57. Piqued

"Shane ... I didn't expect to see you here." The woman who greeted Shane looked very cramped.

Then in the next split second, he realized that if Shane was not alone at the table, he turned to the woman sitting next to Shane, who was none other than Elara. "You?" he almost squealed at Elara.

Elara was also almost shocked when she realized that this was the woman who made a ruckus in the mall with her this afternoon. Again a coincidence they were found here, not to mention the woman who recognized her husband, even called Shane so familiar.

And suddenly someone comes to prevent the woman from continuing to pursue Shane and Elara's steps. That was Ryder.

"Shane, let me talk to you!" The woman named Megan did not heed the warning from Ryder, she insisted on following Shane's steps, but Shane did not care at all and continued to walk with Elara's hand to immediately go to the hotel courtyard.

"Alright, Megan. He has forgotten you. He was married and the woman he was with was his wife!"

"I don't know him. She was the woman who got into a ruckus with me at the Mall this afternoon."
