74. Not a simple mistake
"Who's the real donor for my kidney, Kyle?"
"Why are you suddenly asking me this?"
"Because I want to know the truth. My mom said you donated to me, but I feel like something's weird."
"I heard Shane came here yesterday. Are you asking this because he said something?"
"Yes. He said something."
"What?"
"Shawn is alive."
Kyle's laughter filled the room.
"Shane came to make jokes?" the sarcasm.
"He's serious. He even said Shawn was a real donor."
"Don't be fooled by Shane, Stev! How could a dead man live again and donate his kidney to you?"
"Eitherway. So I want you to be honest about who the donor is so I don't think Shane's joke is the truth."
"What's important to you?"
Instead of answering, Stevi asked the question, "so the donor is not you?" Stevi's voice sounded soft. It was not a question but a statement.
Kyle sounded clucked his tongue. "You better ask your mother. I don't want to talk about this anymore" he said.
"If I could get an answer from you, why would I ask my mother again?"
"Obviously it wasn't Shawn. Your Shawn is dead, Stev!"
"Then who? That's not you, is it?"
"Near!" cetus Kyle suddenly made Stevi shut up for a moment.
Elara looked at her smiling husband by her side. The voice recording that Shane had just played was accurate evidence that Stevi's body was actually Elara's kidney. And the owner of the voice in the recording was clear Elara knew him very well. Kyle. It was Kyle.
"How did you get this tape, Shane?"
"From the voice tapper I installed in Stevi's room."
"You see him?"
"Yes, to get this evidence. I want you to trust me."
"I'm sorry, Shane. I was against this only because I thought too positively of Kyle." Elara was stunned, then the tears just slid and wet her smooth cheeks.
Shane is holding Elara. He took his wife into a warm embrace.
"So, what's your decision now? What do you want me to do with him?"
Although Shane is furious with Kyle's involvement in Elara's kidney theft, he wants to ask his wife the final decision. He did not want to make the mistake of punishing Kyle on his own emotional basis. Shane wants everything to happen with Elara's approval.
"I don't know. It's up to you."
And Elara entrusted this to her husband. He does not want to interfere in Kyle's punishment, although now his heart is angry and hate but Elara also can not give an answer to the punishment that Kyle must get.

Shane escorts Elara to an outback village where Elara once taught. The air there is very cool, beautiful and free from pollution. This Shane did for his wife's peace, also for Elara to forget for a moment her problem, so Shane allowed Elara to teach in some time.
"Near!" Jasmine screeched in pleasure upon seeing Elara come to her teaching place.

"Both."
Jasmine chuckles. "Good, I'm so glad you're back. Who are you with?" tanyanya.
Elara sniffs her chin in the other direction, referring to Shane who appears to be lowering her belongings from inside the car.
"Wuh ... with your husband?" tease Jasmine while rolling her eyes.
"So, I'm not interested. I still have a lot of responsibilities in this foundation..."
"Don't tell me you're not interested in men?" elara Molok.
"Hahaha, of course I'm still normal and interested in men. Especially one like your husband," teased Jasmine again.
Elara shook her head faintly. "You are, don't be a bully, yeah" he joked.
"Well, you know I'm just kidding. But if there's anything like that again, I want to sign up" he said, referring to Shane who appeared to be walking towards them.
"Yeah, I'll find it for you."
They laugh because of the jokes and silly remarks they make themselves.
"I've asked your room to the foundation and he says you'll occupy the same room as before." Suddenly Shane had appeared beside Elara and said slowly.
Elara and Jasmine stopped laughing and turned to the man.
"Goodle. Let's get me there, Shane."

Shane did not accompany Elara in the interior, he immediately returned to the city center to complete his intentions.
Elara's existence far away, will make it easier to punish Kyle. Because Shane couldn't have done that if Elara was still in the same place. Although Elara has given everything to him, but Shane still can not if punishing Kyle and it was heard by his wife.

Kyle knew that sooner or later he would receive his punishment from Elara's husband.
"What do you want to say for the last time?" shane asked with a small grin, looking intimidating.
Kyle shakes.
"What are you covering up, Kyle? You wanna die alone?"
"See, obviously I'm not going to run away. I deserve your punishment because I'm guilty."
Kyle lowered his head deeply. Shane will never know his remorse for everything that has happened.
"I'm still not sure you did this to Elara just for Stevi's sake" Shane said. "Maybe Stevi is your cousin, but I believe that you wouldn't sacrifice Elara just for a woman like her" he continued.
"Stevi is still my family anyway."
"And you're doing this really for him?"
Kyle was silent.
Shane was watching, he was running out of time.
"I don't have much time Kyle. You can be honest with me about what happened and I'll rethink your punishment."
Kyle looked riled up, until he finally uttered a name.
"Gracia County. He ...he started it all," Kyle gave up on covering all this up. "I wasn't involved in the kidney theft, but I did know it and it was my fault to let it go."
"Why?" Shane's voice weakened, imagining that Gracia was the brain of the whole thing. She even appreciates her like her own mother.
"I hope you leave Elara when her condition is no longer perfect. I wanted Elara to come to me after you dumped her. But my guess is wrong, you love her even though she already has that flaw."
Shane was intrigued by Kyle's honest speech. He could judge if this man wasn't lying.
"I've regretted it since the day after Elara's kidney was taken. I regret it, Shane. I should have been able to prevent Aunty Gracia in the first place, in fact I couldn't and instead let it go because of my own ego."
