53. Knock

Spending the weekend camping, Elara and Shane must return to the Mansion when entering the workday.

"I'm sorry to have to leave you again" Shane told Elara, who concluded the tie.

Elara then looked up at a glance to see the reluctant look her husband emitted. It seems that Shane is lazy to do his activities today but a big responsibility requires him to still go to the company.

"It's okay, Shane. I know you have other obligations and responsibilities in your office." Elara had finished putting on her husband's tie, she patted Shane's shoulder gently as if cleaning something there.

"Thank" said Shane, thanking his wife for her actions.

Elara gave a gentle smile.

"Well, it's time for you to go, Shane."

Shane breathed a heavy sigh. "I still want to be with you" he lamented.

Elara was chuckling. "We spent the weekend together. Isn't that more than enough?' abugn.

Shane shakes. "Not enough, I still miss you" she admitted.

"Shane ... go," said Elara softly.

"It's good that you come along to be my moodbooster in the office."

Elara laughed now. Sometimes this handsome husband is spoiled and very excessive. Either it is always so or it is just him. But, it looks like Shane is just acting in front of him and somehow Elara actually likes him.

Shane slashed the distance between them, peeking at Elara's forehead deeply.

"I'm off to work, baby."

Elara nodded in a position where Shane still cupped her cheeks with the big fingers of the man.

Shane was very anxious to see the wife's cute face, it felt he was not willing to leave Elara for long. More unwilling again if other people who are at home can actually look longer at his wife than he who has to spend time in the office.

Just now Elara was about to turn in when a housekeeper called out to her.

Elara looked at the man who called her.

And Elara's feelings immediately slipped upon hearing that.

Elara was too surprised by the delivery from Kyle to her husband's Mansion. Did Kyle hear about his marriage to Shane? Given that, Elara had not responded to anything as the Mansion guards withdrew from before her.

Elara went into the house and sat in the middle room staring straight at the parcel she had just received.
