59. Threats

"Are you still mad at me?" Shane looked at his wife. Although this morning Elara prepared all her needs to go to the office, but not even Elara greeted him first.

Elara shakes.

"really?"

Now Elara just nodded.

Shane breathed a heavy sigh, but did not stop getting closer to Elara who claimed to be no longer angry with her.

"I'm sorry, yeah. I know I'm wrong and I won't repeat it." Shane held two fingers in the shape of the letter V in front of Elara.

"Yes already, there go," cast Elara smooth.

"You kicked me out?"

"No. You have to work, right? So go away."

Shane nodded faintly, then wanted to kiss Elara but the woman still looked evasive. From his gurgle, Shane could guess if his wife still harbored a sense of annoyance at him.

"You said you weren't angry anymore, right? So, don't stop me from doing it." Shane's voice turned so firm that Elara did not wince as the man showered her with small kisses all over her face.

Shane kissed both Elara's eyes left and right. His cheeks, his nose, his forehead and his last lips.

"Don't get angry again, hmm?" Shane cupped his wife's cheeks while looking at her fixedly.

Finally Elara smiled. Which Shane values if the smile is not as bright as usual. But this is better, than Elara continued to frown while with him.

"I'll go to work first. If you want to go or anywhere, tell me first."

"Yes, sir," joked Elara making Shane chuckle.

The tall man rushed away after saying goodbye to his wife.

On the way, Shane had to be surprised by the sudden braking of the car, even the four wheels he was riding until it stopped suddenly. All because there was someone who just passed by, to the surprise of Max who was behind the wheel of the car he was driving.

"Max! Are you going to die!" hardik Shane on his assistant.

"Sorry, Sir. Someone's got our car on the road all of a sudden."

Shane's eyes immediately turned towards the front, where someone actually stood unperturbed there.

Oh my God. Shane's risk of ever being in a relationship with a crazy woman like Megan. Now he appears again with all his bar-bars.

Shane lowered his car window as Megan knocked impatiently.

"Shane, we need to talk."

Shane shook his head faintly. He's like an untouchable man, it feels like Megan doesn't recognize Shane anymore.

"Road, Max!" shane's word to the assistant.

"No!" Megan puts her hand on Shane's car window, trying to prevent the man's departure. "I want to talk to you, please. Ten minutes is fine as long as you give me a chance!" she begged.

Shane's not his name if he wants to let Megan talk to him again. And why did this woman have to come back to her life after years of never seeing her nose again?

"Road, Max! Are you deaf?" Shane talks back to Max, regardless of Megan's plea.

When Max was about to step on the gas pedal again, at the same time Megan spoke quickly.

"I gave birth to your son, Shane! Our son!" peekit Megan.

Bak was struck by lightning in the morning, Shane's heart immediately slipped when he heard it. However, the car continues to go because Max does not want to be berated by his boss.

Until his office, Shane kept ringing Megan's words earlier. The woman's words were like a spell that made her unable to think of anything else.

Shane is not focused. He had to go back to the money-crazed woman. If this is heard to the ears of Elara then it can be ascertained that the new household for a lifetime of corn, will fall apart.

Shane immediately got up and took his car keys, he did not need Max at this time because he would drive himself and meet the crazy woman.

It didn't take long for Shane to discover Megan's whereabouts, because when he returned to the place where Megan had intercepted the car, she seemed to be waiting for him there.

"I was expecting you to come back, so I'm waiting for you here." Megan exuded a happy smile, she looked very confident.

Shane screeched looking at him.

"How, Shane? What if I said that to your wife?" Megan started the conversation.

Shane clenched his hands until his knuckles turned white.

Megan chuckles happily now. Looking from Shane's expression, it seemed like this man was very annoyed at him.

"Come, Shane. Talk me. You came to me here because you wanted to talk to me, right?"

Shane took a deep breath, throwing away his gaze, until he finally spoke softly.

"Don't play games with me, Megan. Because you'll know what the consequences are" he threatened.

"Woa, it's so nice to hear your voice calling my name" Megan said with a faint smile.

"You know I've wasted precious time meeting you right now. So, listen to me carefully. Don't make a weird joke by saying if you gave birth to my child or ever conceived my child. You're not that special, until I touch you!" shane said.

Shane comes to Megan again, not because he believes the woman's words that say she gave birth to her child. He never touched Megan that far. Shane returns only to warn Megan, because Megan's words are like an essay she made to threaten Shane.

And yes, Megan's speech was indeed an essay, she intended to say such a thing to Elara and make Shane afraid. Although the reality is not the case, but he knows Shane will not ignore his words earlier because the man must know his plan with the sentence he had prepared earlier.

"Yes, yes, we both know that my words were just an essay." Megan laughed heartily. "But what if I say that to your wife? Is he gonna eat my words, Shane?" he said with a sneering smile.

Shane knows the essence of this conversation will lead to where. Megan will ask for the money so that Megan's words are not distributed to Elara.

"Your empty mouth will have no effect on my wife. He'll trust me more than you. So, forget about your dream of blackmailing me with that line of yours!" Shane.

Megan even stepped closer to Shane, her smile seemed calm and confident.

"Oh yeah? Did ya? I'm not sure your wife believes that in you. How about we just prove it, Shane?" And sure enough, Megan begins to launch her action to blackmail Shane.

"Please. Elara won't eat your words!" shane replied with a slanted smile.

Megan chuckles now. "So you'd rather your wife know that you've had children with me, than to give me money?" tanyakanya.

"It's bullshitttt, Megan! Go ahead and tell us a lot about our relationship. I'll never give you a dime!"

"Then you wait for my game!"

And Shane is laughing now. "It turns out you can't be warned in a good way" he said. "... so, don't blame me if I start thinking about how to get rid of you" he said.

Megan's eyes had a pattern, she knew Shane would not be silent with all his actions. Especially if he really provokes Elara with a lie. But, Megan hastily put up an ordinary stunt, as if Shane's threat didn't make her tremble at all.

Shane galloped to get back in his car. But Megan was back before the man actually left the place.

"Before you completely get rid of me, I'll make sure that your wife will know first about my story!" threatened back.

Shane looked at the woman. He was very sorry to have been involved in a relationship that made them know each other.

"Come, Shane! You're so rich that it wouldn't hurt if you gave me money! Just money, money and money ..." The smile that was now on Megan's face was more like a psychopath than a human being.
