The pain and resentment that had run through my heart at least gave me the courage to open my mouth.

"Me! I'm the one who deserves to have all this." I stared intently at Master Kafeel and also Reena.

The warm feeling I had felt when I first saw Mr. Kafeel I no longer felt. Especially when she'd rather be on Reena's side than me.

"You? Who do you dare compare yourself to my perfect daughter?" lontar lord Kafeel, so struck my heart.

I felt Rei's hand curled up on my shoulder. "Take a closer look at him, brother, then you'll find the answer."

Mr. Kafeel's eyeballs glared at me, then he blinked and retreated his steps away from me.

Without me noticing, suddenly mother was already standing behind me and grasping my hand. "He is Lily. Our daughter, Reyno."

"No, Dad! They must be lying! They just want to ruin my life!" rebutting Reena, he walked over to Daffin who was still waiting by the door. "Daff, what else is this? Aren't you satisfied just destroying my modeling career? And now you want to destroy the only hope that I have." she wrote.

Daffin is not flinching. He only glanced at Reena then walked up to me and left Reena just like that.

"I ruined your career in return for the tears my wife shed. And for this matter, you know better." said Daffin coldly, he grabbed my hand and kissed her as usual.

"But, Daff" Reena was about to approach Daffin, but Daffin immediately raised his hand to keep Reena from stepping.

"Mr Stevano. Call me like that!" daffin's Order.

Let alone Reena who had loved him for so long, I just felt so hurt when I heard Daffin say that. Bad thoughts had crossed my head, what if Daffin did not love me? Will he treat me like that?

"Daffin! What is all this!!!" kafel sir shouted, his eyes reddened with anger. "You divorced Reena. Ruined career. And now you've come with Maya and this obscure woman to destroy our reputation" he added.

"I? Destroying your reputation? Heh!" Daffin smiled cynically then walked over and occupied the chair previously occupied by Mr. Kafeel. "Everything you have, it means nothing to me. But if your family dares to harass the people I love, then I will not hesitate to make calculations with you." he threatened.

I was so fascinated by Daffin's words that it felt like I wanted to hug him. However, I only smiled at him as a thank you for his words.

"Come, Mrs Stevano!" call Daffin, he's patting his thighs.

Like a child called by his father, I also complied to approach Daffin. With a single pull on my hand, it had already put me on Daffin's lap.

"Daff!!!" reena shouted, she's close to approaching me if Shaka doesn't hold her back.

"Guys, I'd like to introduce you to this beautiful woman, Lily Yovela Stevano. She is the legitimate daughter of Maya Kafeel's mistress and also of Reyno Kafeel." said Daffin, one eye twitching to me. "Surely you are very surprised, but this is the reality. That their biological daughter is still alive" he added.

"Where do you think that woman is Miss Lily? It could have been that she was just confessing because her face was very similar to Maya's mistress." tossed one of the men present there.

I looked around when I realized someone was looking at me. I was really surprised to see the figure of his father Daffin who just fell silent and watched without saying a word.

Daffin snapped his finger. "Shaka, take note of the man's company!"

The face of the man who asked just now instantly turned deathly pale like someone who had lost blood.

"Daffin ...," I'm starting to get uncomfortable with all this.

"Calm down, Mrs Stevano, I'm here." whispered Daffin.

"Your father is here, Daffin, he must be thinking nothing of me." I grumbled, annoyed myself with Daffin's attitude.

Daffin followed my direction. "I know daddy's here, but he won't say anything or do anything."

"Why?" I was curious, but it went unanswered by Daffin because Mr. Kafeel was ahead of me.

"Stop this, Daffin! You have embarrassed us enough" said Mr. Kafeel, he looked at me and Daffin alternately.

"He didn't embarrass anyone, brother! Mr. Stevano just told me the truth you always refused." Rei said, he still faithfully stood next to my mother.

"What truth?" asked Mr. Kafeel, he really looked puzzled.

"About your daughter, brother," replied om Rei, his gaze fixed on me.

"But, Rei, Lily's been missing for years. And we can never find him. You said it was unlikely that Lily was still alive" Kafeel said.

"That's because I hid it right in front of you, Reyno." Mom started crying.

My heart was quite jolted with Reena's words and was even more worried when I saw the people there start talking about me.

"What are you saying, Reena?" asked Mr. Kafeel confused.

"He, Dad! She's the woman who made Daffin divorce me!" accuse Reena, she purposely pointed her index finger at me.

I feel like pulling her hair if I don't remember where I am right now.

"What did you say, brother? I took people's husbands? Didn't you ask Daffin to marry me? You're even willing to be divorced by her." My cynic, plus a thin grin on the corner of my lips.

"But I never intended to give my husband to anyone else." Reena stared intently at me and threw out Shaka's hand guarding her.

I immediately stood up and faced Reena. His tall body made me have to look up a little when looking at him.

"I'm just taking back what you've taken from me, my dear brother," I said as gently as I could.

"I've never taken anything from you, Ayasya!" rebut Reena, her eyes so big open.

"Maybe you forgot. You've taken everything I should have. Both my parents, Daffin, and this company. You should be ashamed that you're just the son of a woman your father never married" I said annoyedly, all those words just slid by.

"Hey, You!!!" Mr. Kafeel was already on Reena's side and almost slapped me if Daffin hadn't blocked my body.

"Be careful with your hands, Mr. Kafeel! Or you'll regret it for the rest of your life." said Daffin flatly, but it was really scary.

"Sister, look at him!" pinta om Rei, he even asked lord Kafeel to sit down to be calmer. "Look at him, brother! Is she your daughter or not?"

The handsome face with the aging line was now looking at me fixedly. "I don't think so! My daughter is just Reena."

God, why did you make me born with a father like this? He didn't even try to get to know me better.

"Reyno! She's our daughter." said the mother, trying to convince Mr. Kafeel. "I'm sorry I hid him from you, but I did all this because I was forced to" he said, grabbing Kafel's hand.

"Don't make a drama just so you can go back home, Maya!" sergeant Kafeel, he threw his mother's hand rough.

My heart can no longer. I was really upset by this rejection. This is what I feared, that the man never wanted to accept me because for him his daughter was only one, Reena.

"You think my mom is so pathetic? He just wants to be with you because he loves you, but if you don't love him, then let him go." I looked at the mother who was still crying. "I came here as your daughter. I didn't expect that the figure of the father that I longed for would never want my presence. If only I had known earlier, I would never have come before you. Please continue your miserable life with your illegitimate daughter whom you love so much. Let's just say my mother and I have never been in your life, Mr. Kafeel!" my firmness.

I grabbed the shoulder of the mother who was shaking with tears and led her out. However, before going out I decided to talk to some of the board of directors.

My head is respectfully bowed. "I'm sorry for the mess I did, but I'm sure you can definitely see who's right and who's wrong. My mom and I are just demanding our rights, not trying to destroy anyone."

It sounds like the board of directors are arguing, but I don't really care. I just led Mom out of that very crowded room.

"Where are you going, honey?" mother asked, when I intended to go back into the meeting room.

"I want to finish it, Mom," I replied, then went back inside.

"But, honey, you saw your father. He's still hard-pressed to accept your presence." said mother.

I smiled bitterly. "If he won't accept me, then I won't go into his life either."

The debate was still going on between the board of directors and caused quite a bit of friction when I went back inside the boardroom. I saw the figure of Daffin was next to his father, while om Rei just watched the debate in silence. Meanwhile, the masters of Kafeel and Reena looked so anxious.

"You see! You fucked everything up. I don't know how much you paid Maya to do this charade." cynical Mr. Kafeel when I approached om Rei who was not far from him.

I stared at the figure that was in front of me. "If you can, I just hope that you're not my real father."
