at Gavindra. He also wanted to retreat, afraid of not being able to face the man's attitude, but when he saw his mother still lying on the hospital bed Aura undoed her intentions.

"I have to hold on for Mom. Ck, but this guy why is it so annoying!" Aura spoke inwardly while stomping her feet gave rise to a noise of obstruction.

"What's up, kid? Why do you look upset?" ask Hani, Aura's mother.

Aura flinched when she suddenly heard her mother's voice. Aura moved from her seat to approach her mother.

"Mom why wake up? Noisy aura? Sorry, Mom." Aura felt heartless making her mother from her break.

"Mom hasn't slept yet" said Hani. "Oh yeah you haven't answered Mom's question. Why do you look upset?" ask Hani.

"There's nothing, Mom. There are only people who make Aura upset," Aura replied.

Hani nodded her head in response to Aura's words. Hani accidentally saw a flat object in Aura's hand made her curiosity come.

"Ra, who's this?" Hani pulls Aura's hand to see the object in Aura's hand.

"Oh this, Mom..." Aura was confused to answer. There's no way he's being honest that Gavindra bought the phone.

"Rb ... I asked why are you silent?" hani asked while rubbing Aura's arm.

"Sorry, Mom." Bella jerks. His feelings grew even more unsettled as his mother looked at him suspiciously.

"Ra ...," call Hani.

"Obviously this doesn't belong to Aura" Aura said.

"Then? Where'd you get this thing?" ask Hani again.

"It's a friend, Mom. He lent it to Aura," said Aura.

"Friends?" Hani's face still showed a sense of disbelief.

"Yes, Mom. How could Aura possibly buy such an expensive item." Aura answered stammeringly.

The aura looks up, down, to the right, and to the left. He was trying to find the right reason, Aura did not want her mother to think that kind of.

"The Aura's phone is broken, ma'am. So Aura's friend lent her this phone so that she could contact Aura," explained Aura.

"Yes, don't talk about Aura Mulu. Now Mom just rest. It's already night I have a lot of rest. If tomorrow Mother is much better said Doctor Mother can go home," said Aura while tidying up

"Yes, Son. Mother is also not at home here," said Hani.

After making sure her mother fell asleep, Aura sat back in a chair not far from the bed. Aura refocused on the flat object in her grasp. There was another message coming into his phone and it was clear from Gavindra.

"Tomorrow you go to school, right?" ask Gavindra.

"Yes" answered Aura.

"Where's your school?" ask Gavindra again.

"At Tunas Bangsa school. I get a full student duty to go in there," replied Aura.

Aura answered all the questions given by Gavindra. The man was already like a reporter poking himself with so many questions. Everything was finished after the drowsiness approached Aura.

******

The next day Aura abandoned her intention to go to school. The doctor allowed his mother to be outpatient. Aura was very happy, but there was confusion in her. How does he pay the rest of the hospital payment?

All the money in his savings has been used entirely to pay for hospital expenses, even if it is just his down payment.

Aura walked over to the information section to find out the amount of money he had to pay. Aura walked with heavy steps as if there was a heavy burden she was carrying. The cashier was already in sight, Aura walked over by continuously staring at the place. He hoped he would never get it.

Aura stopped one step ahead of becoming a cashier. He looked at the woman behind the table with a meaningful look.

"Can I help you, Mba?" the woman asked with a nod of her head by Aura.

"I want to ask the rest of the patient's payment on behalf of Hani Anggara," Aura replied stammeringly.

"I'll check it out. Wait a minute," tell the lady.

"Well," Aura replied.

Aura stood in front of the cashier's desk while looking forward to anxiety. In his heart Aura prayed, hoping that the arrears of her mother's care costs were not much.

"Sorry, Mba. The cost of treatment on behalf of Hani Anggara has been paid in full" explained the woman.

"What?" Aura felt surprised making him scream.

"Sttt, sorry Mba's in the hospital. Please do not be noisy" said one of the nurses who crossed the place.

"Oh yes, sorry," said Aura.

Aura's gaze again led to the attendant at the cashier with so many question marks on his head.

"How can my mother's bill be paid off. I remember not paying it off. Please check again, there might be a mistake," Aura said.

"I'll check back soon" said the cashier.

Aura was waiting. Not long after the cashier said if anyone paid off his mother's bill.

"True Mba, it's paid off," said the woman.

"May I know who paid it off, Mba?" ask Aura.

"name ... Gavindra Abimana Ferdinand" replied the woman.

Whahuh? That guy again?

"Then thank you, Mba. Excuse me first" said Aura.

Aura walked leaving the cashier back to where her mother was being treated. While stepping Aura was still thinking about Gavindra. When I just met Gavindra it looks so rude and arrogant. However, it was unexpected that Gavindra showed her kindness. That guy is hard to guess.

"Ck, is the man trying to direct his power?" inner Aura.

Whatever it was Aura felt she had to thank Gavindra.

Sorry, there is a lot of busyness in Rl.
