Kei And Layla
Chapter 2: The Introduction.

Surya had just returned from where he worked. Surya came out of the car door and he saw a seven-year-old girl running up to him. "Yeahh!!" the girl hugged Surya.

"Hi, Layla" said Surya. "Where's mom?" surya asked a girl named Layla.

"Mother in Well" Layla replied spoiledly writhing on Surya's arm.

"Oh, have we entered the house, have we?" Surya lifts Layla's tiny body and holds her.

"When is the day off?" layla asked as her right hand played Surya's cheek.

"Tomorrow Daddy's holiday Layla, we walk the street. Do you like it?" surya smiled and kissed Layla on the cheek.

"Horeee!!" Layla clapped her hands with a small laugh.

"What's wrong?" Anita who was preparing food at the table turned to look at Surya and Layla who were laughing. "Let's go down, baby, let's take a shower first." Anita grabs Layla's body from Surya's lap and sits Layla on the table.

"Dad shower first?" Surya kissed Layla's cheek and stepped into the room.

Anita as Layla's mother. Every day pay attention to all Layla's activities. What you like and what you don't like. Layla is a smart and beautiful child, in addition to liking the art of painting she also often chants verses that are not understood because the language is still difficult and needs to learn again.

"Mom, Dad, it's been a long time" he said, playing both feet under the table.

"Layla is soon" Anita replied with a smile looking at Layla.

Soon Surya was done with him. Then he approached his daughter who was still sitting on the table.

"What did you paint today?" surya asked while pulling the chair and then sat on the chair.

"Can you put me down, Dad?" Layla spread out her hands.

"Of course it's dear." Surya grabs Layla's body and lowers her off the table. After descending Layla immediately ran to her room to take her painting and show it to Surya. Soon Layla ran from the room to the dining room and approached her father with two hands behind her hiding something.

"Can you see?" Surya stretched out his right hand staring at Layla. Layla nodded her head while handing a paper to Surya.

Surya received the paper and noticed the picture Layla had painted on the paper. Although it still looks messy but Layla has shown her talent since childhood. A painting with two adults and a child holding hands and writing on each picture. "Dad, Mother, Layla" murmured Surya read the writing. Then smilingly looked at Layla. "Smart kid." Surya lifts Layla's body and sits on the table.

"What do you want from Dad, Layla?" surya said as he pinched Layla's nose in a fit of anxiety.

"No Dad, I don't want anything but Dad and Mom" he replied very innocently but touched the hearts of Surya and Anita who listened to his chatter.

"Oh, now you eat first." Anita had finished preparing the meal. Then Layla he dropped it off the table and he sat on the chair. Anita calls mbok Darmi and mang Usman to eat together at the same table as Surya and Anita. They have been doing it for twenty years. There is no distance between the employer and the domestic assistant.

And he does not like long periods of talking to others or being in the middle of a crowd of people. Layla grew more and more interested in her beauty and amazed by her talent for painting and poetry.

Surya decided to build his own school and was dedicated to people of the upper class and respected. Anita as Mother strongly agreed with Surya's intentions.

Based on the agreement, Surya finally began to take care of licensing letters to build schools. After completion, he began to look for contractors who would be made partners to build schools.

For months, the school was finished in the wake with various facilities in it. Master teacher is reliable and best, Surya put in his school.

Surya is increasingly known by the upper and lower classes because he is rich and has a beautiful daughter and famous for her poems and paintings that always get awards every time they take part in the race. The school opening ceremony was successful.

One afternoon, Layla was painting in her garden. He enjoyed every breeze that touched his skin and the chirping of birds that sounded melodious as if he was chanting puja and praising the Most Alive. And that will be Layla's inspiration in every painting.

"Layla, tomorrow you're going to school, son" Surya said as she watched Layla paint her fingers on the canvas.

"Yes Dad, I will definitely do my best and won't let you down." Layla glanced at Surya. Then he again dissolved in his painting, his fingers dancing there and here to make a painting with a soul.

"All right, Dad, come in first." Surya kisses Layla's head and leaves Layla alone in the park.

"Eumm, it's done." Layla smiled as she watched every detail of the painting she had finished.

"Someday, I'll give this painting to someone special." Layla chuckled and patted her own forehead for fantasizing about a lover. Then he cleaned up all his painting tools and the painting was brought into the house and displayed on the wall of his private room.

"Layla let's wake up baby, you have to go to school today." Anita wakes up her daughter who is still wrapped in a blanket.

"Emm, just a minute, ma'am. I'm still sleepy" Layla replied lazily.

Anita took a deep breath looking at her daughter who was unwilling to wake up. Then he pulled out the blanket that covered Layla's body. After that, he approached the window and opened the window curtain.

"Mother!" layla exclaimed as she got out of bed and rubbed her eyes.

"Let's get up, I'll wait in the dining room." After that talk Anita immediately rushed out of Layla's room.

"Ah Mother, I'm good at sleeping." Layla murmured while descending from the bed. Then he entered the bathroom.

Fifteen minutes later Layla was ready with the school uniform that Anita had prepared. Layla stared at her body in the mirror and rushed out into the dining room.

"Mother's Morning Well!" layla said as she peeked at her two parents.

"Morning is also dear" Anita and Surya answered smilingly watching Layla sitting on the chair and began to eat the breakfast provided by her Mother.

"You learn well and don't disappoint me." Surya looked at Layla who was drinking warm milk.

"Ready Dad" he replied as he placed the glass on the table.

"Dad will take you to school" Surya got up from his seat and kissed Anita on the forehead. "I'm leaving first, Layla come on!"

Layla gets up from her seat and shouts Anita and kisses her cheek, "Layla leaves Bu" he said as he took the bag lying on the table and rushed out after Surya who had been waiting in the car. Followed by Anita from behind.

"Bah Mother!"

"Heart on the road!" Anita waved her hand as Layla's car drove away from the yard. Anita went back into the house to do her duties as a mother and wife.

It only takes fifteen minutes. Surya and Layla are already in the schoolyard. Layla gets off the car following Surya from behind. "Hope of Nation" said Layla read the writing emblazoned on a tall building.

"Do you like son? This is the best school."

"Now you come in, I've arranged everything."

"Yes, okay."

"Dad pick me up later in the day." Surya rubbed Layla's head. Then he got back in the car.

Layla just smiled staring at Surya's departure. Then waved his hand as Surya's car slowly disappeared. Layla rushed into the deserted school gate.

Layla continued to walk until she reached the school grounds. Layla was stunned to see several female and male students dressed in uniform appear to be entering the class. Surya's school has been running for a month. Layla entered the school after a month of building.

"Heu, new boy yes."

Layla looked at the handsome man in front of her. Her hair was blond and tidy having wide, black eyes. Suddenly arriving from the other direction a girl appears surprising Layla. "Hi, you're a new kid too? "

Layla nodded her head. "Lail." Then Layla extended her hand. Then the girl reached out and shook Layla's hand. "Stela" he said with a smile.

"I'm Kei" said the man reaching out to Layla.

Layla shook Kei's hand for a long time. "Lail."

"Bugg!"

From the back two girls ran and stopped behind Layla and almost made Layla fall.

"Ashe! Valery! You guys just surprised!" pekik Stela pressed her lips to look at the two friends. While Kei just laughed a little at the silly behavior of his two friends.

"I'm sorry "they said in unison.

"Let's introduce our new friend, Layla" Stella said, introducing Layla to two of her friends who had just arrived.

"You're the school's owner's son, right?" Sela Valeri looked at Layla. Valeri, Stela and Kei widened his eyes in disbelief staring at Layla. While Layla just smiled nodding her head.

"Children! it's time to go to class !"

Layla and her four friends turned to the direction of the voice. A teacher dressed in Muslim clothes was staring at them.

"Let's hurry we enter" said Kei hurried to step foot into the class at the follow of the others.

And it just so happened that Layla was one class with four new friends.

In the classroom Layla faces her waiting homeroom teacher.

"Sorry Mom, I'm late, I'm a new kid" Layla said.

"You're Mr. Surya's daughter, the owner of this school?"

Layla smiled nodding her head. " Right."

The teacher smiled too. " I'm Hana, the homeroom teacher you're going to take. Now who do you sit with."

Layla nodded respectfully then turned her body staring at all the disciples looking for the empty bench. It just so happened that Stela was sitting by herself. Layla approached Stela.

"May I sit here?"

Stela smiled, "Of course."

Layla sat next to Stela. In front of Layla had sat Valeri and Asha. While Kei sat beside the Stela of the second row of benches.

At the beginning of the lesson, all students and students follow the lesson calmly. Until it doesn't feel like the bell break is ringing.

"Come to the cafeteria I'm hungry" Stela said as she held her stomach. Then pull Layla's hand.

"Asha, Valeri come to the cafeteria I'm hungry!" stela exclaimed at her two friends.

Without waiting for an answer from his two friends Stela pulled Layla's hand straight rushing to the cafeteria in the back.

Soon they arrived at the canteen. There were a lot of people in the canteen. The glued Layla stared at the entire cafeteria room in her hand pull by Stela to sit down after ordering some food.

"Let's sit down" Stela said.

"How's Layla? The boys at this school are handsome aren't they?" timpal Asha whispered in Layla's ear.

When they were talking and eating their food. Kei came to them and sat down in front of Layla, "May I join?"

Layla and the others turned to look at Kei, "Of course" Layla replied.

"Tumben you come to eat with us" Asha said, staring at Kei, who was watching Layla.

"I'm your friend too, right?" he replied while glancing at Asha for a moment.

"Since when? usually you eat alone in the corner" Valeri chimed in on Asha's words and glanced at her two friends.

"Something's gotta be in the incar." Whisper Stela but clearly heard by everyone. A moment Layla, Stela, Valeri and Asha stared at Kei. The next moment they laughed together. While Kei was indifferent to the temptation of his friend. Kei was more interested in paying attention to Layla than in replying to her friend's words.

Before long the sound of the bell rang, a sign of the lesson hours will begin soon. Kei and Layla got up from her seat and stood up.

"You're done eating?" ask Kei to Layla.

Layla nodded her head, "already."

"Come, we're in." Kei grabbed Layla's hand and grasped it tightly.

Valeru, Asha and Stela looked at Kei and Layla with both eyes widened.

"Woww! Our prince has already begun to dare!" valeri laughed, followed by her two friends.

"Haha!"

All their schoolmates, who were still in the cafeteria area were staring at them. But Kei casually set foot with Layla.

The first day of school, the beginning of Kei and Layla, not only as schoolmates. But at once become a true friend. The first glance had imprinted a single despair on their hearts without Layla and Kei noticing. A beautiful day Layla and Kei will start at this school. There is nothing more beautiful than love born from the heart.
