38. Sabotaging

With great force, Stevi finally followed Shane's desire to do the DNA test. Which ultimately ended with him wanting to sabotage the final results of the test.

In other words, Stevi will know the results first. If it was Shawn's son, he would let Shane know, but if it wasn't, he would change the result before Shane knew it.

Paying a nurse who would later receive the results was the first time - such was Stevi's intention - which he had planned since the test.

Unfortunately, Stevi's cunning does not apply to a Shane who is much smarter to read the situation, because since getting a sample for the DNA test, the, Shane requested that the sample be split in half and that the other be checked at a different hospital.

And today, where the test should have come out, they will see the results together. An answer was in the envelope Emma had just received when they arrived in front of the Examination Lab.

Shane slicked his shoulders indifferently as his mother began opening the envelope containing the results of the DNA test - carefully.

"Positively" murmured Emma with teary eyes, she and Stevi hugged each other. He becomes convinced that Maura - Stevi's son - is his grandson.

"I had expected the result to be like that, Mom," Stevi said with a smile. He glanced at Shane with thin ripples that seemed to sneer. The smile seemed to underestimate the words of Shane who had been doubting his daughter.

Shane returned Stevi's wry smile with a meaningful grin that he finally voiced.

"Yes, yes, I'm also sure the result will be like this" Shane said calmly. "Isn't this the result you wanted, Stev?" the question then, of course with the intention of insinuating.
