The Musafir

The Musafir
Officer Hanung

“IKAN FLY!”

The Flying FISH raised one hand, suddenly making the five warriors who ran towards him stop.

“I already know it.” he said later.

“Do we have to ring the trumpet as well, Flying Fish?” The corn that was beside the Flying Fish asked in a hurry. The trumpet blown by the enemy forces had made his calm wither away for a moment.

“Do.” The Flying Fish shook its head. “Ask the fleet to form Danawa Net Line now.”

Jagat nodded his head once before flashed away with the warriors who had come to them.

Meanwhile, the Flying Fish let out a long sigh. The White Mask Squad he routed to inspect the entire ship in the fleet has not returned. And before they returned with news, the Flying Fish could not calm down.

Like the word if there are still thorns in the flesh, then the body will be difficult to move.  So that's the way it is with this fleet. If there are still enemies who smuggle, then the fleet will be very difficult to move.

Flying Fish, as the head of the White Wind College fleet, must be really aware that all the plans they carry out do not reach the ears of the leaders of the enemy forces. If there were still spies or smugglers here, it would be very difficult for him to come up with a ploy.

He had promised to burn the Samodra Kelewang and drown with it if no suspicious signs were found in the fleet.

He, the Flying Fish, was not afraid of death. He never feared death. But the Flying Fish was worried, this battle would be hard to win without him.

Once again the Flying Fish sighed. Longer than before. Thinking of the Northern River Angel that was still undiscovered had actually made his head become very dizzy. The most beautiful woman in Champa is a very important person for her country. If he dies or disappears here, Tarumanagara will have a far worse effect than the insurgents.

“Pow Netting Line, O Flying Fish?”

The flying fish turned its head before lowering its head. He replied with as much courtesy as possible, “True, Your Highness.”

“That's a very good line.” Sri Punawarman nodded his head. “However, you did not inform me of the change of this plan, Flying Fish.”

The Flying Fish was stunned for a moment. It was true that he had changed the plan that had been agreed upon from the beginning. However, he did this there was certainly a reason.

“Born in the flesh, Your Highness,” replied Flying Fish a cursory later.

Sri Punawarman nodded his head slowly. It was understandable to him about what the Flying Fish meant. “You are famous as a valiant sailor, Flying Fish. But let not your courage be excessive. You must know that the life of Sri Bhadravarman's daughter is at stake.”

“I know it, Your Majesty The King.” The Flying Fish replied even more respectfully. “If something happens to him, then I can take responsibility.”

Sri Punawarman smiled faintly. Of course as the emperor who was very wise, he understood what was meant from the word “responsible”.

“I hope you do not play with your words, O Flying Fish. Now show me the promise you have made before!”

“Please give myself a little more time, Sire.” The Flying Fish further lowered its back, the strange pressure exerted by Sr. Punawarman was too great to be able to deal with. “If there is no ...”

The Flying Fish's speech had to come to a halt after a white masked swordsman landed right next to him.

“Your Highness, permission to report.” The Swordsman first rode to Punawarman, and then spoke to the Flying Fish after being given permission. “We found something suspicious on the ship Sri Maharaja.”

Sri Punawarman could still hear the words, but he was waiting for the response from the Flying Fish and had absolutely no intention of cutting.

The warrior then took something out from inside his coffers. Flying Fish can see it as a strand of white-colored cloth. Eyes widened.

“Can you really find this inside His Majesty's ship?”

The masked warrior nodded his head. “We found it in the hallway near Sri Cakrawarman's room. And we also found this.”

Back the swordsman pulled something out of his pocket. Back the Flying Fish scoured him. At that moment, his face changed.

“This is his recognition medal.” The Flying Fish said in a trembling voice, its palm fingering the surface of the medallion. “And it's completely original. Did you really get this on His Majesty's ship?”

“True, Flying Fish.”

The Flying Fish silently glanced at the emperor Tarumanagara in front of him. The king seemed to nod his head slowly and signaled for his bodyguards to approach.

“Kabari Cakrawarman about this,” he said later. “Ask him to move to Red Frog Ship.”

“They were fooled again, he?”

A frail old man laughed on his bridge. He saw how the ship previously boarded by Sri Punawarman has become a scene due to the discovery of items that are considered to belong to the North River Angel.

“If everything goes well, Salakanagara will return again as the biggest power in all of Dwipantara.” The man said alone. “Arya can really be expected. Ah, where's that striped-nosed guy? It's been too long since I've seen the feathers.”

When the frail man had just stepped away with his short steps, his eyes caught the twists and turns that landed in the middle of the deck of the ship. As an officer on this ship, the old man stopped to see who was coming.

He bought eyes. “Cakrawarman?! What is he here for?!”

“Queen Officer Hanung!” From below, Cakravarman yelled at him. “I was ordered to move here; Red Frog. The ship I boarded was about to be investigated further after the discovery of items belonging to the North River Angel. I hope you don't mind if I take over the top leadership here.”

The frail old man who was called as Officer Hanung retorted and said that he did not mind at all. Cakravarman was the mahapatih Tarumanagara and the younger brother of the Punawarman Emperor, if Hanung wanted his neck broken if he refused?

But in his mind, Hanung was very worried. As mahapatih, Cakravarman has the strength and sharpness of thinking. Do not rule out the possibility that the Tarumanagara mahapatih was able to sniff out the existence of the North River Angel on his ship, the Red Frog!

Arguing in his mind, Hanung starts to think that Punawarman did indeed deliberately send Cakravarman to his place.
