KRIIINNGGG!!!

The sound of the clock forced Yora to wake up first from the presence of the sun. He set the stability of his breath, while occasionally rubbing both eyes. Still with a floating consciousness, Yora was startled by the sound of knocking from outside the door.

Tok tok!

'Raaa! Wake up, not yet? Open the door, dong!' said someone from behind the door, in a slightly loud voice. Not long after, Yora got out of bed. Stagger to the door, then open it.

Bruuk!

After the door was opened, with a thump, a woman fell on Yora's arms. Suddenly, Yora's half-consciousness is forced to come to her full consciousness.

'Geez, Tia.' said Yora, shaking her head. Yora hugs a woman named Tia, who is none other than her best friend to the bed.

Haaaahh..

Yora sighed, with both arms holding her waist.

'You're drunk again?!' ketus Yora's.

'You want to when? Huh?!' he added.

'What the hell, aaahhh.' Tia grumbled.

It's been two weeks Tia's been staying at Yora's rented house. Every night, Tia's job was just clubbing and drinking. Come home at dawn, and skip the college schedule. Tia feels depressed, after her relationship with Lucky ends. The relationship that had been three years in his life was suddenly destroyed because of the presence of a third person. The sadness that was so often felt, but now there is sadness that invites many tears. The sadness that hit Tia was so painful, that it made her forget herself. All can still be said to be reasonable, as long as Tia did not decide to kill herself.

'Been already.. Like no other man in the world, ' said Yora, responding to Tia's question, who asked her what she lacked, so Lucky prefers a third person who has been present arbitrarily in his relationship.

'What is my lack, Ra?! What?!' again, Tia asked in a lost state of consciousness.

'Ah, I'm tired of being questioned like that all the time! I'm going to take a shower!' ketus Yora, then steady her steps towards the bathroom. As for Tia, it still seemed to wonder to herself. Shortly after Yora took a bath, when she came out of the bathroom, she saw that Tia had fallen asleep. Not to mention Yora's distance from the bathroom door, she shook her head looking at Tia who was asleep in a tired look.

'However Lucky, to the point of making Tia this way, ' murmured Yora, inwardly.

It's raining tonight doesn't look like any rain before. The rain that fell, accompanied by strong winds blowing, and the sound of lightning that mutually agreed.

Inside a cafe, Tia is seen casually reflecting the smoke of her skirt*k forming the letter O. In front of him sat a man named Geri.

Geri is a man who recently tried to get into Tia's life. A man who tries to heal the wounds suffered by Tia's heart, who tries to turn all of Tia's tears into laughter, who tries to restore Tia as before, and try to replace Lucky's position in Tia's life.

'You want to see when you keep doing this?' asked Geri, with a sharp eye from behind her glass minus. Tia did not answer. He's still playing around with the smoke of his skirt*k. Geri shook her head, then sipped her hot coffee.

'Mas, the beer is one more bottle, dong!' peek Tia, at the cafe waiter.

'Jeez, Tiaaa. You add again? Did you finish two bottles?!' geri asked, with the intention of warning Tia not to drink too much.

'Ah, usually also five!' reply Tia, with ketus. Geri can't do much. Geri thought, he is still too new in Tia's life. He still did not dare to act as he should. Every time in the same incident, Geri was only able to remind. Not more. However, in Geri's heart, he always prayed. In order for Tia to be quickly returned like the previous Tia.

As time went on, Geri grew deeper into Tia's life. He was braver than just reminding Tia not to get drunk again.

Once on a night, Tia stole an opportunity to club in a place she used to club. All day he turned off his phone to avoid Geri. However, such a small thing will not escape the supervision of Geri.

Yora who tells where Tia's usual clubing place, then Geri overtakes Tia. Upon his arrival at the clubing, though Geri initially finds it difficult to meet Tia from a crowd of people who are indulging themselves with nightlife, however, the, in the end Geri can find Tia who is busy shaking her body to enjoy the sound of music presented by the DJ. It was seen that Tia's right hand was holding a bottle of drink, while the two fingers of her left hand were flanking a skirt*k that had burned in half. With gusto he snatched the bottle from Tia's grasp, and patted Tia's left hand so that she dropped her skirt*k. Then, without a second thought, Geri slapped Tia. For a moment he scolded Tia, then he dragged Tia out of the clubing place, and drove her home to Yora's rented house. Along the way home, Tia looks clumsy. Laugh at yourself, and occasionally grumble for a beer. While Geri, just shaking her head looking at Tia's attitude.

Geri knew that he should not have done that on that night. On the other hand, that he did none other than for the good of Tia. Although, Geri is not who Tia is. Reminding is not a mistake. Sometimes, it's done the wrong way.

Geri believes, one day, the presence in Tia's life can change Tia. Able to return Tia as before. Where Tia does not know the rigors of nightlife, and still a beautiful face, as well as a good heart.

From the time Geri commemorates Tia, Tia also realizes, that what she has been doing all this time, is useless. All Tia did was make herself look stupid in Lucky's eyes. Nothing else with Geri. Geri also felt that now he was reaping the rewards of what he had done to Tia.

Now, Tia had completely ceased to deal with the nightlife. Tia's back as before. He no longer lives in Yora's rented house. He has returned to his own home.

Inevitably. Tia also put a taste to Geri. What about Geri? Don't ask anymore. Because of the many things he has done to Tia, none other than his love for Tia.

I don't think God will bring Tia and Geri together.

When Tia has been able to set aside everything about Lucky, at a time when Tia has been comfortable with Geri, Lucky was again present in Tia's life.

Lucky tries to bring back Tia's love for him. It was evident from the small attention Lucky gave to Tia. Bring Tia's favorite food, give Tia small gifts, and take Tia for a weekend to just eat out, or watch a movie in the cinema.

Tia also felt a great dilemma. Indeed, there is still a little hope Tia has for Lucky. And also, not completely Tia can forget Lucky. However, Tia was afraid. Provided he accepts Lucky back in his life, he fears being hurt again by Lucky. Enough Tia felt pain over the past.

On the other hand, Tia also did not want to waste Geri. Tia didn't want to waste someone who had taken the trouble of making her life come back like before. Someone who has been stoically facing stubbornness, for the sake of a better life.

Thousands of questions have also been asked by Tia to Yora, about which is better for Tia to do. However, Yora was unable to decide. For the one who lived it was not Yora, but Tia. Even Yora can give only small warnings so that Tia does not fall in the same hole.

One night, Tia invites Geri to meet at the cafe where they used to spend time together. Tia intended to tell her what made her dilemma so great.

'So, are you going to take Lucky back?' ask Geri. At first glance, Geri's facial expression hints that she is disappointed to know Lucky is back in Tia's life.

'Entake. I'm in a dilemma right now, ' replied Tia. Geri looks just silent. He struggles to convince himself that Tia will never accept Lucky in his life again.

'Hmm, Ger..,'

'Yes?'

'Do you believe that true love, or, the best love exists?' suddenly Tia asked something that forced Geri to frown.

'Hm.. You know, right, that downtown park that's overgrown with flowers?' Geri turned around to ask. Tia replied with just a small nod.

'Tomorrow afternoon, you visit the park. You stand from one side of the park, then you walk towards the opposite side. As you walk, please find out which one you think is the best flower in the garden. But remember, you must never go back, Geri replied, clearly.

'What do you mean?' tia asked, who did not understand what Geri meant just now.

'Here you go, just do it. Later, when we meet again, bring me the flower that takes you the best among the other flowers, added Geri. Tia nodded back. In Tia's head, he tried to guess what Geri meant.

THREE days later, Tia invites Geri to meet again at the cafe where they used to meet.

'How? Where are the flowers you brought?' ask Geri, open the conversation. Tia also thrust out her two empty hands, shaking her head.

'I can't get it. Actually, I found him. However, I thought that in front there would definitely be even nicer flowers. And, when I had reached the opposite end of the direction from where I started walking, I realized, that the flower I had found at first was the best. But, I can't go back, ' said Tia, at length.

'That's what true love is, ' said Geri, then smiled.

'The more you look for the best, the harder you find it, ' he added. Tia just looked silent, nodding her head. In his heart, he was astonished to hear Geri's words just now. Of course he agrees with Geri. Searching for the better will not stop the search. Life does provide many choices. However, feeling fulfilled for what has been given, is a way of life to teach sufficiency.

'You know? Good love is like a compass. Where we are now, that's where our compass is. In such a way as to change the position of our compass, the needle will still lead to the south and north. Let us suppose; the south is good love, while the north is better love. When we move from one love, north of our compass, it is better than the previous love. The best love will not exist. Because when we move from love to love, our compass needle will still point to the north and south of the other. One thing is certain, however, that north side of our compass is a love that is far better than the previous one. No need to think of the south, the south is the past, Geri explained, at length, then smiled. Again, Tia was taken aback by the analogy Geri made just now. Seizing time through silence, Tia tried to digest Geri's words just now, slowly. After a long silence, Tia opened her voice again;

'Hmm, Ger.. Yesterday, Lucky asked me to restart the story that we had lived, Tia said. Hearing that remark, Geri seemed to want to choke on the coffee water she had just gulped. His eyes suddenly glared, with lips still attached to the cup whose stalk he held with his right hand.

'So? Did you take it back?' geri asked, with an anxious look on her face that overlapped with a hint of disappointment.

'No, Ger.. Lucky is the southern part of my life. And my compass has led me north. That's you.' Tia replied, then smiled.

Now, the coffee that Geri gulps is getting sweeter.
