Dinda was taken to the hospital after days of coughing up blood. After undergoing examination Dinda affected by wet lung disease that has been acute.
Kei sat in the outdoor chair of the room where Dinda was in the care. Kei sat down with both hands cupping his face. He is in the wrong position, at this time Kei must make a choice between Layla and Dinda. If Kei wants Dinda alive he must forget Layla forever and make Dinda happy so that Dinda can survive against her illness.
"Forget Layla Kei."
Kei lowered his palm and stared towards the voice that greeted him. Kei saw Abdul, Alya and Yuda already standing before him.
"Dad, Mother" Kei said directly standing staring at the three people before him.
"Save Dinda, give her happiness for the rest of her life, son" Alya said, folding into her arms, begging for hope that Kei would change.
"If you can't love Dinda, at least do this for Kei's humanity." Abdul Timpal.
Kei threw his face to the side. He did not answer all the words of his father and mother. He passed by and went straight into the room where Dinda was slumped on the bed with medical equipment attached to her nose and hands. Kei was stunned for a moment looking at Dinda who looked pale. Kei approached Dinda and sat down on the edge of the bed.
"Kei" said Dinda weakly.
Kei just silently stared at Dinda's face, his mind in turmoil.
"Key, I'm giving up. If you want to go back to Layla please. I won't stand in your way anymore. I'm going to divorce you Kei."
Kei was stunned to hear Dinda's unexpected words. Makes Kei go wrong.
"Let Papa take care of everything, I'll just sign it."
Kei silenced a thousand languages, he stared into Dinda's two empty eyeballs as if soulless anymore.
With a smile, Dinda averted her gaze staring at the sky of the room.
"I'm Iklas Kei" he said, closing his eyes.
"You hear Kei? if that's what you want, I'll take care of everything" Yuda said from behind. Kei turned his head to look at the three of them standing behind him. Then he turned his gaze to look at Dinda as her face turned deathly pale.
Kei sighed deeply, then he exhaled slowly. He closed his eyes firmly before he finally decided on the hardest thing Kei could do.
"Well, I'll do whatever you want. I will try to accept Dinda as my wife" Kei said stuck in his throat, chest tight in Layla's face, remembering his promise to Layla.
Finally Abdul, Alya and Yuda were satisfied with Kei's answer. And they were grateful that Kei had started to forget Layla, that's what they thought.
After many days Dinda was hospitalized. Dinda's health improved and she was allowed to go home. Dinda healed because she had the spirit of life again. Kei who had never touched him but since he chose Dinda, Kei became a concern for Dinda.
Arrive home and rest for days. Yuda Abdul and Alya decided to give their honeymoon gift to Japan. Without any further rebuttal Kei accepted whatever decision they were given. Kei's life is like a puppet. Whatever Kei will do as long as they are happy. What's different about the old Kei, right? But they didn't realize at all what was really going on with Kei. Is he really sincere or just pleasing them. Without changing a bit the nature of the love Kei has for Layla.
After the designated day. Kei and Dinda left for Japan with their parents. And Yuda, Alya and Abdul came home with a sense of relief.

Meanwhile, Layla gets word that Kei and Dinda are honeymooning to Japan. Layla eventually became ill. Layla would not eat or drink for days. Raiden had tried to be by his side, persuading him but it did not come to fruition. Raiden finally gives up and takes Layla to the hospital.
Every day Raiden was by Layla's side, never leaving Layla. He never expressed love for Layla, but he showed with every action as a form of love that grew more and more like a flower in the spring.
In the morning Raiden came to Layla's nursery. He brought a bouquet of Sedap Malam flowers. Then he put it on the table.
"Rai" Layla said as soon as she saw Raiden.
"Yes, Layla" Rai replied as she sat on the chair.
"Thank you"
"You're there, we're friends" Raiden replied flatly.
"Ray."
"Yes?" Raiden raised both eyebrows staring at Layla.
"Do you want to accompany me for the rest of my life?"
Raiden was surprised to get such a question from Layla. There is a feeling of pleasure and he thinks that Layla will accept his existence and love. But quickly Raiden brushed it off.
"Of course, Layla, I promise you without asking" Raiden smiled. His right hand stroked Layla's forehead.
"Thank you, I'll change from now on" Layla said getting out of bed, helped by Raiden.
"You don't have to rush, I know it takes time. And during the time you need. I'll wait for you" Raiden replied smiling.
"Thank you"
Raiden pinched Layla's nose in a fit of anxiety. "What the hell are you, than that thank you only." Raiden chuckled at the follow Layla also laughed. Raiden had never seen Layla laugh. Today Raiden can see Layla's laughter for just a moment.
"I want to go home Rai, I'm bored here" Layla said.
"Okay, you wait here, I'll tell the doctor first." Raiden stood up and twisted his body and stepped into the room of the Doctor who treated Layla.
After discussion and approval of the Doctet. Layla was finally able to breathe fresh air again. Not like in a hospital that smells of drugs.
That morning Layla was brought home by Raiden, and welcomed by Mbok Darmi and Mang Usman.
"Neng, thank God for coming home again, thank you my Lord" said Mbok Darmi to thank the Owner of Life.
"Thank you Mbok" Layla replied, then she sat down in the chair next to Raiden.
"Bok make warm milk first Neng, Den Rai want to drink what?" ask Mbok Darmi.
"I'm just coffee Mbok" replied Raiden.
Before long Mbok Darmi came to bring warm milk and Coffe white and put it on the table. Afterwards he sits in a chair listening to Layla and Raiden's conversation, who plan to create a painting class for anyone willing to learn how to paint.
