A mother's affection should never be limited and never be endless for the child she loves, but why would a mother throw away her own daughter while she treats other people's children like her own.
"Does this mean you've found your real family?" asked Aunt Ratih, the look on her face was illegible to me.
"No, Tan," I replied, shaking my head.
"But didn't you find this." Aunty Ratih showed a portrait of Maya who is now in her hands. "This should be a clue to find your biological family" said Aunt Ratih later.
Aunt Ratih is right! I was able to find my real family through the portrait, but unfortunately along with that I also discovered the fact that they did not want me at all.
"No, Tan, Aca accidentally finds the portrait in a shopping mall and Aca remembers Aunt's words." I have a very forced smile. "Again, I can't confirm that this woman is my family. He could have just kidnapped me, then handed me over to Grandma so he wouldn't get caught by the police." I argued by giving him an alibi like I used to see in movies.
I could hear Aunt Ratih sigh before opening her mouth. "Aunty, it would be best if you tried to find your family's whereabouts using this portrait."
"Come, Tan! Aca just felt, the Aca did not need the person who had thrown away the Aca. After all, if indeed this woman was a good mother. He won't leave Aca here." I said despite the tears that followed my words.
"Alright, do what you think is good and right" said Aunt Ratih giving advice.
I looked at Aunt Ratih's face that was warm again like before. "Tan, can Aca stay here like she used to?"
"of course! You're part of this family. Especially after Aca married Ersya, that way Aca will still be the mistress of Kencana." said Aunt Ratih with sparkling eyes.
"THAT'S NOT GONNA HAPPEN!"
Suddenly, someone's voice distracted me and Aunt Ratih. We both turned our heads simultaneously and saw the figure of Daffin filling the doorway. His eyes filled with anger which made him look even more terrifying.
The sound of Daffin's footsteps echoed in the room, which made me want to escape before Daffin was right in front of me as he is today.
"Why are you here!!!" I snapped at Daffin who was looking at me with anger.
"Because you're here" she replied coldly.
"I don't want to see you!" my ketus.
"But I want to see you" hardik Daffin. He immediately pulled my hand. "Come, go home!" bring him.
"No!!!" I screamed as I threw Daffin's hand. "I'm not going back there! I've decided to stay here." I said later.
"Can't! You should come back with me because I am your husband" Daffin argued.
I heard a shriek coming out of Aunt Ratih's mouth. I'm sure, Aunt Ratih must have been very surprised to see Daffin standing here and claiming to be my husband.
"Tan, this" I tried to explain to Aunt Ratih, but she cut me off right away.
"So you have made our Aca tormented! Huh!!!" snapped aunt Ratih with a face no less creepy than Daffin.
"I'm sorry, Auntie!" said Daffin, he even bowed his head in front of Aunt Ratih. "Everything that has happened is wrong, but I promise I will fix everything. I can't let my wife be away from my side." Daffin said. I just hope Aunt Ratih won't believe Daffin's words.
"Wife? I'm not your wife anymore, Mr. Stevano!" I argue, do not accept the status attached to me like gum.
"Until now you will remain my wife, Mrs Stevano," said Daffin with a sly grin on her face. "All right, Mr Chandra?" Daffin's eyeballs move towards the backyard.
"It turns out to be you, Mr. Stevano," Ersya's voice made me turn my head and see her walking over to approach me.
"Of course I am! Who do you expect?" daffin taunted me even more and more and more and wanted to drown him to the bottom of the sea.
"Go, Daffin! I will not go with you." I asked, not wanting any quarrel.
"Then I will stay here to accompany you." Daffin dropped himself on the couch I was sitting on.
"Yes, I am, My Starfish." replied Daffin casually.
"Don't make me angry!" threaten me with wide-open eyes.
A faint smile was drawn at the corner of Daffin's lips. "Combre! That's a sign you love me,"
I think Daffin's brain is completely swapped for shrimp brains because he usually won't accept me being aggressive.
"Daffin go! You're not part of this family." Both of my hands were folded in my chest as I tried to repel Daffin.
Daffin straightened his body and looked at Ersya. "Is he part of this family?"
My and Ersya's gazes met when I accidentally looked at her for following Daffin's gaze. "Yes, he's Erlan's twin!"
"Oh," That's all that came out of Daffin's mouth.
"Daffin, go! Meet your wife!" my murmur, don't wanna look at Daffin.
"While I'm doing," Daffin.
I turned around and saw Daffin's annoying face mocking me. "What do you mean?"
Daffin snorted and then smiled. "I'm meeting my wife, which is you."
"Not me, but your other wife!" I'm with emotions starting to get out of control.
"Which wife? I have only one wife and she is angry with me for no reason." replied Daffin, the look on her face was so convincing. "Is what I'm saying true, Mr Chandra?" ask Daffin suddenly.
Ersya lowered her head as I turned to her for an explanation. "What's up, brother? What I don't know."
"Your marriage to Mr. Stevano ..," Ersya seemed troubled when she said that. "I'm sorry, Ayasya, but your marriage is legally valid in this country" Ersya said.
"How is that possible?" I just can't believe it.
"Of course it is possible! Because you're my only legitimate wife." - Lontar Daffin.
"The only one?" my murmured, while my eyes were fixed on the figure of Daffin who was smiling triumphantly. "Then, sister Reena?"
"I've divorced him" Daffin said, there was not the slightest bit of regret in his eyes.
"What!!!" I make a sound that makes anyone who hears it get an earache. "You're bad, Daffin! But I like it." I continued.
Reena's divorced? But when is that? Did Daffin disappear for a month? I remember when Reena threatened me that she would take back Stevano's position.
"Hahahaha ..," I couldn't stop my laughter given that Reena had been thrown away by Daffin.
"Why are you so happy to hear that I divorced Reena?" ask Daffin astonished.
"Because pride has eaten its master."
