Two Hundred Four

Felicia sat while watching television in the living room. His eyes are still awake when the sky is very dark and time has shown at 11 pm.

"Why hasn't Kenzo come home yet?" felicia said in a soft voice.

"Mommy's not asleep?" ask the house assistant.

Felicia turned to the origin of the voice, her eyes seeing aunt Marni walking from the kitchen.

"Kenzo hasn't come home yet, Bi. I I'm waiting for him to come home" Felicia replied.

"It's night, Mom. Let auntie wait for daddy to come home. I'll just take a break" said Aunt Marni.

"Later to Bi. I'm not sleepy yet" Felicia said.

Felicia felt strange to herself. That night she wanted to sleep in her husband's arms.

"That's like a father, ma'am," said aunt Marni.

Felicia's lips curled upwards forming a smile when she heard the car horn that her husband often wore. Felicia impatiently stepped towards the main door of the house.

Felicia's waiting for Kenzo on the porch. From where she stood Felicia saw the lethargic face of her husband. Her husband seems very tired.

"You just got home?" Felicia asked Kenzo. Not to forget also Felicia took over the briefcase brought by Kenzo.

"You haven't slept?" ask Kenzo.

"I'm not sleepy yet" Felicia replied.

Felicia embraces Kenzo's right arm. They entered the house together.

"Have you eaten?" asked Felicia without stopping her steps.

"Not yet" replied Kenzo briefly.

Felicia stopped her steps abruptly and then tapped into her husband.

"Why haven't you eaten yet?" ask Felicia.

"I can't afford to." Kenzo loosened his tie.

"Ck, you should mind your health even though you are busy working" said Felicia.

"Now come to the dinner table. I'll heat up the food for you." Felicia pulls Kenzo into the dining room without waiting for Kenzo's approval.

"Sit here." Felicia pulls one of the chairs on the dining table and directs Kenzo to sit there.

"But Feli, I really don't feel hungry" Kenzo said.

"How are you not hungry? You have to eat, I don't want you to get sick." Felicia did not want to accept the rejection from her husband.

Felicia opens the freezer and picks up the meal she left for Kenzo. The food was cold, Felicia put it in the microwave for him to heat.

"Let me just heat the food, ma'am," said aunt Marni.

"It's not necessary, Bi. Let me just. Auntie should rest" Felicia said.

"But, Ma'am —" Aunt Marni's words were cut by Felicia.

"It's okay, Bi. Auntie's been working all day so now just take a break. It's just a small task" Felicia said followed by a smile that showed her hospitality.

"Good, Mom. But if you need anything, just call me" said Aunt Marni.

"Well, Bi," said Felicia.

Ting

The microwave says it has stopped working. Felicia took out a meal from inside. The food that was cold is now warm. Felicia moved the food she had just warmed into the dish. After that, he took her to the dinner table.

The food was neatly arranged on the dining table. Felicia took the plate in front of Kenzo and filled it with rice and some side dishes.

"It's the food, you eat it." Felicia put the filled piirng back in front of Kenzo.

Kenzo's stomach churned at the sight of the rice as well as the meat rendang that was before him. Kenzo is confused how to tell Felicia if she is not eating.

"Why not eat?" ask Felicia.

Felicia was astonished when she saw Kenzo just stirring up his food. There was no intention of Kenzo to eat the food he served.

"I'm not hungry, Feli" replied Kenzo.

"You haven't eaten, how you're not hungry. Here let me bribe." Felicia scoops the food and directs it to Kenzo's mouth.

"Kenzo open your mouth. Let's not be like a child" Felicia persuaded.

"Feli, I'm not really hungry" said Kenzo.

Felicia still forced Kenzo to eat, but instead of opening her mouth Kenzo moved away from the dining table and ran towards the sink in front of the bathroom.

Felicia was shocked to see her husband bowing in front of the sink. Not only that, Kenzo looks to be removing his entrails.

"Kenzo, what's wrong?" Felicia left her courier to follow her husband. He felt very anxious to see Kenzo vomiting.

Felicia kneels at Kenzo's nape slowly, hoping to make Kenzo feel comfortable.  Anxiety enveloped Felicia as Kenzo did not stop vomiting. Felicia's tap water turns on to flush out the dirt from the food that Kenzo vomits.

"Cenzo ...." Anxiety made Felicia let out tears visible in the corner of her eyes.

Felicia took a quick step, as fast as she could to get back to the kitchen. Moments later Felicia returned with a glass of warm water.

After his nausea subsided Kenzo washed his mouth with water flowing from the tap in front of him. Some time Kenzo was silent, both hands held the edge of the sink while taking a breath and exhaling it again, Kenzo did it several times until he felt so relieved.

"Have you felt better?" asked Felicia who was immediately embraced by Kenzo.

"It's drinking the warm water." Felicia gave Kenzo warm water.

Kenzo received the warm water given by Felicia and drank it. The warm water he drank gave a warm feeling inside his empty stomach.

Kenzo gave the glass back to Felicia. Do not forget also the 'thank you' for women as his wife.

The nausea had subsided, but Kenzo was still standing in front of the sink. He waited until his nausea was completely gone.

His eyes unintentionally saw the reflection of his wife's face. There was a faint smile as she watched Felicia spit out a clear liquid from her eyes. Seeing that Kenzo turned around then wiped the tears that were dripping and fell on Felicia's cheek.

"Why crying?" kenzo asked as he wiped the tears on Felicia's cheek using both of her thumbs.

"I can't bear to see you like that" Felicia replied.

Felicia also did not know why, the tears just fell from her eyes when she saw Kenzo as if he was being tormented.

"I'm fine. I feel bad all day." Kenzo pulled Felicia into his arms. He rubbed Felicia's back to calm his still crying wife.

"Stop crying. I'm fine" said Kenzo.

"I'll call the doctor" Felicia said.

"No need. It's night," prohibit Kenzo. "I'm fine anyway."

Felicia who was still in Kenzo's arms raised her face. He met Kenzo.

"I'd be relieved if the Doctor also said you're okay. Your face looks pale" Felicia said.

Felicia pulls herself away, she moves away from Kenzo to contact her personal Doctor. She didn't care when her husband kept banning her.

After waiting for an hour the personal doctor Felicia contacted came over. Felicia immediately asked the male doctor to check on Kenzo's condition.

"Come on, Kenzo's in the room." Felicia took the male doctor to the room.

Felicia stood next to the Doctor who was examining her husband. Anxiety was also still lodged in him.

"How's he doing, Doc?" ask Felicia.

"He's fine. Just having digestive problems. This is the result if your husband is late to eat" replied the Doctor named Reza.

Doctor Reza kept the stethoscope in his container and put it back in his bag.

"It's medicine for your husband." Reza's doctor gave Felicia some strips of medicine. "This one is drunk before eating."

"All right, I understand. Thank you very much" Felicia said.

"Don't look at me, Aura." Doctor Reza ruffled Felicia's hair. It looks so good if they are very familiar.

Kenzo who saw the closeness of the personal doctor and his wife felt dislike, but he chose silence.

"Lookily he touched Felicia at will. And what did he call Felicia? The aura! Huh, that's so annoying." Kenzo grumbled in his heart.

"Kenzo, I'll take Reza forward" Felicia said.

"Hmmm, don't take too long and come back soon." There was a sense of annoyance at Kenzo's tone

"Yes" said Felicia.

It seemed that Felicia was unaware of the resentment within her husband. He walked out of the room with Reza's arm.
