"If you can, I just hope that you're not my real father."

The words that just came out of my mouth felt like an echo that hurt my own ears. I'm actually sorry to have said that, because I honestly miss the father figure that I never knew how his face was.

Mr. Kafeel's eyes didn't move from me. He seemed locked and looked at me more and more.
