Elena did it

A quiet night, along with the flickering of lights that decorate every corner of the fence. I sit with one leg folded, raise it as if my way looks more elegant. I sat still alone, waiting for the arrival of someone I would ask for information and explanation. Many times I saw the clock in my hand, it had been 20 minutes. My drink has also dewy soaked the table. The water flowed outside the glass.

I looked at the dark lake, the lake with beautiful water like it would not be seen at night. I deliberately chose this place, Adam who introduced me at that time. When she was in a relationship with Elena. And the corner spot suits me better right now. Covering my puffy eyes from the people, the foundation was not helpful enough as it turned out. I kept crying when I found out it had something to do with my dad. The problem I'm facing right now, is what Dad did.

"You're sure he's coming?" I looked at the clock again, then nodded. Adam, he's coming with me just sitting a little far away from me. I need him to explain some of the evidence he's getting through the hacker system as best he can.

"All right, I'll be back there." Before leaving, Adam stroked the top of my head gently. This is something that a child of his age rarely does. The mature nature he has is very comfortable for me. It's just that for me Adam doesn't deserve to be called father yet.

The beautiful woman had already come, along with footsteps that sounded in my ears. I greeted her with a smile, she was my father's wife.

"Sorry dear, Auntie must have a clear reason to get out of the house." Just know if I'm getting tired of waiting for him.

He pulled out a chair and sat down.

"The drink is not cold. Aunt order again." He shook his head, appreciating what I had ordered by drinking a few sips, even though the conversation had not yet begun.

"Alright Nara, say what you want to say." Valuable time right now, I will not waste it.

"Tante, why would you do this to me?" He looked at me without blinking.

"Is this the cause of your eyes?" I just nodded because it was true. If this afternoon I did not realize that I was dreaming and crying so that my face also looks swollen. But then I realized I was crying.

"Dad did something embarrassing to me. Until I got suspended from Auntie's school. Ask the bodyguard to follow me and take some pictures of me. Then post it using me fake. Teachers cannot take explanations for granted. Until finally making a decision that makes me have to bear alone."

"Nara?" A very soft voice rang out, he who heard it had already glazed over his eyes. What about me whose status is a real child. "Nara, forgive your father." I smiled wryly. Even my father and I have not made peace despite speaking like two humans. But even Dad did this. Makes me not want to admit that he's my father.

Dad should be his daughter's first love. But my father was different, he was the source of the hatred of his daughter.

"So Auntie has to do what Nara? Say?"

"Can Aunt help me ask Dad for an explanation?" Aunt Intan nodded, she took another sip of her drink until it ran out. I'm sure his throat feels dry now after hearing what I said.

"You'd better meet your father now. He's not busy." I'm still thinking, how's Adam going? Should I just take him? He was also the son of his best friend.

"Auntie's Amente." I stepped away near Adam's table, followed by the gaze of Auntie Diamond of course. I'm sure he must be asking inwardly about who the man is talking to me right now.

"You sure you're coming?" Honestly, actually my fear will decrease with Adam beside me.

He held my hand, in the position I stood before him.

"You believe me, your father wouldn't be angry if he saw me coming with you."

"Why are you so sure?"

"You don't remember? Or are you pretending to forget? If I were the man you were betrothed to as a child." I hit him on the shoulder, Adam giggled. Then stand up and pull me up, walking back towards my desk where Aunt Intan was sitting.

"Nara, who is she?" The question I was waiting for.

"Tante doesn't know him, but I'm sure you know him." Aunt Intan smiled, grabbed the bag and led the way. You know if I'd agreed to go to Dad's now.

I went with Adam, Aunt Intan went with the driver. Where might father let his beautiful wife go alone with a car, what else is it now night.

While on the way, Adam occasionally turned his head towards me, even though I was staring at the street. I know that Adam was watching me. Why since Adam expressed his feelings I was even more awkward, every treatment given to me I always thought he cared because of taste. I'm also actually embarrassed, ever said about the likes that I used to have for an Iam. Although the taste was still stored a little in this heart. But there's no way I'm saying that, while that guy is Adam. My friend, and the father of my son.

"Until when will you speak to your own heart?" Deg. He knows, right? I looked towards him again. Then throw away the sight when our eyes meet.

"If I live long, marry me. Just with me, but if you don't then marry the person I choose."

"Why did you manage to know who would be my soul mate? Eh no! I mean, didn't I say I didn't want to get married!!"

"Women do have a high prestige." He murmured, can I hear that? Damn it so he's telling me now huh!

"Nara?"

"Hem." Looking back at him, but only at a glance I did.

"Well, imagine if I wear a suit and stand firm to be the leader among the many employees." And I really imagined it. "How, do I look handsome?"

"Yes." Yeah." Uh, I looked directly at the window, more precisely hiding the shame. And once again, it is my folly to follow his advice to imagine this. Crazy one! Have I really been consumed by the oath? I love Adam! Is it as easy as falling in love?

"Adam?" Now it's my turn to ask him.

"Hem." Goddamnit! He followed my answer when his name was called.

"What do you feel when you're dating Elena? I mean, um, what's your heart pounding when it's close to her?"

"Do you feel that right now?" I nodded in response as Adam looked over.

"Haha." Wh why? Why is he laughing!! "You're asking about it because you feel it?" I'm silent. "And thump when you're next to me?" I saw Adam shaking his head and continuing his laughter again. Until the car stopped right in front of the high gate of the father's house. A magnificent mansion that had many servants and guards but only had two hosts in it.

"You've really opened your heart." Say it again when I get out of the car. Strange feeling, that's what I've been feeling a lot lately.

I prefer to be quiet not to answer, and immediately go down when Aunt Intan is waiting for me not far from Adam's car.

"Will your friend come in?"

"Yes aunt, the evidence is in her hands." I answered and waited for Adam to come down with the laptop.

Aunt Intan nodded, she remained waiting. And will go in with me and Adam. If only my heart was as tender as Aunt Intan. Maybe in a matter of days I've been devastated like this. It doesn't matter if the childhood wounds always haunt me. At least feel a little regret!

We've set foot inside my father's mansion. If you look at it, Adam's house is like this. The waiter or the house guards lowered their heads as we stepped into the house. If I had not known about it as a child, now I know that it is a form of respect for their master.

"You wait here, let Auntie call me." I nodded, Adam looked at every corner of my father's house. His eyes were wild to and fro, even staring at one by one the servants of this house. I hit his arm, at least don't be too conspicuous to mark someone else.

"Why?"

"Why did you see them one by one?" I spoke slowly so as not to be heard.

"I just want to know which one is it." I understand the point, surely Adam is looking for someone who has taken and uploaded the photo secretly.

The footsteps in a state of silence were clearly heard, the voices of Aunt Intan and father were talking. I just don't hear what they're talking about.

"Don't be emotional, speak softly he's your father." Adam's hand clasped my hand tightly, after my father sat in front of me, Adam immediately took off his hand.

"Nara, what's wrong? Why are you coming night."

"Please prepare a drink." Aunt Intan asked the waiter to carry out his duties.

Deg. My heart was pounding, not because it was near Adam. But because my emotions were already turbulent when I saw my father's face. But I neutralized it all, took a slow breath. Follow Adam's advice not to get emotional.

"Do you know this guy?" I gave my laptop to my dad. Then he nodded. Aye! My guess is not wrong, it was my father who did it!

"Why him?" Deg. He asked Why, should he have realized when I showed him a photo that was familiar to him.

"Kinara, say dear." I nodded at Aunt Intan's gentle words.

"He who has taken my picture secretly, he who has uploaded it so that one school knows. Including teachers and school alumni. Doesn't he work for dad?" Dad nodded again. My hands are clenching furiously.

"Did you do this to me intentionally? I asked him to do it, right?" Breath began to gasp.

"How to drink first?" Aunt Intan asked me after the waiter put a drink on the table.

All right, I'll take a sip to the bottom so that my emotions don't explode when dad answers.

"No." No said! What's that!

"He did work for Dad. Being a father's man. But not now. He fired me." Wha what?? Adam and I looked at each other.

"Have you confirmed that he's the one?"

"Yes uncle." Adam answered very strongly. Why am I so amazed.

"You?" Looking at Adam's face, I pointed at Adam's face while thinking.

"The son of the late Hendrawan." He stood up, walked over and hugged Adam very tightly.

"My son-in-law's candidate." Said father softly, obviously I heard it because I was sitting not far from Adam. Something's shaking right now, Dag Dig Dug my heart sounds. Once met already dare to express his heart!

"Are you still sick?" I looked straight over, sick? Adam smiled and nodded slowly. I cleared my throat again, have to get back to the original topic! This is my problem.

"So if you didn't tell him, why would he do that?"

"It could be because of a grudge with dad." Again, the one trying to destroy the father was just a small insect.

"Dad fired him because he had no respect, was unreliable."

"Wait a minute." Adam was looking at some more photos that the man had uploaded. Then show it to me. I frowned when I saw a face that was not so clear there. Like a father and son who are taking pictures, his embrace signifies that they have a relationship. I realized when Adam mentioned a name. A name that shocked me.

"Elena?" Adam nodded.

"Who's Elena?" Dad asked, as well as Aunt Intan, he looked very enthusiastic to see, more curious the truth.

Adam and I agreed not to tell Dad who Elena was we mentioned by name. I coded Adam through eye language, thank God he understood what he meant.

The situation was quiet for a while, when Adam and I went back to look for another account that could be strong evidence to ask this later with Elena. Father and Aunt Intan were also silent just to see the two of us struggling with laptops.

I feel so guilty, accusing my father. Speculate yourself on this issue. It just cursed in the heart. Even willing to throw away tears one day just because there is a sense of revenge. Hate it with my whole soul if you do.

"God." I was holding my stomach which suddenly hurt. They all looked at me.

"How did you get sick?" Aunt Intan seemed very worried, she immediately moved to sit near me. When his hand was about to stroke my stomach, I held it.

"Eh I'm fine Auntie." Smiling wryly, I turned to look at Adam who was now focused on looking at my stomach with his position that was holding the laptop. No, why is everyone looking at me as if they're being intimidating?

"I'm fine. Just wanted to throw the wind." They laugh and stroke the chest. Think maybe if I'm sick? God, only my stomach hurts a little, a little!

"Dad." I called him softly. "I'm sorry I accused you." Dad nodded and smiled, he patted the empty space that was originally the place where Aunt Intan was sitting. Asking me to get closer to him. I stepped in to my father's will. As a form of guilt to him.

"I told you, I want to hear the problems you're facing from your own mouth. Not from anyone else. How long are you going to think of me as the one you've always relied on?" Dad's statement really traps me right now. Really, I'm very smart to take advantage of the situation. You know if I feel guilty, so I'll agree to what he says.

"Don't force Nara." Those words, become the savior of the moment. I'll thank Aunt Intan. She's nice, even though I can't call her mother yet.

"Alright, I forgive you." Dad hugged me, slowly my hands also moved back in his arms.

"Can I ask you one request?" I nodded, as long as I can do it, then I will support it.

"Come to your mother's house. Look at the situation." Deg. I'm down. "Your mother turned on father and also Aunt Intan at this time. He knows that you come to Dad's house often. So blame me for not coming to see him." I shook my head slowly, why did mom's mind go that far.

"I-i"

"Nara, she's still your mother dear." Aunties.... I want to hug her now.

"You should know, however, she was the one who fought to give birth to you first. Bet life, he'll also feel pain if you keep away from him."

I looked towards Adam. He nodded slowly, which meant that I had to be willing to obey his will.

"But my mother doesn't love me." My answer.

"Where do you know?" Daddy's! What kind of question is this. I should not have talked about my mother in front of Aunt Intan.

"Dad was also a witness all along right?" Dad immediately fell silent as soon as he heard me say something that would still blame him as well.

Heh, I sighed. I felt the tightness in this big room again. What child does not want to be close to his mother? Which child is willing to go far with his parents! I sometimes think about it, even though my mother often forces me to go home and live with her again. But I can't accept a stranger who's there. So is my father, even though I know Aunt Intan who is gentle and kind, but I still think of him as a stranger. They really don't understand what I mean. Didn't I leave the house is my form of protest! But still don't understand.

Only a few months apart have married again, if it is true that there is no love between them should give me a little attention. As a form of their love for the child. But after parting, father left and mother ignored me instead. Busy with his own business, you know-tau remarry.

"Dad, I just need some time." Dad patted my back and nodded.

"So you can't grant it?"

"That's what I'll think."

"All right." Dad breathed heavily.

"Father will help you clear up this matter. Delete all of those posts on social media. I'll ask for help from someone who can do it. But, about you being suspended from school, I can't do that. You have to accept that."

"Yes yeah."

"Next time comes when you have a problem, talk directly to your father." I'm nodding.

Adam and I went home. Father and Aunt Intan took us to the front of the house. I heard the words of the father who asked Adam to take care of me, before Adam and I actually went out of the house.

"You listening? You must obey me!" Cih, I snorted. He's getting big now just because dad told him that.

"Nara, there's one thing I want to ask you. But you have to answer honestly."

"Say?" Adam started driving at a moderate speed. My heart was pounding as I waited for the question he was about to ask.

"I feel like there's something alive in your stomach right now." Deg. Don't you! I've guessed if that's what's going to be questioned. From the look in Adam's eyes, he looked at my stomach without blinking.

"If a mother has a strong premonition, can't a father?" My heart oh my heart, he almost jumped out of his place now.

I didn't answer, I chose silence. Adam asked me to be honest, and I didn't mind it at first. If I lie now, doesn't that mean I'm breaking my promise.

"We'll just wait for the right time." I know, if my answer is not at all connected to the question that Adam gave. I should only be able to answer yes or no.

"You were so able to cover it up for me." Adam's voice, why was it shaking like it was holding back the cry at this moment?

"You are so capable!" He repeated the same sentence. "You made me live in a very uneasy way. Guilt always haunts me."

"Adam!" I snapped. "I told you never to talk about this again!"

The situation was immediately silent for a while, until the car arrived at the apartment. I thrust a tissue before descending. Because I can hear the sound of a slow sobbing. It's just that I can't stand to see him cry. Although I know, while on the way Adam occasionally wipe his tears that fell soaked his face.

"Thank you for tonight. You've helped me." Before I get out of the car.

"Wait." Adam pulled my hand, I fell silent. Adam hurriedly opened his stell belt.

He hugged me, then slowly let go of his hand, the hug that initially felt tight now had loosened. He touched my face with both hands.

"Let me touch it." Whahuh? Why didn't my body respond, make a rejection! No, Adam's been gently stroking my stomach. He smiled, on the sidelines of his sad-looking face.

"Just a moment." I was silent, so I realized I immediately shook off his hand to keep him away from all parts of my body.

"I told you I'm not pregnant!" I opened the door and went straight down. Slam the car door hard. Walk quickly up the apartment.

"I've already said it, but why is he still suspicious of me." I grumbled quietly as I waited for the elevator door to open.

Brug. I hit someone's body. Then raise your face.

"I'm sorry I didn't accidentally." Slowly, the body turned towards me. Deg. I'm afraid if he's angry. How'this?

"Nara?" The deg!!! Satria??? I immediately retreated against the elevator wall.

"Sister." Overshipped. Why is he here? Did he come to look for me?

"Look, I was just visiting my friend's apartment." Oh thank goodness, my overly poignant feelings almost embarrassed me.

"First brother." I gotta get out of here.

"Nara wait!" He pulled my hand.

"I'm sorry." I just nod. "What, is the father of the child you bear responsible for?" My face immediately turned sour.

"Please, brother, don't interfere in my affairs!" I shook my hand, speeding my way to the door of my apartment.

"Oh my God, why do I have to see him again?" I leaned against my body when I closed the door.

If I had a history of heart disease I would be dead by now. Facing all sorts of problems.

Seriate...
