Kei And Layla

Chapter 14: The wedding day

Meanwhile Layla gets word that Kei is getting married soon. She cries until Surya and Anita no longer know how to persuade Layla. Layla cried for days not eating or drinking.

Seeing Layla's condition that is increasingly uncontrollable makes Anita and Surya sad. Anita does not want to give up and so does Surya. They continue to persuade Layla to forget Kei and look for another man. But Layla still can't move to another heart. How could a part of his soul that was in Kei be replaced with another soul? Layla eventually became ill. Anita invites her friends Valeri, Asha and Stela to come home and entertain Layla. But what Layla said was about Kei, there was nothing but Kei.

"Layla, what's the point of you crying while Kei's getting married?" said Anita half-desperately staring at Layla's nanar.

"No Mom, Kei is unhappy" Layla replied blankly.

"Where did you know it was Layla?"

"Mother, our souls have become one. If Kei is sick, I feel it too Mom" Layla replied with tears.

"Layla my dear child, be glad to accept all this. Put Kei into someone else's property." Anita tries to persuade Layla.

"I know Mom" Layla answered glancing at Anita for a moment.

"Dear, don't cry anymore. I know you're a tough kid." Anita cupped Layla in the face and kissed Layla on the forehead for a moment.

"Mom will call your friend here to accompany you Layla" Anita said standing up. Layla looked at Layla for a moment and left Layla in her room.

"Kei" Layla murmured softly. Then he stood up and sat down on a chair and picked up a paper and a pen. Layla began writing a poem for Kei.

Meanwhile, in a luxurious building where Kei and Dinda had a wedding looks very lively and magnificent. Invitational guests coming from above. The ijab kobul event was also held. Kei made twice the mistake of mentioning a name that Dinda was supposed to be Layla. It made the invited guests laugh while Yuda kept his embarrassment and anger. And so did Abdul and Alya. But for the third time Kei did nothing wrong. Alya tried to calm Kei down and co-guided him. The ijab kobul event was a success. Now Kei and Dinda are officially husband and wife.

The wedding party went very well. Everyone was happy with the wedding. Kei was the only one at the wedding as if it was a second to his death.

Dinda in a wedding dress looks beautiful and happy. While Kei who was standing next to her was silent with an expressionless face with a blank look, he only thought of Layla. Kei is shocked by the arrival of Layla and her three friends. With sincerity and a great soul Layla came and congratulated Kei. But there's one thing Layla asked Kei.

Shaking Kei's hand, Layla said.

"I'd like you to marry another girl. But one thing I asked you Kei" Layla said softly.

"What?" ask Kei.

"Don't take me out of your heart, don't replace me in your heart" Layla replied tearfully. Layla then stepped out of her legs to leave. But Kei held off Layla's footsteps.

"Wait Layla!"

Layla stopped her steps and twisted the body staring at Kei. Kei approached Layla and reached into her pants pocket. He takes a ring and gives it to Layla in response to Layla's request. With the ring symbolizes that until anytime Layla will not be replaced and there will always be a throne and dwelling in the soul of Kei who has been linked and melded into a true love and great.

Abdul, who had noticed them earlier, finally approached them and said slowly. "What the hell is this Kei?" Abdul pulls Layla's arm back to get away from Kei.

"Stop Dad! If you can't make me happy, let me give Layla this ring as my last happiness of all the happiness you took away!" kei exclaimed so loudly that everyone present at the party could hear what Kei said.

"Kei, lower your voice, do you want to embarrass me?" abdul replied in a soft voice, Abdul glanced left and right while smiling at the invited guests who were watching them.

"Just be wild! let all the creatures of this earth know that there is a Father who has sold his Son!"

Suddenly all the invited guests were shocked, behind them whispering to each other about them. Yuda was furious to hear Kei's words and made him very embarrassed. Without saying much, Yuda quickly closed the party and apologized for the inconvenience.

One by one the invited guests left the party disappointed.

Abdul slaps Kei very hard, "You really did mislead Kei!"

"Slap on Well! open Daddy's eyes! open Daddy's ears! exclaim Kei. " Did I say the wrong thing?" kei asked, looking intently at Abdul.

"What is this really about?" dinda looked at everything.

"you need to know, you are already my wife" Kei said. "But at any moment, I will never be your husband!"

"What do you mean Kei?" tanya Dinda did not understand.

"Quite Kei!" serami Abdul's.

Kei doesn't care about his father anymore.

"I love only one person, Layla. Until you can't replace him!"

Dinda walked backwards, then she turned back and ran away from her wedding. Yuda who had been silent trying to follow the flow where, finally spoke up.

"I'm disappointed!" yuda looked angrily at Abdul.

"I'm sorry sir, I will take care of this child" Abdul said by folding both hands.

"Key, now you're coming with me!"

Yuda orders his guards to take Kei.

The two bodyguards nodded their heads, then they walked up to Kei and grabbed Kei's arm and forced Kei to leave the wedding hall.

Layla just silently looked at Kei until lost from sight with tears.

"You're humiliating us! you crazy girl!" abdul said as he pulled Layla's arm. But Layla did not reply Abdul said. Layla stared intently at Abdul as if she wanted to swallow him alive.

"You think I'm crazy just because I love Kei, don't you?"

Abdul just silently did not answer Layla's words, indirectly Abdul justified what Layla said. But the ego is enthroned in the heart and carries its soul. Making Abdul glare will be worldly until Abdul can no longer distinguish where love where lust.

"Shut your mouth, or will I?"

Layla quickly interrupted Abdul's remark, "what? you've lost Mr. Abdul, you've lost before me and Kei, you're nothing more than a slave to your lust."

"Shut up! " Alya took a step forward in Layla's face and stared intently at Layla.

"Free serving abnormal girls like him, let's go home sir" said Anita growled.

Abdul retreated slowly, leaving Layla and her three friends in the room.

"Trust Mr Abdul and Mrs Anita, you will regret it!!" exclamation Layla.

"Basic crazy." Alya looked back at Layla.

Layla looks back silently at Alya and Abdul's back, then she stares at Kei's ring. He smiled and put the ring on his ring finger.

"Layla, we go home" Stela said from behind.

Layla turned her head to look at her three friends who looked sad, Layla could clearly see the trace of tears in their eyes. Layla smiled looking at the three of them. Layla spread out her arms and embraced each other for a moment.

"We're home." Layla held hands with her three friends and walked away from the building.

Arriving in Layla's yard, Layla immediately exited the car door immediately ran into the house. Three of his friends returned home.

"How was the wedding?" anita asked at the door.

Layla was silent for a moment, and then she moved her legs back.

"Girl!" exciting Anita.

Layla stopped her steps for a moment. Then he immediately ran towards his private room and threw his body face down on the bed.

Layla's two hands hit the bed crying, "why so this way" Layla said softly.

"What's the point of me here? what use?" Layla was immersed in her sadness, no one could feel it but herself.

"Layla dear" said Anita slowly touching Layla's back.

"I want to be alone, ma'am, I beg you."

"But Layla-?"

Layla raised her face to look at her mother, "Please leave Layla, I want to be alone Mom."

"Okay, baby, but tell Mom if you're gonna talk to me." Anita's eyes are glassy.

Then Anita turned around and started slowly. In between his steps he looked back at Layla's trembling back.

"What should you do, baby." Anita walks out and closes the door of the room, allowing Layla to ponder.

"What's wrong?" surya who just came home from his office.

"Layla was at Kei's wedding" Anita replied as she sat on the sofa with Surya sitting next to her.

"Continue?" ask Surya.

Anita shrugged her shoulders looking at Surya. "Mom doesn't know sir" Anita said. "Now Layla is crying in her room."

"Hufffttt" Surya took a deep breath, then he exhaled slowly. "Let it go, Mom, stop crying later too.

Anita nodded her head, looking at Surya. " I'll get you some tea." Anita stood up and headed straight for the kitchen, while Surya went inside her room.

Meanwhile Kei and Dinda have reached the house of Judah. Yuda threatens Kei not to hurt Dinda. But Kei's monohok answer infuriated Yuda and Dinda sobbed.

"I'm her husband, but don't expect me to be the husband she wants to be!" sahut Kei with a high tone.

"You!

Yuda raises his hand to slap Kei in the face, but is stopped by Dinda.

" Papa don't!"

Dinda shook her head looking at Yuda while her two hands held onto Judah's hand. "I can wait until Kei can accept me Pa."

Yuda looked at Dinda's two eyeballs and lowered his hand, "are you sure son?" ask Yuda to Dinda. Dinda nodded quickly.

"All right, now you rest." Yuda calls the housekeeper and orders him to take care of Dinda and Kei's needs. After that Yuda left Kei and Dinda both.

"You listen well, whatever you want to do I don't care" Kei said without looking at Dinda.

Dinda only smiled even though her heart ached hearing Kei's words.

"I'll keep waiting for you, I believe one day you'll come to me."

"Dream." Kei stepped his foot into his private room that had been provided by Judah. Followed by Dinda from behind.

"I can't sleep in bed with you, you can sleep here. I'll find another room." Kei passed leaving Dinda in the room alone.

Dinda sat on the edge of the bed crying, "what's my fault" she said softly.

He turned to look at the bed that had been decorated, should today be a happy day for every girl. Where every girl will smile happily with the man she married. But not for Dinda, today is, the most painful day for Dinda. But maybe this is not the last day, but it will be the day of Dinda's grief. Dinda can marry Kei, but can't touch her body let alone Kei's heart.

Meanwhile, in the other room Kei opened his suit and threw a random place, then he threw his body on the bed, and looked up at the sky of the room.

"Layla, I'm sorry."

Kei got up from his seat and took off the tie that felt like it was strangling his neck. Kei returned to his body trying to close his eyes, he felt very tired and his hands were painful and sore.
