"Am I just dreaming?" I murmured, for not hearing that voice again.

I smiled wryly then shook my head, thinking maybe the longing made me a fool who heard Daffin's voice everywhere.

"I won't leave until I see my wife!!!"

The sound of falling and falling objects forced me to shuffle down from the bed.

Immediately I stepped out of the room and saw Daffin had fallen to the floor with blood flowing from his temple. The corner of his lips was also bleeding, seemingly having just been hit.

"DAFFIN!!!" my screams approached Daffin. "What's wrong with you? Aren't you a superhero? Why not fight?"

My little hand tried to wake up the giant body of Daffin, but the man just looked at me and smiled.

If I knew it would be like this, I would never tell Rei about the beginning of my marriage because I was so dependent on Daffin. I wouldn't be able to if I had to really part with him.

"You're lucky, Daffin! Reyno and Maya are not suing you for the disappearance of their twin grandchildren. So in return, you'll never meet your son!" said om Rei, adding more tightness in my chest.

"No! I'm not gonna let that happen! I'll keep my wife and son back." Daffin stepped up to get close to me.

BUGS ...

One hit landed on Daffin's stomach when he was about to reach me. I stared furiously at Rei who ordered his bodyguards to do that.

"Daffin!" my screams, trying to help Daffin, but Rei's holding me back.

"Don't go near her, Lily! Remember that! He's the bad guy who always hurts you." Om Rei forced me to look at him.

I turned and saw Daffin who was trying to get back on his feet. "No, Om! You're wrong! I used to hate him, but now I love him so much. He's the father of my son, Om!"

"Mistress Stevano ..," said Daffin, her face giving a faint smile.

"Your love is blind, Lily!" hardik om Rei, then shook his hand at the guards. "Take him out of here!" her word.

Daffin's giant body was pushed by several bodyguards, but Daffin did not budge. His eyes continued to look at me as if begging for forgiveness.

"I'm sorry, Mrs Stevano," her great-granddaughter, wept. "Please give me one more chance!"

"Even if Lily gives you a chance, but I'll never let you hurt my daughter again!"
