Chapter 85: The end of Layla's struggle

After a few days of treatment, Kei had already started to recover. He was very happy to hear the happy news about the birth of twins that Clara had delivered safely. But on the other hand, he felt very sad to hear the news that Layla was struggling to maintain her life as well as the baby in Layla's womb. Silently, Kei walked out of the room where he was being treated. Kei intends to see Layla's condition from afar because he has promised not to disturb or see Layla again, although it is difficult and bitter but he has to do it for Layla's good, because Kei hopes big if his girlfriend can recover completely. But unexpectedly, when he was not far from the room where Layla was treated, he saw Raiden and Sila were walking hastily down the hospital aisle. "What's wrong with Layla? did something bad happen?" said Kei. "Yes Rabb.heal Layla.save her and her baby," Kei pinta in prayer.

Kei continued to watch Raiden and Sila who stood glued to the door of the room, then they sat on the chairs with anxious faces, "Yes Rabb..give your best to Layla and our baby," muttered Kei constantly watching them. Soon Kei saw two nurses coming out of the room and talking to them.

"Yes Rabb.what happened.why do I feel bad," he said slowly. There is a desire to approach them but his desire is undo. "Where are they going?" Kei saw Raiden and Sila enter the room, after which he was unable to see anymore what was happening inside the room. What Kei was doing right now was waiting at the spot where he was standing not far from Layla's room.

Meanwhile, in the room where Layla was being treated, Raiden and Sila immediately asked Dr. Kenzi, "Dok..What happened to Layla? how's condition?" asked Raiden with a worried look. Then he turned to look at Rico who was hugging Layla's body lying on the bed. "Dok..say what's wrong?" raiden asked back.

Dr. Kenzi lowered his head for a moment, shaking his head in a sad look at Rico who was hugging Layla's body. "Sorry.we've tried our best."

"I mean Doctor?" ask Sila.

"Layla had heavy bleeding, she was unable to hold on," replied Dr. Kenzis.

"Yes Rabb..Layla.." said Sila Lirih, a circle of tears immediately down her cheeks.

"Layla, you've finally left us all" Raiden said, hugging Sila tightly. His heart felt sore to recall all the memories of his time with Layla first.

The atmosphere of the room was silent for a moment, no more words were spoken other than the sobs heard. Raiden and the others dissolve into grief bringing all the memories of the past to be so painful for them.

"Layla banguuunn's...!" Rico continued to hug Layla's body and shook her slowly. She hoped Layla would open her eyes and smile like yesterday. "Layla.don't leave me.Didn't you promise me Layla.ayo banguuun.."

"Rico.you're gonna have to advertise Layla's departure." said Raiden. Rico turned his head for a moment towards Raiden who was walking closer.

"Layla.wake up baby.wake up.." said Rico, his voice getting hoarse almost inaudible.

"All is His Will, break your heart Ric.." Raiden pulls Rico's shoulders to wake up.

"He's gone.he left me.." said Rico.

"I know.you must be strong Ric.there's someone who needs you.." Raiden tries to encourage Rico.

Rico turned towards Raiden, "my daughter?"

Raiden nodded his head, "yes you're right.."

"We'd better take care of Layla's body" Dr. Kenzis.

Friday at 9am. The last day of Layla's long struggle against cancer and fighting for the baby in her womb to stay alive and be born safe. Although he had to sacrifice his life, so did the end of his struggle to reach for Kei's love until his death. Loyalty, determination, and all the wounds Layla had brought with her death. He only leaves wounds and memories for people who love and love him sincerely.

Behind the door, Kei noticed everything. He was sitting limp behind the door crying silently, but his heart was screaming bitterly. There was nothing left for him but regret and guilt that he would carry on until the end of his life.

Layla's funeral went well, everyone who attended the funeral had returned to their homes. Now live Rico and Raiden who are still beside the center Layla.

While from afar, Kei stood under the tree with a straight look towards Layla's navel. "I'm sorry, Layla.forgive me." he said slowly.

Soon after the rain fell soaking Layla's navel which was still red. Raiden and Rico leave the funeral with memories of Layla.

"I can't keep you company Ric, because Sila is home alone.I'm worried she's going to give birth," Raiden said, staring sadly at Rico.

"It's okay Rai.I'm fine, after all I'm not alone.there's Karsih and my daughter Aira," Rico replied.

"Alright.I go home first.if there is anything.contact me," said Raiden.

Rico nodded his head, "yes.of course.thank you very much Rai." Raiden nodded his head, he patted Rico on the shoulder and then turned his legs with a shunt towards his house.

Rico stares at the door, crying as he traces the memories of Layla's whereabouts in the house.

"I'm sorry Layla.I still can't accept your departure.I can't.or maybe I can't.." murmured Rico.he lowered his head for a moment. Then he stepped foot into the house directly to the room where Layla's baby was.

"Sorry, if you're gone too long" said Rico, he climbed into bed and lay down next to little Aira and hugged the baby tightly.

From today onwards, Rico will be replacing all of Layla's duties to take care of Aira. "I'll keep my promise to you Laa.but.I won't tell Aira.about her real father.I'm sorry I'm Layla.because I'll keep it a secret from our Aira."
